If there was a negative i would give that! I took my Harley Davidson electra glide ultra classic in to have tire mounted and installed. I bought the tire from a sales rep and he said that they were experienced and that the tire would fit just fine. I pick up the bike and felt wobble and thought it was just the bike. Like 50 miles later belt snapped on me cause it was on to tight. I had to leave town for a couple weeks and when i was able to contact them they blew me off that was 3 months ago and I still haven't been able to get the money around to fix what they messed up. When I called they said they would get back to me and have yet to hear from them.oh and the specialist left hooks on the front forks of my bike and didnt put the shims in the front breaks. They dont stand by there work and wont fix something they messed up! I wouldn't bring nothing to them to work on cause it'll just cost you more in the long run to fix what they mess up read more

Great customer service! First time in. Clean office with lots of space and comfortable. I was impressed how many people walked in during my wait that the staff was on a first name basis. I had a screw in my back tire and unfortunately it was not repairable and fortunately I have a matching spare mounted on the back so I was able to get on the road while I wait for my special ordered tire to arrive. They inspected all 4 tires and put the bad tire and rim in my rig and installed the spare and they had told me they charged $35 for flats and they didn't want to charge me. The service advisor attending to me said he wasn't going to charge me because he didn't fix the tire. Man I tell you all they didn't to get me back on the road in 30 minutes was worth a lot more than $35 so here I'm am doing my best to show how grateful I am for a shop that wants to gain all my future business. I went in for a simple patch, balance, and alignment, but apparently, I left with a DIY project. The techs here are clearly too busy to use a torque wrench, seeing as I had to use a two-foot pry bar just to break my lug nuts loose. Thanks for stretching them out, guys--real professional. If you're looking to have your vehicle treated like a high school shop class experiment, this is your spot. Came in today for the first time and was immediately "greeted" by the front desk attendant in a noticeably unfriendly way...unfortunately I didn't catch his name. He acted like he absolutely did not want to be there, which made the first impression pretty disappointing. 3 stars for front counter because Maria she's new she was so nice about everything. However I wouldn't trust this place again after what happened. I paid 145$ for a diagnostic which is supposed to find the problem for my car shaking f. Well it only does it when the ac is on. They are telling me that maybe the issue is the ac compressor and quoted me 1587$ to fix and that it might not be the issue. Waster money. The other issue is that on my oil change sticker they put my appt for almost a year out. I had my oil change done in August. They put my appt for return next July or 4000 miles later. I hit a curb in a parking lot and ruined the tire and I thought the wheel. Rogers was able to sell me a tire and wheel and meet me at the car and install it. They took the "damaged" one back to their shop and inspected the wheel and determined that it was not damaged and could be used on the car. I was able to stop by their shop the next day and have the new tire mounted on the existing wheel, I bought another tire so we had a matching set on the front of the car, and they mounted the old front tire to the new wheel so now we have a spare (and matching wheels on a 2015 car)! This is for a Kia that did not come with a spare or a jack. read more

My husband dropped our car off for an oil change and I picked it up. Good thing I asked my husband how much he expected to pay because they over charged me by $60 for also "changing my windshield wipers," something we didn't request. As soon as I got my husband on the phone, they immediately started to change their tune and back pedaling, dropping to the expected price. When I went out to my car, the windshield wipers were not replaced. Additionally, we've had nothing but problems with this car ever since taking it here, when it had rarely had any problems before. I went to Rogers for work on my classic car. They had put tires and alignment on my other cars and tires on this one. I was happy with that work so I tried to go back for more work. When I went in to talk to them about the work I was told they won't work on a car that old (1961). How crazy is that? Parts are readily available and older cars are easier to work on because they are simpler. They get 2 stars because of the prior work they did. I will go back for warranty stuff but they won't get any more $ from me. Sorry Rogers. I enjoyed the relationship while we had it. read more

Be careful! I've bought tires from these guys and they have me on records. But, I came in to get a flat repair. They didn't say anything and charged $30 for that service which is free in most of the Treasure Valley. For that amount, I'd maybe pay for an immediate response but it was a next-day pickup. Folks, Les Schwab doesn't charge for this as a service to you whether you made a purchase or not. As a long-time resident of Boise, I can say don't let them do this to you. I'm starting to see this kind of thing happen in Boise now. BTW, the reason it's off-putting is my wife brought her car there before for the same service and no charge. read more

Had both rear right side tireson my dually flat this morning. Took them both off and took them in. Two and a half hours later they still haven't fixed the flats! We've taken all (3) of our trucks here and have been treated with respect and courtesy! We've dropped in on short notice and the crew always comes thru for us! Sometimes there are more issues going on than you may realize (especially with an older vehicle) that's life...you can choose to follow their recommendations, get a second opinion or take your chances. We recently took our 03 Dodge Ram 4X4 in for u-joints/driveline issue. Had a couple other items fixed too. I can't be sure if you all fixed our "lamp out/left turn signal issue" but it has not been chiming off and on plus the left turn signal functions properly now. On July 24th I took my car in for an oil change. We were visiting from California. We were told we could have a free tire rotation. I agree to that. While waiting for the service to be completed the service manager came up to me and said "we need to get a better tool for those lug nuts, they're a real problem". When I got back on the road heading to California I looked and the lug nuts were stripped. Five of them were no longer any good. The worst part is they never told me that they stripped my lug nuts. After running his credit they let him know the interest and he immediately let them know that we decided to pay in cash. We paid in full upon pick up 24 hours later and here we are.. 1 week later and WE JUST RECEIVED A CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT OPENED UP IN OUR NAMES! They legitimately signed us up for a Tire Pros credit card, which many of you know hurts our credit and we are now stuck with... WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION. Normally have a good experience here, but I took my vehicle in for oil change, tire rotate, alignment. I had specified alignment check, BIG mistake apparently. No one called to let me know they checked the alignment and it needed aligning. So when I went to pick it up, they asked if I wanted to schedule an alignment (seriously??). Of course I wanted it aligned! And to salt the wound, it would be six days until they could get me on the alignment schedule AND they charged me $30 for my alignment check! read more

Absolutely not happy, I went to take my 2010 camaro for a wheel alignment. Cost wasnt the issue it was fair priced at 85. The problem was upon getting back into my car the smell of my burnt clutch was apparent. Whoever is doing the tire linement on the vehicles doesn't know how to drive a vehicle with the clutch it's noticeably damaged and the whole cab of my vehicle smells like it's on fire. Would not recommend to anyone. When I asked why the vehicle smelled like my clutch was burnt. Chris replied the vehicle has to be driven that way. I disagree, unprofessional an end result is a burnt clutch and my car still pulls to the left. Had my chevy serviced as well with no issues. I really cant believe my vehicle was given back to me in that condition compared to my prior service. The owner unfortunately wasnt around. usually the who helps me out, really nice guy. This shop is near my house so that is what brought me there. I was in need of only one replacement tire and the size was unusual and the shop didn't have one on site. It's 1:30PM. Be aware. This place is probably okay if you don't care about your health. I've had to visit various businesses throughout Ada County the past few months. I prefer to support local businesses. But at what cost? This business is singular in that ONLY the customers wear masks and attempt to socially distance. Everywhere else I go, there are Covid precautions in place. Not here, though. I and other family members were in the lobby on 6 different occasions in November. We wore masks and every customer who walked in wore a mask. Not a single employee working in (or entering the lobby) could be bothered to wear one. The employees don't seem to care at all about the health and well-being of their customers. There are no dividers at the counters, no employees wear masks, and no attempts are made to socially distance (other than efforts made by customers), and there is no effort at all toward preventing the spread of Covid-19. This in a state where Covid rates and deaths are climbing. Is it some kind of political statement? I'm guessing yes. I find that annoying given that this virus that is KILLING people doesn't seem to care even a little about politics. Other than not caring about customer health and safety, the basic service was fine. I don't plan to give any more of my business to this company given its willful disregard for public safety. I spent well over a grand there in November, alone, but from here on out, Costco is the better (and safer) bet for me despite not being "local". I prefer businesses that care about their customers. read more

First and last time dealing with Rogers Tire Pros. I took my RV tire in to have a flat repair. I dropped it off and went back in an hour. Tire was repaired. I almost fell over when they gave me the $25 bill. Should have went to Les Schwab! I hope they spend my $25 wisely as it will be the last penny I ever spend with them. read more
