The worst of them is Moon, who has helped me several times already. She is so obnoxious and clearly hates her customers, never greeting you and commanding you with a very rude tone. If I had other options, I might consider them after interacting with her. Maybe don't join customer service if you feel that way. Be prepared to wait at least 45 minutes to an hour after your appointment time to be let inside and wait longer for the doctor. As mentioned by others, they tend to pack in appointments. My teeth were long overdue for a cleaning, and I honestly couldn't believe how squeaky clean he got them. What I really appreciate about Dr. Lin is that he genuinely cares about his patients. He recommends good habits and explains things clearly, but never once tried to upsell unnecessary procedures. That alone says a lot. He's truly a dentist who cares wholeheartedly about his patients. Parking was also easy. There's street parking right in front of the clinic, plus plenty of private parking in the back. Highly recommend!

They settled me into an exam room within a few minutes to start my deep cleaning procedure. Not a fun experience, but the dental technician made it as pain free as possible. Once done, the dentist came in and we started with the crown replacement. I was there for about 3 hours, but not too bad given the amount of work I had done. Prices for their services seem reasonable, and they even had a promotion for a $100 off dentistry with a can food drive during the holidays. The facility is very clean, the staff is friendly/knowledgeable, and they're always very accommodating to my schedule. When I have my insurance call them, they say I owe nothing. IT HAS BEEN OVER A YEAR SINCE IVE BEEN DEALING WITH THIS. DO. NOT. GO HERE. i regret EVER going there.
