A BIG thank you to everyone here at Car Max in Easton. Big shout out to JOSH & HUNTER and CESAR,…read moreI'm def not the easiest to deal with. And they were beyond patient with me lol. They took care of everything. We had a few little hiccups. That was not there fault and they took care of every single one. Some times things aren't always perfect and they made sure it was perfect. From Trading in my Car to purchasing a new Tundra. They made the process so easy. I highly reccomend this dealer ship for there professionalism and help!!! Maciej

I didn't think I'd ever have to leave a review for a car sales company but the experience here…read moredeemed fitting. About a week ago we went in to get a car appraised for a potential sale to CarMax, and the rep there (Ian, I believe) did the appraisal and took photos, test drove the car, etc. He came back with an offer and said that it's good for 7 days, however because we were from out of town, we didn't have the title with us and would have to go back home to get it. Fast forward 7 days, we got a call from CarMax again letting us know something along the lines of "Hey, it's CarMax, letting you know your value expires today, are you still coming in?" To which we replied - yes, but as we were busy looking for the title and other things that come up in a week's time. We asked "will you honor the same value if we come in tomorrow? (The day after) in which CarMax responded - yes, we will hold that price for you. Fast forward and driving 90 miles later (not in the sale vehicle, by the way), we met Donny, another rep there and he helped us out. He indicated that they would need to do another appraisal and get the value of the car again, and we said fine, but we weren't sure why since nothing has changed about the car we were looking to sell. Some background information - the car we were looking to sell is typically parked in a garage. It was driven to CarMax, and then back to the garage 8 miles away, and then back to CarMax (another 8 miles) to sell. So there was a total difference of approximately 17 miles from the time it was first appraised by Ian, to the time it was getting appraised by Donny. When the offer came back, it was $2,000 less than what was supposed to be "honored." When I asked why, we were told "well it depends on the market. The prices will change." $2,000 drop in less than 24 hours? On top of that, when we provided the title and paperwork to Donny, he had mentioned something came up that the previous rep could have foresaw and told us the week prior, when we first came in. So now after all that was said and done, because of the oversight from the first rep, we wouldn't have been able to sell the car that day to begin with, so now we'd have to drive the car another 8 miles and park it, wait for the document we need, and then **potentially** drive it back to CarMax for the price to drop down even more. What I didn't understand was why this first rep told us they would honor the original value as we were coming in the next day, for them to tell us something else? That is 100% bad business, especially knowing that we were coming from out of state. CarMax KNEW all of this information because it's logged in the system, yet the same rep didn't have the integrity to come out from their office or room to tell us this. An absolute waste of time. This review would have received 0 stars if Yelp allowed it, but Donny did his best and was on the unfortunate receiving end of an agitated customer because of an unprofessional ploy from an even more unprofessional coworker of his. Shout out to Donny but shame on your colleague.

When we started discussing trade in value a staff member drove the car about 20 feet and said it was an $100 trade in value which is simply absurd. I felt like staff thought I was a fool. Do not trust Trade in Values. It was absolutely ridiculous and was shocked by this business. Worst experience ever thanks to Fernando being unprofessional. Unreal!!

Worst purchase of my life. These people are absolute scumbags. I financed a car with them, telling…read morethem I was about to take a trip to Florida to see my family and wanted a safe vehicle to make it down there from PA. Around NC the car started acting up. Massive clouds of white smoke, collision light turned on, check engine light blinking. Thank god I made it down to FLA. I was told to take it to a nissan dealership, which I did. 8k worth if repairs needed. Fluids leaking, bushing rotted, misfirirng sparkplugs, dirty brake fluid. Apparently these idiots didn't finalize my paperwork so technically I dont own the car which made the warranty useless. So instead of spending time with my family I spent the whole trip being lied to and avoided by star auto mall. They wanted me to tow it somewhere cheaper to get it fixed or tow it back to PA for repairs. Since they were too stupid to finalize the sale and didnt want to pay for the repairs I bought another car in FLA and left their POS at the Nissan dealership
