Kapur dental was the best experience we have ever had with children and dentists and just medical professionals in general. Dr. Kapur is the most kind hearted person she spoke to my six-year-old son like he was in charge and like he was there so that he felt seen and heard which is so important. I think when you're taking young children to the doctor or dentist most of the time the provider focuses on speaking to the parenting because they're speaking above the child but Dr. Kapur went above and beyond to make my son feel comfortable happy and excited about the dentist! He keeps asking to go back! Which speaks volumes ;) She was just incredible so professional so knowledgeable. Not to mention her wonderful staff. Sam at the front desk went out of his way to accommodate an urgent appointment as first time patients and were able to fit us in to a packed schedule with ease. How refreshing to have an experience like this. The office is also very beautiful warm welcoming and most importantly super clean. Ten out of ten! 5 stars! I chose to go to Kapur Dental because of all the amazing Yelp reviews. I had an awful experience as a kid with a dentist but I was then lucky enough to find a doctor who I stuck with for over 15 years. After he retired I was afraid to go to someone new. And coming from a person like me, I can honestly say I could not have come across a better place than Kapur Dental. The dental hygienist was very nice and kind, she took it easy on me because of my fear of the dentist. She talked to me the entire time which helped me stay relaxed. Dr. Kapur was equally as nice and most importantly very thorough. She is awesome! The entire staff is great and the office is beautiful. Everyone made my experience smooth and amazing. I relocated to Chicagoland a few years ago and was given Dr. Kapur's name by a family friend. With years of preventative care: mostly cleanings and some fillings by her, I continue to have a great smile and good teeth. Dr. Kapur relocated her office a year ago and the new place is great. There is easy parking, everything is new with plenty of space inside. Dr. Kapur runs on time, has great assistants, and is very talkative. The office contacts me to confirm upcoming appointments. They have taken care of my insurance without my involvement. I recommend her for the entire family. You won't be disappointed! read more

I was recommended here by an old friend, and now I recommend it to everyone I know! I can not say enough good things about this office. The entire staff is extremely nice and helpful. They genuinely care about their patients. Dr. Kapur and dental hygienist, Michelle, are such nice people. They remember everything we talk about, dental related or not. Today was my first day going to Dr. Kapur. I'm so glad I did.!! When I arrived, Dr. Kapur and her assistant were doing office work. Her assistant was very nice, caring and professional....I didn't get his name. He was very observant noticing I was in pain and asked Dr. Kapur if she would take a look at the issue I had...she obliged. Dr. Kapur was very calming, patient and caring. She explained the issue I had and what the process entailed. Their professional, caring nature really made me feel better. Dr. Kapur really cares about the patients wellbeing. I'm not really a big dentist fan BUT this place made me change my mind. Today was my first time going here and when I walked in the people were very welcoming and the place was very clean! I was only supposed to get a consultation on my right lower back tooth because the filling came out but they wanted to fix it right away so there was no problems of them getting me in. The doctor was amazing and she was super nice as well! I absolutely LOVE this place and I will definitely be back!. If you love your teeth as much as I do please check them out! Dr. Kapur is a true gem! My husband and I went to see her after my in-laws raved about the great care they received, and we couldn't agree more. She is very knowledgeable and personable - always taking the time to listen and to provide excellent recommendations that keep our teeth strong and beautiful. Dr.Kapur is one of the nicest Dentist out there!!! She is incredible kind and will put you at ease if you are nervous about going to the dentist at all!! She is so knowledge in what she does! I personally don't like going to see the dentist and haven't been in years. When I got to her office I was nervous at first but as soon as she started talking, I felt at ease. First time in 8 years since i have been to a dentist and i wouldint have had chosen amy other place!. The staff there was very helpful and very nice. Michelle did my cleaning and xrays and was very professional and in depth with it especially since i havint been to one for 8 years. Doctor Kuplar was very polite and told me about what is needed next for my teeth. I am definitely making this my primary dentist. I recommend this place highly. My husband and I love Kapur Dental. I have anxiety and avoided dentists for 10 years. I came here through a referral and I couldn't be happier. They are gentle, understanding and accommodating. I dont mind coming anymore. We love the whole staff, especially Michelle. Would I love the most is that they send text reminders and you can text them if you have a late night emergency. Dr. Kapur is AWESOME! I have only been here once but she is the bomb.com. Usually I only interact with the assitants - who are also wonderful - but I loved that Dr.Kapur stuck around for more than 5 minutes just for a check up. She was thorough with my examination after the assitants had left and also a very great person to just converse with. I have never had a personal relationship with a dentist like I do with my physician but I hope to have one with all my health care providers. read more

The staff at Kapur Dental are by far a special group of people. Dr. Kapur makes you feel like you're the most important person she knows. Her personality is warm and friendly. She checks on you after you've left the office and that I must say was an amazing touch to dental care. Dr Kapur is kind and takes her time on each patient individually. Although treatment can be expensive (comparable to other dentists), her office allows installments for payment. I feel my treatment was superb! However -- I have a VERY DIFFICULT time getting a hold of the office to make payment. This is my only complaint, and its really getting on my nerves that there is not always someone there to assist when i am trying to pay portions of my bill. read more

Professional, competent and gentle - just what you need in a dentist. Dr. Kapur has been practicing dentistry for over 15 years and is supported by a great staff. She took care of a couple of crowns I needed years ago and now that I am regular with my cleanings (2-3 times/year) I have had no problems since.
