What really makes it unique is the fact that you can place your food order and then go grab a craft brew in a plastic cup and then walk back to get your food. Or, if you prefer to bring your food to the bar area, you can do that too. We had a hankering for burgers and wanted to give Lucky's a try. I'm glad we did and it was an enjoyable experience. We ordered a share basket of fries which were perfectly cooked crinkle fries. They had ketchup available as well. We each got a burger, one classic and one Oklahoma style which had two patties. The classic had more of a Kaiser roll whereas the Oklahoma had a potato bun. The meat was fresh, not frozen and cooked nicely on a flat top. The onions on the Oklahoma were sliced incredibly thin but for some reason were not soft enough to bite through (my only disappointment). It's easy to find as the doorway is right down from Rita's on Ridge Avenue. Give it a try!

I'm not sure how I could be the first person to review these guys but here I am (If you don't trust…read moreme, check the Google reviews as well): So let me just start by saying that this is more than a "French Fry Truck". I didn't know you could make baskets of french fries that are this good! I mean, I'm a normal person; I love french fries ... But they had these amazing themed baskets which become meals in themselves! Fries were crisp and fresh - much better than what you typically get in a restaurant. These are made fresh for you; not in batches for several customers and sitting around for a waiter/ waitress to bring them to various tables. We had the Mediterranean basket which all three of us loved and we also got a smaller order of sweet potato fries with Old Bay and homemade aioli (I assumed this would be a snack and had no idea how much food we were ordering!). Portions were really big ... And so good! We saved some sweet potato fries to (re)roast at home to share it with housemates. Elisa &Eric were also really cool about meeting the needs of our group which had both omnivors and vegans. Thanks so much!

The sauces were okay but these are 100% overly priced fries with decent sauces. 2 stars for offering vegan options that aren't typically vegan with the pesto aioli sauce. Advice would be to invest in your main product and actually make your own fries or search for a better quality fry.

Well it's been open two weeks now and we've already been there three times. Unfortunately, it was closed one time and we missed that, but I digress. Yes, it is the real deal! Delicious, quaint, friendly and affordable. So far we've had bacon cheeseburger, shrimp tacos, brisket sandwich, Mac and cheese, truffle fries. All were superb. I could barely fit the cheeseburger in my mouth. Loaded with bacon and flavor it is a wonderful experience. The truffle fries have an incredible taste that hit the spot with a tasty meal. The brisket sandwich melted in my mouth and was packed with yummyness (if that is a word?) Ms D had the shrimp tacos both times and can't wait to go back for more. Perhaps the nicest part of the experience has been the friendliness of the staff. Both Charlie and Desirey have take time to chat with us and all the customers. They are excited to be in Spring House and eager to make sure that everyone's experience is wonderful. If you are looking for a new spot to check out, this is the place. Go and enjoy, I guarantee it will leave you waiting for a return. I can't wait for my next visit.

I got the bratwurst which was served in a paper boat with a giant pickle and a slice of French bread, toasted. Others got various items. The bratwurst was outstanding. I was told to come back at 4:15p. I arrived at 4:13p to hear the owner cussing me out to his assistant because I hadn't returned. By name, in front of other customers. I pointed out I was in fact early and then he fished my ticket out of the trash to see what I had ordered. (I actually thought he'd pitched my order but he hadn't.) Owner was extremely rude, still yelling that I was late when I wasn't, and ultimately didn't even give me what I ordered. I specifically ordered ala carte items (brat + 2 full sides) for multiple people but he decided to make me one platter with two sides. The sides on the platter were smaller than ala carte, hence why I'd ordered them separately in the first place. I would have waited for a new order but the scene was chaotic ... and they had already given the orders for two customers waiting by the food truck to other customers who just took them and went inside the venue with their bonus food. The owner blamed the customers from whom the orders had been stolen for not yelling back at him when he supposedly called their names. It was really hard to understand what he was screaming due to both strong accent and pitch. That poor unfortunate woman who works with him ... forced to tolerate his chaotic, unnecessary rudeness. Food was bland and in small portions. A brat, half a cup of potatoes, and a quarter of a pickle for $13.78. We should have ordered delivery from one of the restaurants (permitted by the venue).
