As long as you want to receive a broken item and never want to speak to a real person or never have any customer service then this is the place for you. My chandelier arrived broken and I was willing to fix it however trying to get ahold of someone is impossible. You can't speak to a real person by calling the phone number and working through the phone tree it just hangs up on you. Than I tried at least 6 times to talk to the HELP Center and the fake chat keeps knocking you out of the chat. I have spent approximately an hour trying to get the missing parts so I can even fix it. They sent the wrong light. Instead of providing great customer service, we are now going on 4 weeks of trying to sort out the issue. After contacting them initially, it took them 6 days to get back and acknowledge the issue. It took another 2 weeks to get a shipping label to send it back to them. I was told once the item was picked up by UPS, they would ship the new light. Well...going on 5 days an no shipment. I am now logging a complaint with my credit card company. One of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. The level of incompetence and lack of caring about customer experience is amazing. I would never use this company again. read more

Don't waste your time or money on this company. Terrible customer service. My order arrived damaged (broken glass) and it was very heavy. They won't have fed ex come to my home and pick it up even though it's damaged. I'm now on day 4 of trying to get a label to take it to fed ex. I start a live chat, wait about 1/2 and then chat suddenly gets disconnected. I'm going to call Amex tomorrow and dispute the charge. ($500+). Not a cheap purchase. Avoid- even if you have to pay a little more elsewhere. It'll save you time and aggravation. read more

I am half way through the process, and will post again after completion of order. I mistakenly ordered a light that did not meet our needs. I tried to stop the order prior to shipping but it had already left the warehouse. The staff at 1Stop said to accept the delivery and process a return for a 10% cost of product charge. This seemed acceptable so I ordered a new light fixture that met our requirements. Then I learned that the freight item would be significantly more to ship back than originally stated. I panicked, I now had 2 lights arriving, one we did not need, and it would cost me an entire new fixture to ship it back. After a few phone calls and emails, I was connected to a customer service representative named Princess. She worked with her manager to sort things out, and to arrange return shipping the same day the package arrived, to avoid any delays in returning the item. The light is on it's way back, the new light will arrive later this week. I will post again once the refund is issued and the new light installed. Thusfar, customer service is exceptional and the product selection they offer online is good. I was very thankful to work with Princess, she was very profesional, communicated well, and was thorough. She followed through at end of business day to give a status update and followed up after another email inquiry to make sure i understood the return process. Google this online lighting seller and this is what pops up as their slogan: "Lowest price always guaranteed." That is NOT true, it's a misleading come-on of the worst kind. I had bought the last two of a popular pendant light by Access Lighting, on the Home Depot website, $76 each. I needed 3, so I looked online and saw 1StopLighting and its promised price-match. I found the exact one I needed but it was 21% higher (at $92). I called to place the order online and only then was told that the price match is only for what the salesperson called, "online sellers." Home Depot, despite having a huge presence online, did not qualify. So, the lowest price guarantee only applies to a tiny slice of lighting pie, very few vendors all of much are as overpriced as 1StopLighting. Their blaring promise of Lowest price always guaranteed is an empty come-on. Always. That's what it says. Should say, sometimes! read more

I LOVED my beautiful mirror until I realized that it was NOT the size I ordered! It was much larger causing all sorts of issues with the space I have since the correct size is no longer available. The chat line was no help and tried to pass me off to technical support. It was a company error! This should not happen with a reputable company and I should receive something more than a hand off to another department that can't help! I ordered the fans from this site because I could get a discount. It was difficult to place the order; the site wouldn't take my credit card; I couldn't get help on their phone line. Finally, finally, there was one person who called me and took my credit card -- she said that was her job, so I'm not the only person who had trouble placing an order on their website. Then, I got an email that some of my products were shipped or delivered to my contractor; I checked the website and it said only some had been delivered. I tried to get more info from the company, but couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. Even after waiting for word on my other products, I didn't get a second email, and their website still showed that not all of the products had been sent. I was trying to get it organized before leaving the country but couldn't get info or clarity. Finally, we realized that the whole shipment had been received. It was a waste of my time at a difficult time. And it turns out that products can only be returned within 30 days of purchase, which had expired by the time I returned to the state. I just wanted to return extra droprods we didn't use, but now I have extra bronze poles I don't need. The products from the manufacturers are fine but ordering them through this company is a total pain. read more

I bought a light from this company. What I received differed from what was listed on the online website. I contacted customer service and was told that the order would be corrected. After waiting about a week, the correct items still had not been processed/sent. I decided to just cancel the order. I contacted customer service and they approved the cancelation and then sent me a fedex return label and there the problem really starts. The order I have is actually in 2 boxes as it is so big and so I need 2 labels with separate tracking number (which is how it was sent to me). Fedex told me that it could not be sent with a single label/tracking number. I contacted customer service told them what was going on and was told that they would get this taken care of. Several days later after no response, customer service was contacted again and I was told that this would be escalated to management and that I would be contacted by the end of the day of how to resolved this issue so a refund could be issued. Again, no contact from the company. This company has no way to actually talk with someone, everything has to be online. There are several other online lighting companies which offer good prices and the ability to actually physically talk with people when needed. I guess it is time to pursue other options to get this resolved and get my refund. read more

I would give them a great, but the first service rep I dealt with was rude. When I reached out to get a supervisor to look into it, I was so happy. They fixed the price adjustment problem and apologized for the prior behavior. Today I reached out for the promised credit for later arrival of product and was met with another pleasant rep.
