7pm on a Sunday. Had to leave for Sea-Tac airport at 3am the next morning. Stopped to gas up my car, and when I went to start it..*Click* *Click* *Click* and a battery idiot light on my dashboard, despite the fact that all my lights were working just fine, and the ammeter showed a full charge. Managed to catch Jason just as he was about to walk out the door, but he said since he hadn't completely closed up yet, he'd come help me out. Showed up about 15 minutes later. A portable charging unit was no help, but then he just happened to spot a small power wire that had become detached from my starter relay, (something I never would have even noticed, especially in the dark of night). One quick connection later, and she fired right up, saving me the cost of a cancelled parking lot reservation, and having to find an alternate way to the airport at the last minute. I called my roadside assistance to help me with my vehicle and First Chance Towing arrived to assist. I was given an estimated time of arrival and the driver was there on time according to my roadside time quote---I believe the drivers name is Bo and he hooked my car up safely and gave me and my car a ride to the dealership so I could have my car checked out. Fast forward to just a few days ago I needed lock out service and I still had the card that Bo gave me. I did not use my roadside service this go round so I dialed the company direct. I was greeted by a lady on the phone who was helpful, I was in a spotty location and she was able to understand where I was located and told me to sit tight she had a driver on the way. The driver this time was a different gentleman he told me his name was Robert and he was able to perform the lock out service quickly and I got myself to work without incident. I feel the price for the service I needed was fair and the timely fashion that I received service from First Chance towing initially prompted me to call on them when I needed help outside the roadside services. I would recommend First Chance Towing and when I call for roadside again I will ask my provider to call this company over the others. read more

Called to have my motorcycle towed one day and these guys went above and beyond to get my and my bike home safe. The prices were fair and the service was excellent. My bike was well taken and made it home without a scratch on it. About a week later I called to have my car towed and got the same great service. This time I was not there during the pick up or drop off but when I got home I found my car in my driveway with the key in my locked mailbox. I read the reviews on here and saw one that said they steal from the cars. I had $1,400 in my center console in plain sight and every dollar was there. Highly recommend this company. read more

At dusk, my vehicle broke down five miles up a dirt road. With a 7-year old. Twenty miles from cell service. Luckily a helpful couple came by and gave us a ride to town. My insurance company sent me a referral for these guys. When they called me two hours after my initial call to the insurance company, the guy complained about the condition of the road and the specs of my truck which I had already explained to my insurance company. They threatened to hold me financially responsible if they got their tow truck stuck. When he patronized me, "you have to remember it's a 12,000 pound 2-wheel drive truck," I had no confidence he had the equipment or skill to do the job. I LOST IT (my mind. Still don't know where it went...) and told them to call my insurance company and deny the call so I could get a different company to help me. His reply, "that's not my problem." A. They should not have taken the call if they couldn't perform the service. B. Their unhelpful and whiny customer service made my terrorizing experience worse. C. Beware of your coverage. I thought I had 100 miles towing, but I only had 19. I thought my truck was covered, but apparently if your vehicle is raised or has oversized tires, these guys charge more and my roadside assistance would not cover it. Plus, neither my coverage nor my passenger's AAA covers pick up from a dirt road. I ended up breaking my truck even more trying to coast down the mountain in hopes of at least getting it to the street. At 1:30am. The front and back tires locked up when the transfer case blew and the drive shaft actually broke off. In the middle of the road. A mile from the pavement. The other tow company expertly backed up the 1 mile on the bumpy shale road no problem and didn't charge me extra for the off-highway mile. read more

i own a 2013 s63 amg. on jun15 2016 i called mercedes roadside assistance because my battery was dead. they sent over a tech to jump it. it was unsuccessful. i called back and they sent over a tow truck to tow it to mercedes of tacoma. 45 minutes later i received a call from mercedes of tacoma. they said my car was delivered damaged and they will not move it until someone write up a claim on it. they sent me over a photo of the damage. i called the tow company and not only did they deny doing the damage. they was very rude and disrespectful. (i'll send screen shots of email). i communicated this to mercedes roadside assistance. i also supplied them with photos proving that my car was in perfect shape on the tow truck as it was leaving my parking garage. the tow company is pointing blame on mercedes of tacoma. a rep from mercedes roadside assistance ensured me that my car will be repaired in a week and return to me in perfect condition. that was a lie. my car is at paramount and they have no direction from mercedes on repairing my car. all i wanted was a jump. from looking at damage i'm also concerned about the potential collateral damage to my car. for all i know my car could have been dropped on the freeway. i've been without my car for close to a month now. this is the email i received from bob smith at chance towing. i will advise you to not make comments like that again.. you are talking about a affganistan war vet that is very upstanding and has not ever had a claim i don't care if it is a 500k massarati or a $250.00 pinto every car gets the same safety and equipment.  we tow into mercedes dailey so this unit was towed no differently then the others. you also have to realise that your complaint about how the driver handled the tow needs to be rethought. ..   you had your car parked in a parking garage that is not ment for a tow truck to come in and remove your car from, so i think even if some how this damage was done by my driver it was a pretty impressive feet that he even made an effort to take your car removal on and got it done. as far as the damage no one including the driver is argueing the car was not damaged when it was picked up..  the damaged to the car was not recorded till after we left the dealership and driver arrived back at our office.  so this is going to take some effort to figure out what exactly happend..  i am not convinced that our driver did this! it's a very odd place to be hurt by a tow truck! i am looking into this! read more

This is a SCAM. I spoke to someone named "Starrla" to arrange a tow for the following morning. When I called back the next day, they said their number 253-445-2636 is a private number and they do not have a business. Could hear them talking in the background like its an office. This is NOT a towing service. AVOID at all costs. read more

Absolutely NO customer service, rude, belligerent and hostile "in your face" confrontational employees and COMPLETELY lacking in empathy or concern for their customers. STAY AWAY!!! There are FAR too many other towing outfits that actually DESERVE your business......UPDATE!!! They've decided that the horrible publicity was worth changing their mind! They've released the car they were "holding" from the soldier that flew all the way from Alaska to retrieve it. Still wouldn't do business with this company due to their absolute REFUSAL to explain their position to avoid the incredible hassle and they are now being investigated by the State for their "business practices". read more
