They initially replaced the motor mounts and then told her the torque converter needed to be replaced. She paid approximately $3,500 for the repairs, but afterward the vehicle would not run at all. The shop told her they would determine the problem and asked for a couple of weeks. Those "couple of weeks" turned into six months, leaving her without transportation the entire time. Eventually, we had to involve their insurance company. The vehicle was then taken to Ford for diagnosis. According to Ford, the repairs were in such poor condition that it would cost more than $10,000 in labor and parts to correct the issues. As a result, the insurance company chose to total the vehicle rather than repair it. Unfortunately, the insurance company would not reimburse the $3,500 my daughter had already paid, stating that she would need to seek reimbursement directly from All About Cars. When we contacted the shop, Nate became argumentative, yelled during the phone call, and ultimately hung up. To this day, we have not received any reimbursement. To make matters worse, I later learned from Ford that the engine had reportedly been dropped during the repair process, causing damage to the transmission line. Despite the damage occurring during the repair work, my daughter was still charged for the repairs. Charging a customer to fix damage caused by your own negligence is unacceptable, dishonest and unprofessional, Losing both $3,500 AND her vehicle created a significant financial hardship for my daughter. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend All About Cars. I strongly encourage anyone considering this shop to do thorough research and ask detailed questions before trusting them with their vehicle.

The fact that this man thinks he can start screaming at me for doing absolutely nothing shows he has no business dealing with the public and should seek mental help. My first thought was I better order tires on Monday before the tariffs go into effect because that could add another couple hundred to my purchase. I went to see Sergio the manager at the Auto Clinic. He was upfront about my requests and what I could expect along with a quote. I asked about the tariffs and I was right, they received an email the prices were about to change! I locked in my estimate with a deposit and said " please order my tires". My tires came the next day and I was excited. They had my car on the rack and wouldn't be able to finish until the next day which was fine by me. I was happy they were able to do my wheel alignment because sometimes sports cars are too low to the ground and you have to take it to the dealer for double the price! They did not try to sell me any extras many other tire places are like that. They did inform me about an issue but said "I wouldn't worry about it, if it was my car". This is not your daily driver and you don't seem to put many miles on your car. My overall experience was fantastic and I would highly recommend them to anyone reading my review.

So on a coworker's recommendation I wound up here. And now I won't go anywhere else. They have always been honest and fair and since Juan has taken over as manager it's been more of the same for me. Everything is very straightforward and I know what to expect when I drop off my truck. I can assure you- in 14 years I have definitely gotten some calls I don't want to hear but with an older vehicle this is to be expected. And always, even though I may not WANT to replace this or that part, the prices are fair. People tend to write reviews when they're upset and want the world to know they've been screwed. And that's understandable. But often we forget to write reviews when things go well. And that's not fair to places that seem to genuine try to do the right thing. So... I go here. My daughters go here. I tell my coworkers to go here. And I suppose that'll continue for the foreseeable future. One thing I will say... because I've been going here so long I've spent some time in that lobby. And it's worth noting people come in with some absolutely insane requests- I mean, just effing nuts. And when they don't get their way it simply doesn't compute in their brains. And those are often the people who write crappy reviews. And I don't just mean for this place. So keep that in mind.

Mind you I am on a CanAm Spyder but the front end is just a car suspension. Super simple. These guys were able to do the balancing for me. They like all shops that do just cars are hesitant to touch these but they are so simple. Fortunately, they didn't turn me away and said "we'll get it done" and they did. Fantastic customer service and very reasonable price. Now all you CanAm folks don't come flooding them for wheel balances in Sparks as this was a special situation and I greatly appreciate their help while passing through in Sparks. They are always super nice and helpful. I meet the owner once and I was going thru a rough time. He helped make sure my car was good to drive and worked with me to get it running safely.
