It seems each time I've gone in for something basic or a recall I end up leaving with an issue I didn't have. The car health checklist I leave with says everything was good and after driving down the road I notice something wrong. It means I need to find time for another scheduled appointment. Also most times it's something that needs to be addressed asap. I feel like my car is purposely sabotaged to drum up business. Worse part is they charged twice as much for the repair. 11/8/2019 Purchased a 2017 Subaru Outback Premium Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) with Eyesight, Navigation, power liftgate and pretty much everything except leather seats. Was just turned in as a previous owner who purchased it at LONG realized he was unable to drive it. CPO extends the powertrain warranty to 7yr / 100k. The CVT is also extended to 100k. Worderful sales process with Shawn McMurray and Stephen Geer and the finance manager, Ray Brien. Bank of America pulled a bait and switch on my car loan interest rate and Ray was able to beat their rate and terms. My recommendation is always come prepare with financing ahead of the purrchase and see if the finance team can beat it... I've been coming here since 2012 to service my beloved 2012 Impreza and it was time to let her go. Having known the ins and outs of my Impreza, I would recommend in addition to regular maintenance, that the CVT oil be replaced at least every 40,000 - 50,000 miles. 2017 Outback Review. Driving with all the bells and whitsles are amazing. The eyesight is as good as your own eyes. The lane departure / lane centering gets a little getting used to. but you can either enable / disable it. I leave it enabled. The adaptive cruise control works very well. Even if traffic comes to a dead stop, the eyesight will stop your car in traffic. If the car moves ahead of you, you have to engage the gas to get your car moving. Note - it snowed and ice formed on the winshield the other night. Eyesight disabled itself - because it can only see what you can see. Which is what I would expect. The Nav works better than the previous version, but I like Apple CarPlay and the 2017 version does not support it, but the 2018 version of Outback does support it... I would prefer Waze to the Nav, but not a deal breaker. Starlink - I did opt to sign up for it. It does remote lock / unlock, but my 2017 version does not support remote start. I do have the Subaur fob with remote start - so I use that. OLDER ************************************** Purchased my 2012 Impreza Sport Limited from Shawn M. Have had it serviced many times at Long Subaru. I highly recommend Long Subaru to anyone who wants to purchase a new or used car. Or to service their vehicle. read more

3 weeks ago during the COVID-19 pandemic, I purchased an '18 Acadia Denali, essentially over the phone as this dealership is primarily closed, however I was able to make an appt for a test drive for this vehicle I was interested in. I decided on an Impreza and wasn't too impressed with the facilities of my test drive so wanted to see if there was another location. I gave them exactly what I was offered (Long Subaru) from the previous and asked if they could match or do better (which who wouldn't ask, its car sales 101). Was given the run around and some decent explanations, told they COULD match easily, but I requested multiple times for the official breakdown of the sheet so I had proof for when I would come in that they would honor it (I live 30 minutes away, I don't want to drive down to bargain and waste my time). In the end they pulled out without realizing or paying attention to what I wanted: the same or better at a dealership that had a better setup. Didn't even give me chance to see this as they didn't want to earn my business. UPDATE: After receiving a few emails from the Manager asking me to remove the reviews that I did a few days ago (Dealerrater, Google, Yelp, and Cars.com) he decided to start questioning my personal experience and accusing me. I have going to Long Subaru for service on my leased 2018 Impreza because it's the closest dealer to me. I have had nothing but issues with their service department. Last year my heated seats went out & they told me The cord I was using for Apple Car Play blew a fuse. Sounded sketchy to me but at least it was fixed. I used a new cord & within a week the heated seats went out again & this time they told me a penny got lodged in charger port which was a total lie. Not only do I not keep change there, there is no way a penny could just jump up & magically lodge itself in there. Basically they blamed me for the malfunctions. Fast forward to a year later. The left side blind spot censor went out. They asked if there had been any damage to the left rear of the car. I said yes & it was fixed here (or nit fixed apparently). So this past Monday I took the car in for regular maintenance & oil change & to fix the sensor. It took all day but I was ok with that since I'd get everything fixed. Well now it's Friday & the blind spot sensor is failing again! So this would be my third visit there for the same thing. The service manager Josh was extremely rude & couldnt care less about the inconvenience this was causing me. I told him I was having eye surgery Wednesday & could only come in Monday but he said he's slammed, that it wouldn't be a quick fix (I don't think they grasp the concept of what "fix" means since I've had to go back multiple times for the same problems!) . He said I was being "unreasonable" and was actually happy to hear that I'm going elsewhere...we'll that is before he hung up on me. I'm glad I didn't buy my car here! read more

Brought my car into the service department and was told that I needed to replace my axle, ball joint, both wheel bearings and I needed all new brakes rotors and pads which they quoted close to $3k in repairs on a Subaru with 102 K miles on it. Thinking this was extreme I brought my car to a local auto mechanic and I was told that the noise I was hearing was the dust collector and that everything was in perfect working condition even the brakes which still have several years left on them. With a fairly solid reputation for reliability and safety I desired to own a Subaru for several years. The opportunity arose 18 months ago when 20 years of pickup trucks was no longer practical or necessary for me. My local dealer, Long Subaru in Webster, Massachusetts had the exact vehicle for me although at somewhat of a premium cost. A very nicely appointed three year old Outback with less than 60,000 miles was perfect for my needs. Approximately 90% of my driving is easy highway miles and I was looking forward to several years of very pleasant driving. I was VERY badly mistaken. After less than a month the vehicle began running rough and after only three months I found myself facing a host of repairs including shredded belts, leaking head gaskets and a cracked block. It is my opinion that this dealership was most likely aware of problems with this vehicle when it was sold to me but concentrated on cosmetic improvements rather than mechanical to insure the salability. It also became quickly apparent to me that the dealership and I differed wildly on the concept of what a certified pre-owned vehicle is or should be. I wanted to be placed in another vehicle as I felt this one would continue to be a problem but the dealership was flatly against that. I was assured that the car would be fixed properly and I would be pleased. WRONG! The saga continued with a laundry list of constant repairs and aggravation. My confidence in both Subaru and Long Subaru in Webster, Massachusetts declined at a constant rate. After about a year I revisited the showroom to trade the vehicle in for a new Impreza. I, again, wrongly thought that with a year of non-stop problems they would be willing to at least give me some extra financial compensation with a new car purchase.........I could not have been more mistaken. I left Long Subaru in Webster, Massachusetts insulted and convinced that I would never own another Subaru. Another several additional months of constant aggravation with my vehicle I opted for a costly total tune-up and service with the hope that it would help make the bleeding stop. Again - I could not have been more wrong. A few weeks later this vehicle left me 50 miles from home in an impending snow storm without oil after dropping a cam plug. Through the entire ownership of this vehicle there was a power train warranty in place that did cover much of the major work but with that soon to end, the thought of driving this vehicle even out of my garage was horrifying. After only 18 months of financially and emotionally draining Subaru ownership I have disposed of this car. After 40+ years of car ownership I have never been so disappointed in a car manufacturer or an automobile dealership. It is highly unlikely that neither I nor anyone I know will ever own a Subaru and even more unlikely that neither I nor anyone I know will ever consider Long Subaru in Webster, Massachusetts for any automotive needs. UPDATE: I find it particularly distasteful that an individual (Sara B.) would comment on my post without knowing me, was not involved in my purchase or experience or, to my knowledge, not even employed by Subaru during my ownership of this vehicle. In response - she has further strengthened my opinion that their "Certified Pre-Owned Program" is a joke by stating that an independent inspection could have been made. If you cannot trust the Subaru professionals at Long Subaru to correctly asses the vehicle and CERTIFY it who can you trust and just what does their certification actually mean??? Also it is worth noting that my first MAJOR repair (valve job and cracked block) there was no mention of or offer of the "beautiful new Subaru loaner vehicles" and I was left to find my own transportation. I did indeed use the loaners on several of my MANY repairs but then again on my last major repair I was simply informed that one was not available and left to my own recourses for several days. Also insinuating that Subaru covered the majority of repairs is more than misleading........the warranty is a policy that I paid for. read more

purchased a 2005 WRX in September of 2014. The vehicle was in good shape with no modifications from the previous owner. Cats and timing belt were replaced prior to delivery. I asked if the timing pulleys and water pump would also be replaced as is standard practice when changing a timing belt. Was told they would replace the belt and only what was necessary... Most timing service kits come standard with the belt, pulleys, tensioner and water pump because the labor required to get to them between timing belt service is way more than the cost of the parts and if the belt is taken of it should be replaced... Common sense, good preventive maintenance. 6 months later due to a spun bearing on one of the timing pulleys, I had to change the belt, pulleys, tensioner and water pump myself because they deemed it unnecessary at the time they did it.... Thanks guys! Sales person told me at the time of the test drive how great it was that it had heated seats and windshield... What he failed to mention was that neither worked and I was told after finding out that they were not covered under the warranty because it wasn't safety related..... Thanks again guys! Thirdly there was an aftermarket radiator hose installed by the previous owner that wasn't cut to the right length and was rubbing on the alternator pulley and was wearing through.... Had to bring it there three times before they acknowledged that anything was wrong and only until I drove it on the lot spewing coolant... Again thanks guys! I do all my own vehicle maiantenance and repairs so I have had to deal with dealership service rarely if ever and quite frankly I'm appalled at the lack of common sense and professionalism at this location. Basically due to my experience at this location my opinion is this... Subaru makes an awesome vehicle regardless of the make but if you want awesome service and people who stand behind what they sell I'd recommend you look elsewhere read more

Heard great reviews about this place and at time of purchase there was an incentive for referral. Found a car I liked, and went forward with the sale. The financing and purchase itself was sort of a nightmare, but that is to be expected. When I picked up the car is where I have an issue. The back seat had grease smears on it, one of the compartments on the dash was broken, AND I was missing a headrest in the backseat. What???? The dealership assured me they'd make it right (but since it was a used vehicle they acted as though this was a favor) The car gets cleaned, they order parts for the dash and the headrest. parts come in, dash is great, Headrest is from an entirely different year model. AGAIN when I ask for it to be fixed , they act like they are doing me a favor. Everything was very careless. Not to mention there was also a flat tire right out the gate. Once everything was situated, I was happy. Car has treated me well. But service? I tried to avoid service there like the plague. Why? well sure there is bottomless coffee and snacks in the waiting room- only because an oil change on average costed me a 2-3 hour wait. 2-3 HOURS, WITH an appointment! Lets not forget my most recent appointment for a repair. Dropped by car off at 8. Left it there for the day, could pick up after work. I get a call at work at 1pm telling me things are going well- they will call me by 3 to let me know its all set. Its now after 4- no call. I call the dealership only to find out, they don't have the parts. My car has been there since 8- and at FOUR (AFTER telling me things are going well) they tell me they don't have the part. the manager apologizes and says he can put me in a loaner. this was after I told them several times I was leaving for vaca the next morning - a loaner wasn't practical. Long story short, they got the part and I got my car at 7 that night. What a debacle - AND they tried to sell me more service- no thank you- I have not had ONE positive service experience in the service department. This place would really need to have my dream car for me to go back ever again. read more

BEWARE. We did not enjoy our experience here ... lots of car-salesman games. They started immediately (i.e. as we literally just sat down) with the 'we are a one price' dealership, followed by playing a card that they are in a 'working class' area that doesn't accept over-priced starting points. This is a sales strategy - that's it - all trying to get you to think you can't or shouldn't try to negotiate. Don't fall for it! We saw identical cars+options (certified we were looking at) at a few dealerships. Not having a lot of reviews on any of the dealerships (oddly tough to find on Yelp for some reason), this one seemed as good as any other. Wrong. With all the consumer info available out there (including the small fee but valuable service on ConsumerReports), you pretty much know what they paid and what is a fair ball-park to accept. These guys/gals are trying to sucker you, completely opposite of the position they are trying to sell as they are on your side. In the NE there are LOTS of Subaru dealerships, so plenty of opportunity to shop around and not be forced to settle. After this bad trip, we've found price changes as much as $1k within a few weeks on the 2010 models at other dealerships, so take your time if you can. Anyway, like most people I don't appreciate the sneaky salesman, and our experience is that they fit the mold. read more

Another solid review for Matt Orn. For a point of reference, I'll be comparing this experience to Metrowest Subaru, which is a joke of a dealership. After a horrible experience at Metrowest Subaru, I took advice from a pair of coworkers and made my way out to Webster. I arrived at 930ish and made it perfectly clear that I had a 1pm tee time, and that I was there with the intent of buying a car that day. We took a full tour of the car, front to back, and he did a fantastic job explaining features of the car. Even pointed out some negatives such as the non-full spare. Didnt hide a thing, and didnt have a need to. Its a great car. We sat down and negotiations began. I was looking for a 5 yr loan at 300/mo, and when he came back we were not close. However, Matt and I worked together to put a number together where I felt comfortable. Best part was, when it came time to buy the car, Subaru interest rates dropped and I'm actually under the 300/mo I was looking for. Matt was a pleasure to work with. It never felt like "Me vs Them." Rather it felt like we were genuinely trying to get the best deal for both of us. Once a deal was reached Matt stayed in touch throughout the delivery period. Then, when it came time to pick up my factory order it was again a great experience. Finance was great. No pressure. I simply explained that I did not want any of the extras right off the bat, and he skipped them with a smile. It was quick and painless, and then Matt gave me a second overview of my car to make sure I was 100% ready to take ownership. Overall, 5 stars. my parents and I have had some horrible experiences buying cars, but they agreed that this dealership is the real deal. You want a Subaru? Don't waste your time. Bought a used car here. Sales guy was really good. Finance guy was a typical finance guy looking to make every penny possible off me even though I had my own financing. It was almost like he took offense took not financing with them. He made a few rude comments but I expected it. Working with the service department now for a few small warranty issues and so far it has been pretty smooth with them. We will see how it ends. **Update - they had my car for 8 days to fix a multi function switch and squeaky belt. Switch was fixed after 3 visits and 8 days, I was told the belt was fine. It still squeaks at almost every start to this day. I will have it serviced elsewhere. I was told the multi function switch was a difficult fix because they are only used to working on Subaru's yet I'm positive all Subaru's have one. Just got an email blast from the service manager as I'm coming up on my first oil change. I was told when I bought my car the first oil change was on them. As promised, a coupon arrived with the email. The only issue is the fine print says Subaru's only. Never again with them. I will never recommend. read more

I called around and Charlie fit us in quickly-- he was extremely accommodating and did not push for unnecessary service or work that I could do myself. While I really appreciate the work of the mechanics and the efforts by the front desk folks in service, I am thoroughly unimpressed with whomever in management makes customer decisions. My 2005 Outback's engine failed a little more than a year ago. My options were to replace the engine with a completely new Subaru engine or a rebuilt engine. I was prepared to replace with the Subaru engine but the front desk staff were so insistent on the rebuilt engine, that I caved to my instincts and listened to them. They raved about the quality of the engine and the ongoing care the rebuilder took. They also said I would not ever have to worry, that the rebuilder ALWAYS warranteed his work. Over the course of the year, I brought the car in for its scheduled oil changes, each time complaining that I smelled burning oil. Each time I was told nothing was wrong. Two months ago and nearly 500 miles early for the oil change, the oil light went on. They discovered there was less than a quart of oil remaining in the engine and yes there was an issue. But guess what? The warrantee had expired. Initially the rebuilder refused to honor the warranty but finally he relented, agreeing to pay for the parts HOWEVER I would have to pay the labor (over $1200.). Not really having any choice in the matter I agreed. The engine was removed, the various bits and pieces replaced but Long insisted I foot the labor costs because any further discount would "eat into their profit." So because they could not identify the issue and waited until after the warrantee expired I have had to pay the labor. I have submitted a complaint via their online survey and have as yet to receive any kind of response. They have really fallen down on the job and have all but lost this customer. I am now in the market for a new car, which will most certainly NOT be a Subaru, or if it is, it will most certainly NOT be purchased or serviced at Long. COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED. read more

Unfortunately express service open until 6pm doesn't really mean it's open until 6pm. It actually means they close when they want too. Got there at 5:30 and was promptly turned away and told it closed at 5pm. I showed them the website that said express open until 6pm the service guy just shrugged and said I should make an appointment for another day. I guess you need an appointment for express service?? Kind of defeats the purpose of an express oil change at your convenience. Too bad cause they were and I say were my Subaru dealership. This follows up on many disappointments as of late, don't get me started on the lifetime tires that aren't actually lifetime... read more

Test drove a 2005 Legacy wagon (110,000 miles) there today. It was to be for my teenage son...a cash sale. I had told Long I was bringing it to my mechanic for him to check out. He has been in the business for 40 years and was the head mechanic at Lavoie Toyota before the Lavoie family closed the dealership for retirement. He found the headgasket leaking. I told this to Long, hoping they would fix it so I would purchase the car. The salesman asked his head tech who said, "It' not leaking, just SEEPING!" I added that the transmission failed to go into reverse twice for me during the 2 hours that I had it. The salesman replied, "It's just sticking!" I said thank you and waved goodbye. If your looking to call and talk to a parts associate then you better grab a coffee and make sure you are sitting down. First off, they don't answer the phone! It took 15min of me calling before someone answered the phone, then when they finally answered the phone he said "Parts Hold" OMG!!!!!!! When I finally spoke to him and told the guy exactly what I wanted (I had my registration in hand for V.I.N.) , he gave me a price for the wrong part!!!! I had to call another dealer an hour away in order to get a knowledgeable and polite associate on the phone. This isn't my first bad experience with parts salesman here either. Most people like myself don't have time to sit on the phone for 20min waiting for some rude clown to give you the wrong price because it's to hard for them to actually listen to a customer. I wish I had four hands so I could give this place four thumbs down! read more

Hello I can't say enough about Long Subaru service department. I went for a recall and a problem with my tire and a battery problem. I have been having battery problems since the first day I bought the car (new). They have gone out of their way to get me there and my car there and ended up giving me a new battery.. fixed my tire, and handled the recall which took about 3 hours. I dropped it off and they gave me a loaner car for the day. I'm telling you it doesn't get any better service than this. They will fix my car until the last day I have it. I feel like I am being treated like royalty every time I go there. Knowledgeable all the time when I have questions. So if anyone needs a car I think you should start there. $21 a piece for wiper blades? I don't think so. My wife brought her car there for an inspection and an oil change. When she came home I noticed the bill and asked her "why so much" and she said-"oh-during the inspection they noticed it needed wiper blades. She-not knowing any different said okay and they put on two new wiper blades at $21 EACH! I called and complained and they said "Oh that's what all the dealers get." So if ALL the dealers rip people off it's okay for them to rip people off as well? I went to my local parts place-bought two for ten dollars each-(plus a ten dollar rebate) and returned the $21 blades to Long and they agreed to take them back. In reply to Sara from Long. As I noted-this was during a state inspection. She was told she needed the wipers to pass the state inspection. (She was not shown the old wiper blades btw-hmmmmm and had also been there for an hour at this point.) So she was led to believe the car would not pass the state inspection without new wiper blades, therefore she had little choice but to purchase your highly over-priced wiper blades. read more

Beware of their service. Auto service dept suspicious. Update, 12/22/14: recieved notice from subaru, 2005 legacy should be inspected for same recall that was supposedly to have been done at the 8/2/14 by Long. So what service did Long do? I have regular service with a NON DEALERSHIP mechanic whom I trust, and the 2005 legacy is cared for, no mechanical issues. When i left Long service i was told the ball joint boot was torn, leaking on the converter which might cause a fire. REALLY? Was I born this morning? Car was at Long service for recall inspection. There was no sign of anything sprayed or coated and the ball joint boot was overflowing, with lubrication. The auto was repaired Not at Long. my repair guy said when he went to work on the repair 'torn' boot there was too much lubrication in the area, dropped out. For the next three weeks i complained of an odor after driven the car 15 or 20 minutes. 2 months, car back up on the lift, Guess what, the other boot is dropping globs. Could be a coincidence? Pretty sad when the 2005 only has 58k, regular service and no reported mechanical issues until Long got my car onto their lift. I have a friend who was looking to buy a used car. We went to several dealerships & test drove various cars. She ended up buying her car from here w/out me & it was like a nightmare. I kept telling her to walk away but she really liked the car they had. These people didn't negotiate one bit w/ her. I mean are you kidding me, it's a car dealership, thats what you do, haggle. Even though she walked away the first time they really didn't give a crap. She went back & they still didn't budge at all, which is ridiculous & so not fair. A small but irritating matter. Bought a tricked-out Outback 18m ago, for the 1st yr my kids shared it. It was a loaner, so it had about 8K miles on it (which suggests to me that routine maintenance was done at the shop, and the key was in the service dept). A few days ago, I was getting oil changed at a local shop and was asked about rotating tires. Couldn't find the lug nut key, and I called, then went to Long. They were insistent that they included it in the purchase, even though there was no specific record of it, and despite my strong belief that we had no previously gone looking for the key (ie.,pretty sure my kids didn't get the tires rotated;)), they insisted on charging me $45 for a replacement. I declined to make the purchase, and will do my car upkeep/repairs elsewhere. read more

I bought a manual transmission 2014 Subaru Impreza in June, 2014. I really liked the car, but the clutch fell apart (according to what the owner of the auto repair shop told me) at 88,500 miles. I had to spend $1,400 to have it fixed. I was shocked, and as you can imagine, not pleased. I was considering purchasing another Subaru from Long, but am planning to look elsewhere. read more

Took my Impreza in for an oil change and tire rotation had an appointment at 5pm finally after waiting two hours was told that my car needed new breaks and an additional $800 worth of other work. Next day took it to another dealer the only thing my car needed was a new belt and tire rotation because they had failed to do it the day before. read more

I recently had horrible service with the sales manager! He was such a pompous jerk I can't even believe how rude he was! I wouldn't even buy a car from them just after talking to him! Some people just think they know it all and are the almighty way. This guy shouldn't be a manager! So if you want nice people and good service don't even bother!! The prices at Long are 3x they are at any of the other local Subaru dealerships and they have the same cars. They claim they have a hassle free pricing, and you should be willing to pay more for better service. But you are not getting better service unfortunately, just an extra headache. From all the other reviews and the comments others post I can see why they have quite a few bad reviews. I only wish I saw them before ever trying to do business with them. UPDATE: Sara I'm sure you don't even know what I'm talking about. But I can tell you right now the service I was provided was completely unprofessional. You don't know me and can't say if he was or was not. Just like I'm going threw all your comments here, it's your job to try and make the company you work for look better, I understand that but it doesn't change the way your staff has made people feel. Customer service is the most important part of sales and service and if you can't be polite and work well with people you shouldn't deal with the public. I can see by many reviews its clear that is an issue! But I won't be worrying about that I don't plan to go there, and I won't recommend it either. Have to separate this review into two sections. Sales and finance get five stars. When I came in, I was in a bit of a bind as my '95 car had finally reached its limit and I needed to find a replacement quickly. I had no problem finding a used model I liked (a Hyundai), and our salesperson Lisa helped put the deal together that afternoon. Lisa did a phenomenal job -- professional, efficient, and easy to work with. Similarly, Ray in finance made sure all the i's were dotted and the t's crossed, and on top of that got me a lower payment than I was expecting. My experience from the time I showed up on the lot to the time I drove the car away was top-notch. Unfortunately, I ended up back at the dealership a little sooner than I would have liked. I can only give my experience on the service side two stars. About a month after my purchase, the car began shaking and making a rumbling noise and it was clearly not reaching full power. Check engine light was on. When I brought it in, I was informed that the spark plugs (supposedly checked when I bought the car) were worn out and had to be replaced -- a bill that came to over two hundred dollars including the check engine diagnostic. I got them to knock $50 or so off since it was such a recent buy, but I wasn't thrilled, especially since my car is a 2011 with only 40,000 miles. The problem was solved for exactly a week, when the same problem presented itself. Back to Long, where they were totally mystified and had to send it up to the nearest Hyundai dealer for them to take a look. It turns out that the car had the wrong spark plugs in all along -- when I brought it in the first time, they just put in new models of the same plugs that were in there and apparently those don't work with this car. I was told they got bad info from the web site they use and thought they were interchangeable -- fine, honest mistake, but it doesn't exactly instill confidence. Fortunately they handled this situation professionally and performed the final repairs free of charge, and also credited me $85 toward future service visits (a couple oil changes, most likely). My original salesperson, Lisa, continued to impress during this process in communicating with the service department and keeping things moving. So to sum it all up, finding the car and getting it home was fine. Having to bring it back to get fixed twice in the first month and a half was not. I know everyone has a car-related horror story and it's easy to say "it won't happen to me" -- I certainly do. This is by no means a recommendation NOT to go to Long. I just wish my experience after buying the car had been as smooth as the initial purchase had been. read more

Bought a new 2015 Subaru Forester. Matt Orn was our sales associate. This was by far my best car buying experience ever! There was no haggling, no b.s., just a good price (we researched in advance and know the price they gave us was competitive), a low-pressure environment, and a knowledgeable staff that work together as a team (The staff here seem more like a little family than competitors for a commission). Matt even went above and beyond AFTER the sale was over and done with. I had accidentally left a sentimental charm that my grandmother had given me in my trade-in. Matt went on his break to the auction place down the road, tracked down my car, and got it back for me!!! What a great guy, and a great dealership! read more
