I'm not a fan of the products being vacuum packed in plastic. I prefer a meat market that displays their meat unpackaged and wraps their meat in paper. The tri tips are not trimmed and are vaccum packed so trimming didn't seem like an option. The chicken breasts were grey color, not pink as they should be, so I did not purchase. I purchased a very small tri tip, a NY steak, and rack of St. Louis ribs for $64. I will not be returning as Costco has much better quality meats for better price.

I love this cut of meat when I go a Brazilian steak house and so I buy some so I can make at home. They also offer Wagyu cuts along with ribeye's, tri-tip and short ribs. There is also a selection of pork, chicken and seafood for all palettes. The staff was really nice, friendly and answered all my questions on how to best prepare the picanha. Overall, the meat was of high quality and came out perfect. I look forward to coming back when I'm having another craving for BBQ.

We got a decent sized PSMO and 2 tomahawk steaks. When Joe asks if you want him to season your steak, you respond immediately with a yes! His seasoning on the tomahawks were out of this world good. We cooked everything last night and the quality of the meat was great. Would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone. I would definitely go out of my way to come back here when I return next year.
