But we ordered breakfast online, so I picked up 2 of their smaller sized breakfast sandwiches. And I'm really glad we picked the smaller size because they were huge. I had an egg and cheese and it was near perfect. There must have been 4 eggs in that sandwich--all cooked thin and folded. The white American cheese was perfectly melted. And the bread was warm and chewy. I'm making myself hungry for it again as I'm writing this review. My kid had the bacon, egg, and cheese and was likewise impressed. And once they like a place, they will be back on the regular. And this is the kind of place that looks like it draws regulars. I'd like to try more of their range of options. The egg and cheese sandwich choice is usually nothing special, but given how much I enjoyed the half of that simple sandwich that I managed to eat, I'm guessing they do other things well, too. It's always a good sign to me when a place is nailing the basics. So, like my routine-loving child, I'm sure I'll be back! Also, we picked up the sandwiches, walked home, then ate them. If they lost any quality during that time, it was unnoticeable. They were still hot enough to need a few minutes to become an edible temperature.

Typical sub shop... you walk in and order at the counter and are greeted with fresh baked bread sitting on shelves behind the register. Staff was friendly and made some solid recommendations while we scanned the menu. Ultimately went with the standard 12" cheese steak. It did take a little longer than I expected to get our food but it was super hot and fresh (so hot I burned by mouth but that's because I couldn't wait to dive in). Good balance of meat and cheese and the bread had a nice pull making it the perfect conduit for the cheese steak. There is no indoor seating so be prepared to take it with you or sit at one of the outside tables in front the ice cream shop. Was later told by the locals that this was a great spot so we made a good choice. If you in this area, make sure you hit up Silvio's!

The sauce I picked to go with them was their signature sauce - the aji pollo. The sauce I have never tasted anything like it - definitely interesting. The chicken empanada was very plain. The chicken definitely did have a unique flavor but was a little dry in the empanada - it was apparently cooked with the same sauce. The ham and cheese was my favorite - I loved the cooper sharp with the ham. The sausage also had a great spice! As for the sandwich the chicharron was cooked so well paired with the sweet potato and pickled onions it gave it a nice balance of sweet and salty as well as different textured bites. I will say overall that most of the items on the menu were a tad dry and could use a sauce or something - however overall the flavor was great. Everything came to $40 which wasn't bad. The restaurant was super clean inside, they had a few tables but we got takeout. It also looked like they served coffee and a few other things. Their online order menu definitely has more items listed than the regular menu. I definitely do want to go back and try the rotisserie chicken on its own with some other sides! A very filling meal though if you're looking for that !

My only issue with the wings is the size. I'm sure I am in the minority here but I actually prefer small wings, these things are massive. But at $1 each I'm sure most people appreciate this. Now onto the steak. They use sirloin at Coach's and I honestly am fine with either Sirloin or Ribeye as long as it's not full of gristle and cut right. They also use Liscio's rolls which are some of the best around. The onions were cut the perfect size, some places it looks like Ray Charles does morning prep, not here! Every onion cut uniform and not too large plus they're were cooked perfectly. The cheese was evenly mixed through the meat that was seasoned well. Maybe a little too much pepper but at this point I'm splitting atoms. The cheesesteak was phenomenal, so good that you should absolutely make the trip to visit. There aren't many GOOD cheesesteak spots in this part of Bucks county and calling most of the GOOD is a stretch. Coach's is a GREAT cheesesteak spot and worth every penny!
