They said the tire repair would be free. That's very nice. I had to leave the tire there as they were really busy. Within two hours, they called back and said that the tire was not repairable. They asked me to call them and they would help me get another tire. I returned the next day, and they brought the tire to my vehicle and the rim . Buying a tire, however, I do have a road hazard agreement with Bill Pierce Honda so it was not necessary. Bill Pierce verified that the tire was not repairable . Fast friendly courteous can't ask for more. I should've checked to see the price of the tire. To see if it was a good value.

I rotate the tires twice a year, or as needed. They monitor its health and once a new one is needed, I order it online and book the appointment. He provided and recommended a few sets of wheels for all the driving I've been doing lately and my personal preference in how smooth the ride would be vs. a thicker tire and feeling bumps here and there in the road, but get more miles of warranty. I chose to pay a little more so I would be prepared for the snow and get more warranty on my tires. I was able to get a minor alignment, oil change, and my new tires balanced and put on my car within an hour and a half or so that I waited for my car. I cannot recommend Tony and his shop anymore than I do in person to my family, friends and coworkers. If you're looking for an honest mechanic, stop by his shop or give them a call. I looked up tire shops in Reno and El Camino popped up. I gave them a call and was "come in there's no wait". I got there 20 minutes later and Tony greeted me with "Hey, we were waiting for you". Which was nice to be remembered. He quickly got the tires out the back and started the install. There was a waiting room for me and my girls. The total install time took less than 30 minutes and I got them installed and balanced for $124 out the door with the recycling fee. I'm coming back next week to get an alignment done.
