A wheel, tire, and alignment shop told me that something on the rear end of my car was bent, and…read morethat they could not align one of the rear wheels They told me it would probably cost $500 in parts (adjustable control arms) and labor to fix. However, they could not see any evidence of bending. I contacted BK Industries to purchase the parts, and they asked me to bring the car in for a second opinion. They immediately made room in the shop for my car, and after about 15 minutes, they told me that my problem was due to a single eccentric washer being stripped, and that they would fix it for free. Half an hour after I arrived with no advance appointment, I walked out with a perfectly functional car at no cost to me. I also had them place one of their trademark window stickers on my car so people can see it when I pass them. BK Industries Rocks!

Also the repair was considerably less. 30% less for insurance claim. I also had another scraped bumper (our fault so not claiming) that was 50% less. Everything Brian said they could help with was done plus there were a couple things I forgot to attend to and he took care of it with a smile. When I picked up the car I mentioned a couple scratches on another bumper that I suppose happened in a parking lot. He said wait a moment and he would see if they could rub it out....
