Typically, I am not one to post yelp reviews, however, I feel 2 Doors Down is worth the time to write this review: We were in town for the day and decided to try 2 Doors Down based on the reviews. We were not disappointed. The staff were great, they were personable, patient, and friendly. We had brought our rambunctious 2yo twins with us, the gentleman waiting on us not only thought ahead to bring a second basket with their meal, but also provided several great suggestions on things to do in town with the girls. The food was top-notch, I ordered the Bacon Mac & Cheese Burger, and was not disappointed. Both the bacon and the burger were cooked perfectly, and the breaded mac & cheese was the right combination of crispy fried shell with the gooey mac & cheese center. We left very satisfied with the food and service, and will be gladly returning next time we are in Cheyenne! read more

Excellent!! Food and service! We were visiting Cheyenne and needed a place to eat. Burgers sounded good. We tried calling but the line was busy so we drove to the location. A super nice person came out and asked if we were there to order, was patient and so nice! Our food was out in 15 mins and was DELICIOUS!! Everything was so flavorful and spot on! Absolutely the best and friendliest place in town! We went in last night 15minutes before closing time.. most places treat you like crud for daring to walk into a business 15 minutes before closing time (we don't normally do that we thought they closed at 10) and they treated us like they do when they first open! The staff is great, the waitresses, and waiters are trained for premium customer service. As a small business owner myself this is so refreshing to see. Please support this local business. read more

They brag about serving the best burgers in the world. I'm NOT sure about that BUT they're definitely the best in town. Each one is cooked to order fresh and they've got a dozen varieties. IF you're NOT into beef, there's salmon and ahi tuna as well. They have grilled and crispy chicken salads. Milk shakes and malted milk shakes are available to wash it all down. We were in town for overnight and decided to. come here based on the other reviews we read on yelp. We were not disappointed. I got a lettuce wrap cheeseburger, my son got the kids cheeseburger and my daughter got the tortilla soup. That burgers came with endless fries and the fries were yummy. I got my burger lettuce wraps in the lettuce was a little wilted. The soup was very yummy and spicy, so if you don't like spicy food, avoid the tortilla soup. If you're looking for a good burger I would recommend this place. You have to pay at the counter before you sit down, and the only problem is that they upsell the desserts very heavily. That means you have to run a separate tab for your desserts. It was nothing bad, but just a little inconvenient. We were disappointed in the gelato. It tasted like it had been scraped from the bottom of the ice cream barrel. And for $4.25 I expected it to taste a little more like gelato rather than plain ice cream. read more

My husband and I stopped in here for dinner. The place looked fun. We ordered the onion ring app, I ordered a bowl of chicken noodle soup, and my husband ordered one of the burgers. While our food was brought out quickly, I was surprised that the app portion of onion rings contained 4 onion rings. That's it. Then when I tasted my soup, it was barely luke warm. The waitress came by and I asked her if this was the full portion of onion rings, she kind of laughed and said she thought so. I said, "$7 for four onion rings seems overpriced." She just looked at me. I got upset at the way she didn't seem to care. I asked for a manager and she said there "really wasn't one", then pointed at the register area and said someone there could help me. Two other staff walked by and I asked if they had a manager and they said they'd send one out. Finally, a guy who looked like he came from the kitchen presented himself as the manager. I asked him about the portion size of the onion rings and he said I should have been given six for the app portion. Which, I still think that's overpriced, but at least he said I was underserved. Interestingly enough, while he was talking to me and offering to replace the onion rings, one of the other staff slid a basket with two onion rings onto the table. I guess to complete the app portion of six. I also let him know the soup was barely warm. He offered me my money back on all of it, or to redo it all. At this point, I was hungry and don't like wasting food. I decided to just eat it all. I thanked him for at least trying. He was the only useful server/cook/manager there. The onion rings were good. Just not worth the $7. My husband liked his burger and fries. The soup was awful. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant. They need some adults running the place. read more

I'm not sure how this place is rated so high. I got a green chile cheeseburger and it was overdone with a soggy bun from the chili. My family for burgers and chicken strips... All overdone. I would recommend going 2 doors down or two blocks down instead. That said, they do have great steak fries. read more

I have lived here for 5 years now and can't believe I didn't make this my favorite spot years ago. This restaurant had the best service in town. We were initially greeted by Mary, who was the sweetest woman I have ever met. She welcomed us and took the time to go over the menu with us and chatted with us the rest of the time we were there. The entire staff was super friendly and attentive and we never wanted for anything there. The food was just as amazing as the service, and anyone who regularly dines out in Cheyenne knows how hard it is to find both in the same place. This will definitely be my new go-to! read more

The burgers were great, and I'd definitely say the bigger the better with this place. The fries were also pretty good too. Their burgers hit the spot BUT we felt they were overpriced and too well done. I wish they would let you chose between two temperatures. Their bottomless fries were excellent (especially with a little extra seasoning salt and dipped in their ranch dressing)! With that said the wait staff was sweet as pie! They made my lunch to be honest. I did notice, however, that a manager on duty (lady with black curly hair) was openly short with the staff. I think speaking nicely to customers, especially when customers can hear, is the best policy. Something to be aware of. Overall we will be back but not frequently due to the higher price tag. Definitely a dollar to two dollars higher than any other sit down burger place I've ever been too. read more

We've had awesome food here and we've had disappointing food here. Sometimes you don't know what to expect. I get the grilled tuna burger and it's usually perfect served rare in the middle.
