Not once, but TWICE, tow companies canceled on me claiming they "didn't have the proper equipment" to tow my car. All they did was waste my time while I sat there stressed, exhausted, overheated, and scared. My Porsche was damaged due to undercarriage impact damage and an oil leak, and apparently every other tow company acted like my car required some impossible fancy setup. Then came Charlie and his amazing wife. Within less than 15 minutes, he showed up calm, compassionate, professional, and actually KNOWING what he was doing. Charlie didn't start my car and risk further damage. He carefully hooked, secured, and loaded my vehicle properly and safely got it to Porsche of Tacoma with zero issues. DID NOT DRAG MY CAR HOOKED IT ADDED THE SKATES/GO JACKS ON MY BACK WHEELS. THAT is what professionalism, experience, and genuine customer care looks like.
