Have been here since 5 years now , The doctors are nice , but the waiting time every time for the last 6 visits have been way too much , The last time I was numbed and the doctor didn't show back for an hour even after telling the assistant that the numbness is fading . if I can give this place a -5 I would. went in for routine checkup and had pain which was from a wisdom tooth. the dentist surprisingly said it wasn't my wisdom tooth and it was the tooth next it with the crown that had the problem. I had the crown done at a different dentist with no issue and wasn't in my mouth for a year. I didn't take the dentist word and went somewhere else. the other place I went to told me my wisdom tooth was so bad it had a cavity and there was nothing wrong with my crown. I was able to get my wisdom tooth removed somewhere else with no issue. DONT GO TO THIS PLACE THEY ONLY WANT TO GET MONEY EITHER OUT OF YOUR POCKET OR FROM YOUR INSURANCE! read more

Great dentist, really knows his stuff. But to expensive for me, $400 to pull one tooth that took him a whole 2 minutes. I have no insurance so that was a lot of money for a retired vet, living of social security. Will have to search for a different dentist now. I love this place. I have the worst teeth possible. From braces, root canals, cavities extractions! I've had it all done, so I know a good dentist from a bad one. And after a cleaning, cavity fillings, two root canals and a tooth extraction- this is the best dentist I have ever been too. The dentists are smart, kind and professional! They know what they're doing and they work to ensure perfection and satisfaction. Their hours are also very convenient. And their reception and staff are polite and helpful! Also, the office is relatively new and everything is clean and modern. I was referred here by my mom, who is having a pleasant experience getting dentures. Was referred by a friend and I have to say this dentist office was awesome they fit me in as a walk in because my wisdom tooth was starting to give me some pain and they removed it no problem very affordable after going to a couple dental offices. the WORST experience of my life, majdi is ENTITLED AND RUDE. had the audacity to tell me he doesn't care what his front desk workers have to say "they aren't doctors, they don't understand what they're talking about" after i told him the lady i spoke to had told me something about my own records?? i also had a VIDEO of my tooth that HE worked on and he told me he doesn't care about what i show him because his "records indicate otherwise" but turns out he was wrong after i called my insurance and was told exactly what i was billed for. i mixed up root canal with a filling but he told me during the appointment "i never touched that tooth" BUT HE DID! called and was visibly upset because he made me feel CRAZY and delusional during my appointment and he just gaslit me. Arab doctors lose their morality after getting some attention and more clients and it's disturbing and disappointing do better. read more

NOT my first Choice! First Choice Dental claimed to accept all major insurance over the phone and indicated Liberty dental approved with representative at First Choice dental. Website claims to accept all major insurance also on Dec. 16, 2020. Was this a Scam or bad business with Insurance? Arrived to location as walk in dental assistant at desk says we do not accept HMO. Called Liberty Dental insurance and yes they would call provider to clarify they are in network and under contract. Insurance called first choice dental and it was okay now there mistake, no apology needed nor given just asked to wait in my car may be an hour or hour and half to see me. Called in for consultation met with dentist after assistant questioned reason for visit, normal procedure so far so good. Xray taken of tooth requiring service and recommended work options by dentist made. Perhaps tooth not that bad and did not need root canal and crown no major pain for emergency service. Eventually will have to get something done! So accepted confirmed process. After receiving 2 Lidocain injections to numb area for root canal, dentist sends in assistance and ask me for full payment or down payment. It was confirmed with insurance and code for root canal given money to cover cost in full. I do not have a deductible. Asked to call insurance again to request form from insurance for emergency root canal; after that, dentist ask for at least half payment of the 600.00. This was not expected because over the phone it was discussed insurance would pay for root canal and covered the work in full. After waiting an hour with my lip numb had to call insurance again because dentist wanted a payment schedule from the insurance because he could not find or claims he did not have one although it was given according to insurance when contract was sign. Billing insurance with codes, normal procedure so since Dr Ibraham ask for at least half payment because he did not like dealing with insurance and now is requesting at least half payment 300.00 up front then they would bill for remaining balance and if not covered or paid by insurance I would be responsible for balance. Well that is what is says in the consent form not pay in full or pay half and we reimburse you after insurance pays, NOT PROFFESSIONAL agreement! Payments are allowed if you pay half now incase insurance does not pay or negate work done customer responsible as it stated in consent form signed. SIGNED CONSENT FORM insurance confirmed up to 1000.00 coverage. After hour and half waiting and 2 hours of waiting for dentist to organize and look for fee schedule it would take 24 hours to receive new fee schedule from insurance so told me to come back another day, this is internal problem, unorganized all they had to do is bill with correct code according to supervisor at Liberty Dental insurance provider. Did not expect to have to pay have went home 10 minutes away got a credit card to make half payment and upon return dental assist says you have to pay the whole amount up front 600. Maybe just he did not want to do the job? Called insurance and they said they received request for billing but would take 24 hours to process dentist says to come back ANOTHER DAY! I ASKED TO HAVE IT APPOVED BEFORE WORKD STARTED AND HE SAID IT WAS OKAY! If would have been told to pay up front before getting shots to numb mouth! I COULD HAVE DECIDE TO LEAVE! Did not abide by the contract disrespectful should have not put me through this pain and make me Start to suffer and then try to sell me on half a root canal job. What a HASSLE! Insurance indicated FIRST CHOICE under contract do not know what that entails I DID NOT PAY CASH OR used PERSONAL CREDIT CARD. Consultation, in fact it was told if insurance does not make payment or approve work customer is responsible stated in consent form it does not say pay in full before we start work! THEY WANT PAYMENT IN FULL NOW after injection she says BECAUSE WE DO NOT TRUST YOU AND LIBETY DENTAL DOES NOT PAY! I HAVE EXCELLANT CREDIT COULD PAY IN FULL BUT HAVE INSURANCE. UNORGANIZED laughed about the hassle dental assistant thought it was funny as lady came in made payment on balance after returning with credit card and they now want full payment from me? Think it was simply not my day for root canal probably and hopefully will not need one for few more years. Was told needed root canal 3 years ago by another dentist and had second opinion for just filling, so far so good. NOT MY FIRST DENTAL CHOICE NOW! New facility? My first time there was not good experience and right now do not want to go back! Now glad they did not make things worse, that happened 5 years ago, went for cleaning and advise to by retiring dentist to remove all fillings and replace since it was covered by insurance/ just out to make money? Very nice place , clean. Receptionist very nice. The Dr. (both of them) have great bed side manners, explain everything I needed to know. And most of all made me feel comfortable.
