If I was the owner I would have fired the service persons on the spot today, No help, wasn't asked what I needed, just said what car? Then said it's not here. I told him I'm bringing my car in for service. He said gruffly you need an appointment so what do you need? I responded I need to go elsewhere! I left, never to return. SLOW - like over 2 hours to wait. Can't make an appt. Bought a set of 4 tires. Next day had a flat. Couldn't get it in for 3 days. Woman who answered phone was rude, talking right over the top of me. Then when I did get in, a worker from the back came up front with arms in air said not sure what he was supposed to do. Left only to get ANOTHER flat. Brand new tires. Not impressed. My tire was cut, a whole side of tread came off as I exited the freeway. I was with 3 dogs and a friend I was taking around for appointments. They are dog friendly and we all waited inside as they busted their hump to get someone to their warehouse and back with the all weather tire I needed. We had to bring in our Honda Pilot because it was shifting gears weird, and Roger's assessed several issues and $500 the car is running better. I know they flushed the transmission and replaced some fluids, but I wasn't super pleased with the price and though we were given an estimate, the price still seemed high. This place is awesome! All staff is friendly and kind. Great prices. I went in to get my fan belt tightened and oil changed. They noticed I needed my tires rotated and automatically did it for me which was a pleasant surprise. Also told me I needed a light changed that was out and they were able to fix it same day as well. I have spent over 10K at Roger's Tire Pro's. I know enough about cars to know when a Repair shop is trying to charge me too much or charge me for unneccesary repairs. Here at Roger's I have never been overcharged or been recommended unneccesary repairs. They perform quality work at prices that are in line with what they should be. On July 24th I took my car in for an oil change. We were visiting from California. We were told we could have a free tire rotation. I agree to that. While waiting for the service to be completed the service manager came up to me and said "we need to get a better tool for those lug nuts, they're a real problem". When I got back on the road heading to California I looked and the lug nuts were stripped. Five of them were no longer any good. The worst part is they never told me that they stripped my lug nuts. My tire had a nail and screw in it. They were able to squeeze me in. They took care of both, refilled all my tires and the spare to reset my sensors and had awesome communication and customer service! Very nice people! I walked and grabbed a smoothie from the nearby coffee spot and then walked back and sat in their outdoor rocking chair in the shade while they finished. I am so blessed to have found this place. It seems to be one of the hardest things to find when looking for a reputable place to get the proper care for a vehicle. I must say that I have finally found the shop that I can trust with any of my mechanical needs and still have it be reasonably priced. I not only bought my tires for my 2002 Chevy Avalanche as well as shocks all the way around. Unfortunately, the previous owner of my truck didn't take very good care of it and when I bought it I had no idea what I needed for my truck to run at its top performance. The shop tech went through my truck to assess what I needed, which fortunately I saved quite a bit of money because of Kurt, the salesman. What a personable guy Kurt is and you can tell he loves what he does. While I was waiting for my tires and shocks to be put on, the owner of Roger's Tire Pros drove me home. How many times have you seen an owner of a business give their patrons rides home just so they can get to know their customers? Kurt has good communications with the shop so he personally knows what is going on with each of his customer's vehicles they service, I love that about Kurt as well as the standard that Roger has set for all of his employees. Bryan, the tech, worked on my truck is very thorough in what is needed for a vehicle to be operating at top performance. Kurt told me that I needed brakes as well as the emergency brake assembly. I booked an appointment to get my brakes done and I am very pleased! Kurt saved me a ton of money due to Kurt's efforts to give me the best price I could get. I am so pleased with the quality of service given to me and I would highly recommend anyone and everyone to give Roger's Tire Pros and Auto Care an opportunity to prove themselves to be one of the best if not the best shops in Treasure Valley. There are 10 bays and many technicians to keep them busy. I am giving Roger's Tire Pros and Auto Care Center five stars because of the all-around great care I was given. Next, I will be bringing my Saab Talladega, Saturn, and my wife's Ford Fusion in to be worked on because the trust value is worth it to me, as well as an excellent price for the quality of work they give to everyone else. My car wouldn't start so I took it in to Rodgers to get it looked at, and they told me that the alternator needed replaced so I had them replace it. Two weeks later and my car wouldn't start again they said it was the battery so again I had them replace it. Got in my car today one week later and there was a rattling sound when I started the car, so I opened the hood and right on my engine we're two cigarette butts a bunch of leaves and ripped up paper towels and wrappers!
