Extremely disappointing experience. I was initially told that my car would be ready within three…read moredays, but the process ended up taking over a month. I received a call informing me that the vehicle was ready; however, while I was on my way to pick it up, I was informed that there had been an issue with the polishing and that it was not actually ready. When I finally picked up the car, it was cloudy, and the finish appeared acceptable at first glance. However, once the sun came out, numerous imperfections became clearly visible, including scratches and clear signs of poor polishing work. Additionally, the work that was discussed was not fully completed as agreed. I had directly spoken with the owner's son about what would be done, yet those expectations were not met. When I brought these issues to their attention, they refused to correct the problem, claiming that the damage was not caused by them. However, the vehicle did not have these marks prior to being serviced, and I had even sent photos to Luis, their secretary, to document its condition beforehand. Despite this, they declined to take responsibility or fix the issue. Communication was also extremely poor. My calls to the owner, the secretary, and the office were repeatedly ignored, and I had to go in person to get any updates. I returned my car on March 6 for a second time so they could redo the polishing and install the logo they had forgotten to place on the hood. Luis, the secretary, told me it would be ready within two hours; however, my car remained there for an entire week just for polishing. During that time, I made multiple attempts to contact the owner, the secretary, and the office, but no one responded. I ultimately had to go in person to retrieve my vehicle, which had been sitting there for over a week collecting dust. This situation caused significant inconvenience for my family, as my wife had to rely on borrowed cars or use rideshare services to pick up our children from school. Lastly, it is very disappointing that the owner was unwilling to personally address the situation or stand behind their work. This lack of accountability suggests an awareness of the poor quality of the service provided and reflects a disregard for customers. Overall, this experience was nothing but a series of disappointments. Despite having what appears to be a well-equipped shop, the quality of the work and the level of customer service were far below expectations.
