Called to inquire, qualify and price out work for a tint job for my vehicle with Jesse the owner. Booked an appointment. Brought the car in at the scheduled time (they were late to open...) and found that I was not on the schedule and no one knew anything about my work order. Both employees made me feel very uncomfortable, accused me of not letting them speak which was ridiculous and acted rude when I expressed my frustration. My gut tells me this happens quite a bit... this place clearly does not have their stuff together. Proceed with serious caution. read more

Discount Stereo did a great job upgrading the stereo in my 2006 F150, adding a 2-DIN JVC unit that takes care of all my hands-free music and call needs. They also added an integrated backup camera which works great. Shoutout to Dustin who did a great job on the install, wiring, and fixed up the connection to the sub. read more

I had Discount stereo upgrade my stereo in my mustang. The installer was in a rush to go fishing and did a poor install. Had to take it back 2 different times. There was a strange buzzing noise from a loose nut, didn't hook up the gps, didn't pull the seat belts through there slots. They lost my sun screen for the front window. They installed my amp onto my speaker box which caused feed back. And when I confronted the owner he never fixed the problems Had to go to a Reputable stereo shop. read more

I would've given a higher review based on the work. I'm happy with how they installed the speakers and tint on my truck, while waiting I spoke to the owner/manager some older Hispanic man. He found out I was in the military then proceeded to tell me I was institutionalized, the military is horrible America is no good and he hates how our government is doing. I personally figured if he hated it here so much he could leave but obviously that's not the case. Work wise with someone else there I would recommend taking your things here. I wouldn't stay and listen to that man any longer than you have to specially seeing how he treats paying customers. read more

Took the Jeep JKU in and had 2 Cerwin Vega VPAS10's installed along with a JBL 4 channel amp. The owner under quoted me forgetting to add parts in his quote but stood by his quote nevertheless. I definitely recommend them if you need anything car audio done and the install was clean, fast, great customer service, and communication. I will be coming back for sure. read more

What a joke! Unprofessional, customer service sucks! Had an installation done that was sub par to say the least. They didn't even clean up they're wire clippings off the floor! Want a call when ur vehicle is done, fat chance! What ever time they tell u an installation will be done, double it! Just had a product removed and they left the passenger window partially down during the last down pour we just had! Want to schedule an appointment, hopefully the owner doesn't answer or you'll have to call back, he can't even run his own computer. If u like slightly cheaper prices, being frustrated and annoyed all at the same time. This is the place for u! if i could give -5 stars i would !!! this place is sh** !!! they did a terrible job on my tint i had to go back multiple times bc of the the horrible job they did they broke multiple things including my door panel and the plastic part around the key ignition. I asked for a 35% on front and 5% on back... it was not 5% i went back to ask one of the employees and asked them what percent my rear window was they said it was 15% they said i told them 15% on the rear i told i said 5 they tried looking for the receipt bc supposedly that's what was on it. I went home got the receipt and it said 5% on rear and 35% on front. They then tried making up multiple excuses on why it looked the way it did. they said they couldn't put tint over tint the first time i took my vehicle then yet they said they did it all the time once i told them the 5% too light for a 5% it looked more like a 20% then a 5% I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DUMP THEY ARE TERRIBLE AT THIER JOB. Originally we had called to find out what the best deal would be, they said they would match the price for the color stay from another company's price. They felt bad for not following their policy, so they gave me the ceramic for the same price as their color stay deal. After I got home and looked at my car there was water stains EVERYWHERE!! INSIDE and OUTSIDE. I just previously had gotten my car washed the day before and you can still see the water marks 5 days after. Not very happy with the results. I'd go to another place. There are water stains all the way down my car. They also left some trash in my car from the tinting. They are considered professionals. If they really were they wouldn't leave the car a disaster. read more

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. I am absolutely appalled at the way Jesse, the owner of this business handles clients. In fact, I cannot believe he has clients at all. I would leave zero stars if I could. My first experience when I took my car in to have the windows tinted wasn't bad, but wasn't great either. I was told this job would take about 2 hours - well what they should have said, was that it would take about 4 hours +, and on top of that, left whatever they use to clean the windows with all over my brand new black leather interior. Fast forward to 7 months later, and I am already noticing bubbling and a few nicks on the inside of my window. Since I already PAID for the warranty, I decided to call and see what exactly this covers since I did not personally damage my window. I quickly told Jesse that I have not touched my windows at all. Aside from the bubbling that's occuring, he said the nicks could be happening due to taking my seat belt off too quickly and hitting the window. I mentioned to him once again that I have not ever touched my windows and was unsure of why this is happening. Then, this is what appalled me the most - he said "well if you would stop hitting it with your seatbelt, then it would stop happening." After basically telling me that I'm the one damaging my window (in a super condescending tone of voice) he proceeded to have an attitude and told me they would not replace the tint if it's something that I've done to it after I explained 3 times already that it's not happening because of me. He told me to bring my car in then, which I responded with well I don't feel comfortable bringing it in to have it looked at because of the way you're speaking to me. After that, he told me to do whatever I want and hung up the phone. I have NEVER in my life been spoken to the way Jesse spoke to me. He is condescending, disrespectful and unprofessional. He does not genuinely care for his customers once the job is done. This place sells cheap window tint and for just that reason, because it is CHEAP. Don't even think about buying a warranty because they will immediately assume it's your fault so that they do not have to fix the issue, even prior to seeing the issue in person. At least some people have had great experiences with this so called "business", I can't imagine why, but please consider looking elsewhere before you trust this guy with your car and money. They aren't even an accredited business for obvious reasons. I don't typically write reviews, but if I can help someone avoid a terrible experience and a messed up car, then by all means. read more

Exactly what I wanted and were very nice the whole time I got quoted 1.5 hours and it ended up being 3 but only because my car is a hard car to tint lol.
