The template pieces were all laid out, but that was it. Co-founder Luke had me read and sign all the releases first, and asked about my experience with welding etc. Being a Veteran myself, Luke as well, and the non-profit supporting Veterans and First Responders, he also made sure to ask me if loud noises or anything would bother me. Every step was explained and demonstrated before I was able to do it, and as nervous as I was at first, it quickly went away knowing he took my safety, the safety of others as well as their shop very seriously. Co-founder Ben also provided some muscle when I was unable to bend the metal myself. In just over 2 hours I had sanded, measured, re-measured, bent , hammered and welded together a really cool one of a kind 5-sided barn star. It was definitely something different to do and it was a really cool and fun experience. 5 stars !

The bad news was I have AAA and my wife had used it four times in the last year getting locked out of her car so i was stuck that exceeded my towing ability, the good news I was close to an O'Reilly Auto parts. So I want to get this right, it was about 2 p.m. Jan 13th and the counter girl I think her name was skye that's what it says on the slip was the most exceptionally helpful customer service person that I have seen in ages. She had empathy for me being broken down a hundred miles from home she loaned me some tools from the back area with no hesitation and she sent one of the little white cars to pick up a new pulley at a different store to help me out of a jam. On main Street in Webster there is every brand of auto parts store within a mile of each other if you need anything check out O'Reilly's, other than my car breaking down it was refreshing that they take such good care of their customers. The guy behind the counter saw me standing there as he had to pass me to get behind the counter to finish helping the customer in front of me. Another customer walked in and noticed he knew the person in front of me and started talking with him. When the sales associate finished with the customer in front of me, he walked away to help the other associate real quick. Upon his return to the register, I took a step forward as I was the next customer in line, but the associate looked right at the guy that came in after me that was talking to the customer in front of me. And said " hey man! What can I do for you?" This associate completely ignored me! I could not believe that he did that. I walked out and decided to go one minute down the street to advanced auto. I'm so glad I did. I had the best service. So, I would not recommend going here, save the trouble and go straight to Advanced Auto in Webster!!!

What WAS the problem was as soon as the car wash arms started moving I noticed the drivers side arms didn't have any soap coming out. Either frozen or blocked, some was dribbling out so I'd assume blocked. Then the passenger side arm came from the back to the front doing the same. At the end, I had paid$12.00 for the premium wash, the passenger side arms dropped all in the floor the hot wax. As soon as I pulled out I looked at the car and it was to no surprise ,,, Dirty still I asked the gas attendant for my money back, he shoved money at me yelling " IM NOT THE BOSS" " you go down there"!! Pointing towards Main St. I asked him why I should drive somewhere when he could simply call his boss? And why not close the car wash because there were many more cars in line at that point. He just yelled again "I'm not the Boss!!" I will NEVER stop at this location again. Beware Once I got in the car and went to put the money away I noticed he gave me $8. Instead of $12.

I waited about a year and a half before writing this review because I wanted to see how the work…read moreheld up. Unfortunately, after seeing recent reviews, it looks like my experience wasn't an isolated incident. I brought my 7th-generation Honda Civic in to have all four speakers replaced and a new head unit installed. The owner recommended speakers from his shop and suggested a radio that would improve the overall sound, so I trusted his recommendations. When I dropped the car off, an entire day went by and only the rear speakers had been replaced. I was then told the speakers I had chosen were defective, so I had to wait another day before he even began working on the front speakers and radio. After spending around $1,000, I expected quality work. Less than six months later, the front speakers started cutting in and out. About a year later they stopped working completely. I also ended up chasing a parasitic battery drain that killed my battery, leading me to replace it before discovering the real issue. An automotive electrician later found corrosion in the speaker wiring and wiring leading to the doors, along with poor installation work. None of these problems existed before the shop worked on the car. Looking back, I should have brought it back under warranty, but after the experience I had, I wasn't confident I wanted anyone there touching my car again. What also left a bad impression was the constant complaining about working on my Civic. A 7th-generation Honda Civic is one of the most common and straightforward vehicles for aftermarket audio work. Hearing that he "didn't want to work on another Honda Civic again" after the job was finished was unprofessional and didn't inspire confidence. Sun & Sound just doesn't feel like the same shop it was when they were located in Worcester. Based on my experience, I won't be returning.
