My son wanted his last driving day to be closer to the day of his driving test. Of course the DMV's testing was 6 weeks out. Safe Driving School still accommodated and allowed for the change. My son felt super comfortable in the car that he was driving. I felt comfortable allowing them to take my son because they have the brakes and accelerator on their side. My son drove on the highway and even the strip area. I even still get anxious driving on the strip at times. After the drive, Dwayne would let me know what my son still needed to work on and what he did really good on. We had the pleasure of meeting Alicia and Dwayne and both were great. My son felt really comfortable with Dwayne and Dwayne did more evenings. My vision isn't as good in the evenings so I was really appreciative that we could book out in the evening with somebody else driving with my son. Safe Driving School gave my son the confidence to drive and gave me confidence that his skills would be better tuned when I drove with him. I love that they pick him up and drop him off. It was super convenient. They never shorted him any time, it was always the full two hours and they were always on time. The company is very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Safe Driving School. And just a little note to add, my son passed his driving exam on the first time and received a high score. They called for his test about 3:30. He was then able to use their vehicle. Mind you, these delays were on my end, and the contract with Safe Driving School was completely satisfied, but yet there was Lynn today. This was all done today on their dime! We were able to schedule a couple of drive lessons with the same instructor, as well as with other instructors for how different people teach. The drive test refresher was also a welcome lesson. John H. was amazing! We had arranged he would pick up our son from the house and then we would meet them at the DMV for the scheduled drive test. We had a little paperwork issue which was my fault, but John was there and got me the right contact to be able to remedy the issue quickly and still be able to take the drive test. My daughter texted me and said her instructor had to leave her at the DMV and needed to use another vehicle because of a scheduling issue one hour before the driving test ONE HOUR I called the company and talked with Nigel who immediately started making excuses for the error saying they needed more money for her to continue--total BS. How the heck are you going to tell a young driver one hour before their test that she couldn't use the vehicle? Her instructor Tina had said to my daughter that she was going to call her a week prior and let her know but didn't do it. my wife and let my daughter know we would be there and she could use our truck. We pulled up to the DMV and found a sweet spot for her to start the test and her driving instructor came up to us and said she failed the test. What and the ...? She didn't even make it out of the parking spot. I said to my daughter we got this don't take it personally we use our vehicle to take the next test. Think about this before using this company it could happen to you. The company called and said they would let my daughter use their car for her next test at no charge. We declined and just wanted the money refunded. NO CALL BACK! As a parent, I would keep your kids away from here in my opinion.

Which was a big deduct. I had to explain repeatedly which package was mine, the bennies that came with it, etc. I did the Mario Racing experience and they printed the NASCAR certificate instead of the Mario one. Gave me the NASCAR hat instead of the Mario one. I paid for the video and they weren't going to give me that until I pressed the point. But probably the worst of it all was the fact that we got half way across Clark county when I realized they didn't give me my driver's license back. What a pain in the butt and if you know anything about traffic in Las Vegas, you get my drift. We had to deal with all that, which of course, cut almost two hours out of our short weekend. I see several complaints here about no refunds being offered. One thing I can say in defense of the company, is that there were several places on the forms that repeatedly said NO REFUNDS. You were warned but are now complaining? I don't get it.
