We loved our waitresses. They gave excellent service and were very attentive. I ordered the avocado toast on sourdough but had to send it back because it was on the wheat bread. Came back as sourdough bread not toast... speaker for music was directly behind us so you had to yell to talk. Asked them to turn it down and they did, for about two minutes. Headache from overly loud music at 10 am... May go back when it's cooler and we can sit outside. Misters would be nice. read more

The location of this restaurant is not where Yelp maps you but it's right at the golf course. We were on our way into Arizona and ready to grab a bite to eat but didn't want to have a regular old fast food place. I looked on Yelp and found this place so we drove a few minutes off the freeway to find it. The directions on the map are a little misleading and point to a trailer park just adjacent to the golf course, but it is actually right next to the golf pro shop inside the same building. There's plenty of parking out front and a putting green right near the entrance if you're trying to find it. The service was really friendly and laid back. When you come in you can find your own table and they'll come take your order. There's a chill atmosphere with some golfers coming in as well as locals. The Colorado river is right next to the place so you can walk right outside and see the river. The food was great! And came out reasonably fast. We got a club sandwich which was perfectly prepared. ----TL;DR---- PROS: chill atmosphere in this friendly bar, right next to a golf course and pro shop. Pretty good variety on the menu and the club sandwich was just perfect. Prices were reasonable and there's plenty of parking CONS: you have to go a few minutes from the freeway for this place and the map points to a neighborhood just adjacent but you'll be able to see the putting green and pro shop once you get to the parking area. BOTTOM LINE: it's a nice small business place that makes their food to order. The service was great and we enjoyed this pit stop on our way into AZ. If you want to avoid a big chain restaurant and ok driving a couple minutes away, check them out! read more

It took a very long to get served. We sat at one of the inside tables. There were about 3 people working in the bar and there wasn't very many people inside to serve so not sure why it will so long. They ended up telling us they thought someone else took our order. 3 of us ordered the Avocado toast because someone suggested it as we were walking in. Our Hash browns were all cold. Great food here! Tacos are amazing, the zucchini and onion rings are hand battered and golden to perfection. Buffalo wings are good, not too spicy and not breaded which I prefer. Chili relleno burger was so so good and not greasy like I thought it might be. Fresh cut fries as well. Very laid back atmosphere, It's in a busy bar so it does get quite loud, but still a great experience. Servers are great. Service does get a little slow if they're full, but not a big deal.
