Don't waste your time with this flake. He will old me he would stop by in an hour. Four hours later I get a call that he can't make it. Two days later, he tells me to come by his office on the other side of town. I show up early to a storage facility and wait on the grass for two hours. Again, no show no notify. AC doesn't work in the car and it was 95 degrees. Pretty negligent. He told me to do something that didn't work. Wondering if he knows what he's doing. We had a great experience. Kelly was very responsive from start to finish. He completely replaced the rear end assembly and sub frame in our pathfinder. Very hard parts to find and the others I called did not want to mess with it as they did not want to have to hunt down and source out all the parts. The first time he provided a comprehensive estimate detailing what he anticipated might be effected, he brought more parts than he ended up needing so there were no delays, he repaired my front end by replacing only what was needed, and walked me through the process. I needed a crankshaft position sensor replaced in my 2009 Hyundai Sonata, 4 cyl. I called a number of shops in the area and none could take my car today, and some were booked a week out. I need it to commute to work and was at work today. I called him and he said he could be at my work by 11 am today. He worked on it where it sat in the parking lot and, start to finish in less than an hour for a difficult to reach sensor under two heat shields near the exhaust manifold at the back of the engine between it and the firewall. No extra charges and like that, I'm back on the road with no down time. Courteous and professional. Comes with all the tools needed. I highly recommend him. read more

I had a fun problem: A car that doesn't carry a spare, no local tire shops, and no jack or tools. And in Bellingham, apparently NOBODY carries this size tire. (It's for a Smart Car). For a flat Fee, Kelly came to my complex, collected my tire and rim, left me with his jack for a bit, ran the tire to get repaired, and brought it back.
