He picked up my call afterhours at 9pm and is dedicated to his work. He truly was giving honest advice and gave a detailed explanation of what he felt was the best solution and even taught me a few things about plumbing. Juan wasn't my cheapest quote but I felt I wanted the job done right and done well. He uses Universal Plumbing Code approved parts which are reviewed for quality and a tool called Pro Press--which is a modern approved solution to replacing pipes and joints. After calling many plumbers I called Juan to help me with my hot water heater that needed replacing. Whilst I made the mistake of buying a system that was not suitable, Juan went out of his way to try and make it fit into the small cabinet. After two hours of diligent work, he gave me his honest opinion that the tank was not suitable. The next day he brought a much higher quality tank, installed it quickly and it works beautifully. Juan did not charge me for the two hours he worked on the tank I bought and he came after hours to ensure we had hot water. At all times he was professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and kind.
