Been a long time customer, so i came in to order some tires the other day and was treated with nothing but disrespect. Wanted to go up a size from a 35x12.50r20 to a 37x13.50r20 and Kept getting deer in the headlight looks and kept making insinuations that I'm am not knowledgeable of my own truck and what wheel/tires it can fit. These guys did an amazing job on installing a 3.5" Rough Country Lift kit on my truck. Also re-torqued it after 500 miles for free. Harrison did a great job on the install. All the guys who work there are very knowledgeable and super friendly and engaging. They moved from their old location to right across the street from my neighborhood. I'm glad they did. I have done business with 208 tire multiple times in the past and have always recommended heir service. However the last couple of years things have really gone down hill and took a turn for the worst. The employees are rude making demands and ultimatums. I tried to purchase some tires a month ago but wasn't ready to install hem On the car due to work being done -asked if I could pay a deposit and hold them The answer was no but if hey still had them when I was ready ok they would do the deal. Well about a month went by I reached back out to see if they still had them they did I was told I had to purchase them TODAY!!! Or no deal. I explained I am working and it was not possible, they allowed me an extra day but said I could only pay cash and if it wasn't the next day price would go up $150 after that. So I agreed to pay cash tomorrow, they come back and say they cannot mount and balance the tires after already agreeing to the deal. This has been terrible experience and was treated very rudely with an extreme amount of disrespect. This was worse service than Les Schwab, Big O's and any other tire place I have been too. This was the worst. Do not go here anymore now that they have made their money built a nice shop their customer service and what they did best have completely gone to poop!!! read more

Ether late than never! I meant to post this sooner, but haven't had much time. Took our truck here for some new tires about a month ago. It is a complete legit tire shop in the back of a house. So cool! I got there right when they opened and the guys there greeted me and got right to work on the truck. I went for a walk because they said it would only be about 45 mins. When I came back the owner, Pat, was there. We got to talking about the lift kit on my truck and tires. He asked if we could take it for a ride to see how it rides with the new tires and I said of course! We took it for a ride and talked about customer service and how important it is and about running small businesses. He was so friendly and super nice as was the entire staff! I will be getting all my tires from here and I recommend you do too! read more

Tyler (Jack of all trades) was awesome and courteous, the owner however was less than straightforward with me when I financed through Acima. I borrowed $1,670 and was told if I paid it back within 3 months there was no interest. I ended up paying back the loan over the 3 months and it cost me $2,227. So I basically paid $556 interest on a loan I thought was zero interest. Yes, I should have read the fine print, but come on. I would never say Zero interest to a customer, especially when the real rate is 33%. They were nice and I did get a great discount. However, in hindsight...did I really save any money??? Stay away from their financing arm (Acima). Great guys overall, but I would post a huge sign that reads 33% INTEREST on financing through Acima if they are going to push that "service". **It should be placed right behind the cash register (front desk) btw** Transparency with your customers is always the best route in business in my opinion and should be your #1 priority. Great small business to buy from. The guys are super friendly and go above and beyond to help everyone. They apologized probably three times while I waited for 10 minutes, but they gave me the same in-depth service they were giving the guy in front of me. They really earn your business. The tires I got are the same quality and brand as a national tire chain but pricing is better. They also offer a great consignment program if your old tires are still in good shape. These guys are great. No pressure and fast service. The customer service is above and beyond though. I was the last customer on a Friday night and accidentally left my phone at the shop. They went out of their way on a Friday evening to drive around town and get my phone back to me so I wouldn't have to wait until Monday to come back and get it. Can't say I know many places anymore that would do that for their customers. They even had treats for my daughters haha. Definitely recommend and will be back! read more
