Not impressed with service, and online hours are 8-6pm. But shop open and closed when they want. I had a follow up issue and no one there nor can't get through by phone either. When you call phone comes on like it's disconnected. Business could be better if they had dependable employees.

Randomly stopped at 2 Quick Automotive, while driving home, after noticing my brakes grinding. We were greeted at the front desk by Feras, who took care of us right away. This was my first time here and I must admit, I was very impressed both with the friendly service, the nice neat and clean interior, and most of all the genuine concern for me as a customer and my automotive needs. I will certainly be back and I've already told family and friends about my experience as well. Thank you Feras and 2 Quick Automotive. Keep doing what you do and I will be back.

After the diagnostic, I was quoted $2,700 for a clutch and flywheel replacement. When I declined the repair, I was told I owed $350 to retrieve my vehicle -- a diagnostic fee that was never disclosed upfront when I agreed to the diagnostic. I questioned the pricing because the parts quoted were significantly higher than OEM-equivalent parts available from reputable suppliers. Instead of a clear explanation or written breakdown provided in advance, the situation escalated. I ultimately paid the fee under protest in order to retrieve my vehicle. I understand shops need to be paid for diagnostics, but fees should be clearly disclosed before service, and customers should not feel pressured when they decline repairs. I strongly recommend getting all diagnostic fees and estimates in writing upfront before using this shop.

They were kind initially and gracious to get our business, but once our car got to their facility their tone changed. We already knew we had a transmission problem, hence the reason we sought them out. But it took them FOUR days to diagnose the problem. Once they did so, they gave us an exorbitant price. After consulting, we decided to go elsewhere as their price was more than twice the amount of other companies. Of course they were upset and proceeded to charge us $495 to diagnose our car! And then told us we couldn't pick up the car until the following week! Anyhow, over the weekend we thought we'd give them another opportunity and try to get them to come up with other options. Scott was VERY rude and told us he didn't have time to waste. He did come down on price a bit and though it was still much more than our other quote, it wasn't worth it to move the vehicle since they were charging us $500. But then rude Scott insisted we pay them in full BEFORE they would do any work. I was livid! What mechanic shop insists they receive payment before completing the work?? When I attempted to discuss this with them he proceeded to tell me that he didn't believe we could afford to pay for the work so he wanted money upfront. When I shared that I will leave negative reviews online he told me to go right ahead. Do you normally insult all of your customers like that?? They had my vehicle for 10 days so I just went with it, but never again. Beware!

If I could put 0 stars I would…read more I was in a wreck in March and my car started driving weird shortly after I got it back from being repaired. My insurance company wanted me to take it to a transmission specialist to see if the wreck caused any further damage. We take it to this place on a Monday and get a rental. By Wednesday they figure out the damages are not caused by my wreck and that I just need a new transmission. We tell them to do the repairs. They tell us it will be ready on Friday. Friday comes. No car. Same with Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. During this time we call everyday and after complaining they say they will help us out with rental by getting it down to $20/day and then covering it since Monday. 11 days later my car is ready. My husband picks it up and when I get home I notice part of gr undercarriage is hanging off up front and part of the section which was covered by a piece of plastic is completely missing. Oh. And they didn't get our rental down the $20/day that both myself and my husband were promised. And the only thing discounted was $150 for rental. Total bill $2500 and our rental was over $450. And my damn SUV still isn't 100% back to what it was. All I want is my cars appearance back to 100% normal.

It may not be as cheap as the corner mechanic but at least you know you are paying for quality work and that it has a warranty if anything goes wrong. I gave 5 stars because of the personal touch. They have a prayer book in the corner. The waiting area and bathroom is clean. They offer you coffee while you're waiting. And they got the good creamers! Not the nasty powder stuff. The bathroom has a little basket with items to refresh yourself. Honestly was the best auto shop lounge area I've ever been in. I appreciate Bryan and Richard for taking care of my vehicle needs. I dropped my vehicle off while I was going out of town. When I returned, the car was not ready yet, as I had hoped to get it straight from the airport. I was thankful that they sent an Uber to take me back to the shop when the car was ready because I do not live close. It was only convenient to drop it there because it's not too far from IAH. Richard noticed something didn't sound right as I was about to leave and made sure it was fixed before I drove off.

The more I spoke with the service advisor (Michael) at AAMCO, the less confident I felt about…read moreleaving a transmission job in his hands. He came off as incompetent and dishonest. As I asked for specifics about the job transmission he became offended, annoyed and less transparent. He called multiple times to convince me that he was the man for the job. I would just let him talk and talk just to observe his demeanor and noticed he was just full of himself and would practically say a lot about himself but nothing of value to me. He is very intrusive and likes get into your personal business when you don't agree with him. Don't ask him for a walk through of the mechanical job or pictures of the automobile diagnoses because he gets offended and claims his work is proprietary information and would never show his work to others because he fears other mechanic shops will steal his expertise. Michael is too incompetent and too intrusive. I had to lie to him just to get him off my back and get my vehicle back after paying him for a transmission diagnostics ($380). After he returned the truck, I explained to him why he is not the right man for the job. He had a melt down and was not surprised when he started acting against the customer. I decided to go to Caliber Auto Care, ordered my remanufactured transmission, scheduled the install and added a complete suspension job to the work order. Job was done in 2 days. The job included pictures, videos, and a complete walkthrough of the jobs performed. That is what I call a job well done with full transparency. Michael the degreed engineer at AAMCO was definitely outshined by the team at Caliber Auto Care.
