I was in a hurry to get my laptop fix when it shut down in the middle of the semester. I didn't know any tech repair stores around my neighborhood but found 2fix by accident and I am thankful that I did. Mr. Galo, who runs the shop, was very thorough with its initial diagnosis. He followed up with me soon after and explained everything in a way I'd understand. The problems with my device were bigger than expected and me being a student was quite worried I was not gonna be able to afford everything at once. In spite of it, Mr. Galo was very understanding of my situation and did his best to provide an empathetic service. When my wife's iphone stopped charging she went to the Apple Store to have it fixed. They informed her that a prong in the charger port was broken and it will be very expensive to repair. Apple recommended that she upgrade to a new phone since she is due for one. We didn't want to spend more money since the phone is just over two years old, we went to 2 Fix Computer and had it fixed within an hour for a minimal amount compared to buying a new iphone! I brought my computer in due to it not working and fans being broken. I was told he would fix them and also upload everything new with a new hard drive also. It was a gaming computer so the next day when i recieved it i brought it home and the fans werent clocked right so i had to bring it back in to see the trouble and he sat there trying to help me figure out the issue over an hour it started working great again.
