The main reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that several of my gloss black lug nuts were heavily marred during the installation and will likely need to be replaced. My wheels and tires had been installed just two days earlier, and I specifically paid extra for those lug nuts, so it was frustrating to see them damaged almost immediately. The suspension work appears to have been done well, but I wish more care had been taken to protect the wheels and hardware during the process. Other than that, the experience was positive and I'd consider using them again.

Before I left, the owner even took the time to sit with me and demonstrate how to operate the new receiver and use its features. We took our art work in with us to try and get it exactly how we imagined the vehicle to look. Steve was awesome helping us get the placement right. Alec also stepped in and made suggestions on the finish product. Here is the kicker and main reason for the 5 star review. Once we agreed to go with a matte instead of gloss the process began. When we went to pick it up there was a mix up somewhere and gloss was installed on the vehicle. Instead of just tearing it off and starting over they did something unprecedented. Because the gloss looked good before the tore it off they printed out a matte finish logo and put it on the door so we could compare the 2. We chose the matte finish and with in minutes they had the original wrap off and was printing the new the one. In less than 24 hours they were 100% complete with the re-wrap of the vehicle. No questions asked. If you ever find better customer service than that. I suggest you hold on to it. I know we will take all of our future work to these guys no questions asked. The young girl behind the counter was very nice and pulled up specs quickly but it's always easier if you have the old part out. She didn't want to sell me the wrong part and had a staff member go outside and pull it for me. I came in she walked me to through the replacements, which is helpful. Best part ( wait for it) I purchased the part and she had her colleague put it back in for me. It's always the little things that impress me, especially when folks go out of their way to be nice.
