I've been going to Special Dental Care for 5 years and am pleased with their services. I worked with Dr. Lin (no longer there) and Dr. Chun (current). Both of these dentists operate professionally and provide conservative treatment where possible. They've helped me replace my silver fillings with white filling (long process but worth doing IMO) and now perform my routine cleaning every 6 months! I've also worked with their oral surgeon Dr. Moretta - he is just awesome. Our procedure was done quickly where I was out the door in less than an hour. I've been a patient of this practice for years before I moved. I had a crown that's was top of the line they did about 3 years ago that recently cracked right in the middle. I called them and was told the lab only warranties the crown for 1 year. I've never heard any labs or dental practice with a "1 year" warranty. They offered to replace the crown free but charge $700 for labor as a cash patient which was absolutely ridiculous. Mind you, had I went through insurance it would've been $800ish. I've never had a dentist that wouldn't guarantee their work and crown for more than a year. They would also replace any damaged one provided it wasn't due to negligence free of charge but not this place. My current dentist was able to replace the cracked crown with a zirconia one as a cash patient for less than what these folks offered. So let me preface this by saying I am so terrified of the dental office. Childhood trauma really didn't help my with my adulthood. So when I found out one of my wisdom tooth was impacted, best bet I was mortified. Did my research and looked for places that did wisdom teeth extraction and came across Special Dental Care and the reviews seemed promising. I booked an appointment immediately when I figured my insurance out with Donalyn (who is SO nice and helpful! She goes above and beyond) and then I was in for x-rays as soon as the following week! Walking in, I was nervous because I was so scared they would've judged me for how bad my teeth year. I may have skipped out on the dentist for a few years because of my fear but because it's 2021, I needed to change for the better. So I sucked it up and headed myself for the judgement. To my surprise, they were so understandable! Dr. Lin did my consultation and was very informative and personable. I felt so relaxed. He was very patient with my questions and actually gave really great suggestions. Since I only had three erupted wisdom teeth, he recommended I just do those three and watch out for the last one and was willing to do it himself! I booked the soonest appointment with him and was on my way...until I found out the appointment date landed right on Lunar New Year!! So I called as soon as I could to try to reschedule and unfortunately Dr. Lin was gonna be out of the country for six weeks. But I couldn't wait until April to do it since it's so late so I opted for their monthly oral surgeon who comes in once a month and then I was set! Few days before my appointment, I received another statement from my insurance from the oral surgeon and was super confused. So I contacted Donalyn and she was able to clear it up for me. She's definitely one of the best receptionist I've come in contact with. So come day of, I am TERRIFIED and so anxious. My boyfriend was able to wait with me until it was my turn. Unfortunately he couldn't be in the room with me so I was by myself. Donalyn knew I was nervous and told me the surgeon was very quick with his technique and it helped slightly. Dr. Carlos Moretta was the oral surgeon and he was so friendly. He answered a few of my questions before starting and was very understanding with my anxiety. We started with the numb shots and although they were uncomfortable, he was very nice and Telford to be as gentle as he could. After doing them on one side, he left for about ten mins to let it set it and when he came back he checked to make sure it was numb before doing the other side and then the actual extraction started! There was no pain at all. The pressure also wasn't the worst! I told him and his assistant that I may cry haha but they understood and his assistant offered to let me hold her hand. I'm just so SHOCKED at how nice they were. I think it was about fifteen mins before he got both teeth out! I was surprised because I was expecting it to be a lot longer! I had to do stitches and that's probably the most uncomfortable thing for me. The other side was where my impacted tooth was and I was nervous about that mainly since I had a gum flap. That one probably was worse than the other two but also still wasn't unbearable. The stitches for that side was definitely a lot more uncomfortable! But overall the procedure was relatively quick and painless. I was done in about an hour? And most of it was just waiting for the anesthesia to kick in. After all that was done, I texted my boyfriend to come back in to get me LOLOL because I couldn't talk at all and he did the talking for me. I was prescribed meds, given gauze and off I go to recover. At the time of this review, I'm a few hrs after the surgery and the ibuprofen are definitely helping. I was able to text Donalyn any questions I had and she's been so nice with answering them. Thank you guys so much for being so wonderful. My wisdom teeth started bothering me randomly one day and I was frantic trying to find an oral surgeon to remove them as soon as possible. Like most people, I have a hard time being comfortable at a dental office. After doing some research I stumbled across Special Dental Care. Long story short, I needed to remove 4 teeth surgically and was looking for an office who could help me with that. After going to multiple other dentist for quotes, this is the only dental office that actually went through the procedure with me and explained why it cost so much. I want to start off by saying that I HAD severe anxiety every time I thought about seeing a dentist. I probably haven't seen a dentist for over 10 years even though for the last 8 I had dental insurance. I definitely had dental phobia and it turned into feeling super shameful that I allowed my hygiene to get so bad. My last doctor/orthodontist made me feel shameful when I was a young adult. I often felt pain on the chair but he made me feel like I shouldn't complain, he also shamed me a lot but never taught me how to properly brush my teeth. I would have nightmares of being on the chair. I had this place bookmarked for a long time but I didn't make an appointment until I started getting severe toothaches in my jaw. I knew it was finally time to make an appointment. After thorough research and reading hours of reviews I decided to give this place a shot. I made a consultation appointment and I told the receptionist (Donnalynn) about my sever toothache. When I got there everyone was so nice and comforting. The girl that did my x-ray was amazing, she was so empathetic and nice. After the x-rays I met Dr. Lin and even though I had so many cavities he was so kind and made me feel like it wasn't that bad. I think I even teared up from my anxiety/fear/shame that day. I was told I would need many filings as well as a root canal and wisdom tooth extraction. Both Dr. Lin and Donnalynn have maximized my insurance so far and I really appreciate them for doing that. I got all the severe issues done this past month and will go back next year for my remaining fillings. Dr. Lin is a great doctor, he is always very gentle and if you feel any kind of pain he doesn't proceed. He will give you more local anesthesia. He is so gentle that I think I almost fell asleep during my root canal!! This is coming from someone with severe fear and anxiety of dental work. I really appreciate him and the hygienist.. she's also super gentle and nice. You really feel well taken cared of here, and my fear has greatly diminished because of them. Dr. Lin also filled a bad cavity I had in the front of my teeth and I can't take him enough- I actually went home and cried because I can smile and not feel ashamed anymore. I thought I would need a root canal but he was able to fix it with a fill. He also taught me to properly brush and floss. I also purchased the toothbrush he recommended me and I love it. I also had a wisdom tooth extraction a little over a week ago. They have an oral surgeon that comes in once a month for extractions. Donnalynn told me many times that he is really good and fast. I didn't understand what she meant until my appointment. The doctor and nurse were amazing!! I was awake during my procedure and most of the time I was sitting- waiting for the local anesthesia to kick in. The whole procedure included stitches took him less than 10 minutes. If you need your wisdom teeth removed... this is your guy!! The recover process was intense but after a week you'll feel fine. They explained to me how to take my medication and Donnalynn even called me a day after to make sure I am okay. She even reached out with her cell phone number in case you have any questions. I reached out to her a few days later and she even responds when she's not in the office. She's very thorough and explained everything to me and answers all the questions I had. Mostly I was really worried, but she always reassured me and made sure everything was okay. Also, some people are saying their costs are high(?) I don't know other costs but I do think whatever I spent was so worth it. It's the best money I've spent in a long time. I hope this review helps anyone that has a fear of dentist. I was probably living under a rock somewhere. These guys TAKE CARE OF YOU. Never have I been to a more knowledgeable ortho office. They walk you through step by step and make sure that they treat your teeth with gentle care. They are appointment based and get booked really quickly. Took my 2 year-old daughter to Special Dental Care after an unsuccessful attempt at filling her 4 cavities with local anesthesia at our general family dentist. She freaked out with them and they told me I needed to take her to a pediatric dentist because they would have other ways of sedating her. I was really frustrated because we don't have dental insurance so I had a hard time finding an affordable, yet reliable and friendly dentist that would offer various types of sedation for my little one. I searched high and low and ended up calling about 6 pediatric dental offices in LA. After reading bad reviews of kids being restrained in a "papoose" and traumatized, dentists not allowing parents in the room while they are being worked on, waiting 2 hours before being seen, etc. I was just really confused and frustrated! On top of that I found out that not all pediatric dentists offer all types of sedation (local, nitrous, I.V., and general) and I wanted options for my baby girl! I came across Special Dental Care via Yelp and saw their amazing reviews. I called immediately and spoke to Tanya. She was very nice, informative, listened to my concerns, and answered all of my questions. She told me to come in for a free second opinion (in my case a third opinion) to discuss a treatment plan for my baby girl. We went in and by this time my little one was already freaked out of the "dentist" so she threw a fit when it came for the dentist to check out her teeth and get X-rays done. They were all so patient with her!! We met Steve the office manager, and he was so awesome! He had Kindles for the kids to play with while we waited for my daughter to be seen. Their office is immaculate and so clean. When I see state-of-the-art and modern dental offices I immediately think (from experience) that they are going to be ridiculously overpriced. This was not the case at Special Dental Care! After confirming her 4 cavities they suggested the best way of sedating her was putting her under general anesthesia. Steve explained that Dr. Wong is the anesthesiologist and owner of Special Dental Care she would be there to administer and monitor our daughter as the dentist works on filling her cavities. Steve then went over the cost of her treatment plan and to my surprise they were very reasonable. He was so helpful in working with our budget since we were paying out of pocket 100%. They made us feel like they put the health of their patients first before any thing else because they were able to work with our budget and didn't nickel and dime us. Although we were very apprehensive to put our daughter under general anesthesia we felt more comfortable after meeting and speaking with them. So we scheduled her appointment and put down a $300 deposit. The day of her appointment they were all ready to receive her. They scheduled her early in the morning because she had to be on an empty stomach. My husband couldn't sleep the night before because he was so worried about our baby girl going under and was even having nightmares! He spoke to Dr. Wong and told her how nervous he was and that he would feel more comfortable administering a less risky type of anesthesia. She was very understanding and said that she would give her a shot of Ketamine to sedate her instead and keep her on an I.V. drip. We were relieved she was so understanding, we knew our baby girl was in the best of hands! The whole procedure took about 1 hr. and we were able to check on her periodically. They ended up having to do a baby root canal and found an additional cavity. I was happy they were being so thorough and my daughter was getting all the work done and out of the way so she doesn't have to go through this again any time soon. After the procedure they lovingly handed me my groggy baby back and the dentist that worked on her Dr. Chen also came out to explain what they did on her. They gave us Dr. Wong and Dr. Chen's personal cell phone number to call if we had any questions or concerns. Steve even called us later during the day to check up on how she was doing! All in all, I am extremely satisfied with every aspect of Special Dental Care. Even though my daughter's whole treatment was quite costly because she had a lot done, for us it was all worth it because we knew she was in the best of hands and we weren't taken advantage of just because we don't have insurance. We are small business owners, so we figure this is something we would be paying for either way on a monthly basis if we did have insurance, instead we paid it when she needed it. On top of that I hear insurance companies don't even cover the cost of anesthesia! They are a blessing to us! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I had a regular teeth cleaning with Dr.Chen, and I have to say the business is worth 5 star!!! Starting from the booking experience, the guy on the phone was super patient and very nice. He gave me options and tried his best to accommodate my time. More importantly, he spoke very nicely. So I thought--this place has nice service! Then the actual day came, and I finally gotta visit it. I expected high because the phone call was very pleasant. They have parking at the back, and a lot of street parkings. I was welcomed and asked to fill in forms. And then I realize I was the only patient at that time!! No rush for doctor, no rush for the staff. I didn't have to wait!! My appointment was 1pm, and seemed the next one was 3ish!! I'm not sure if they always do like this, but at least I can see that they were not trying to overbook and just to make money. This place, they provide enough attention to their patients. Since I was new, I needed to have X-ray first, then cleaning. The office is pretty clean and equipped with very modern instruments. And when the X-ray was done and Dr.Chen came to explain to me what's going on with my teeth. She gave a lot of useful information on my teeth, and explained the situation clearly. She was not trying to sell me 'You need a filling here'. And she gave options regarding to my concern about 'whitening teeth'. Again she was not trying to sell me 'come here, we will do the job!'. This is very respectful to leave the patients to think and decide. She is very knowledgable, and very gentle in her way to treat my teeth. Made an appt for regular teeth cleaning. After they did my x-ray, dentist suggested/adamant about me having deep cleaning. I said I only wanted regular teeth cleaning. The person that did the x-ray showed me the print-out of what my dental insurance would pay. She said it will take 4-6 weeks for deep cleaning approval. I have PPO not HMO. Ridiculous. Absurd. They even refused to do regular teeth cleaning on me and told me to wait for approval first or else I can also pay out of pocket. Dentist also said that deep cleaning may be something that may get approved by the insurance company maybe not every year but every 2 or 3 years. So I have to wait another year or 2 or 3 years to get my teeth deep cleaned? I only wanted regular teeth cleaning. Crazy office. What's the point of having dental insurance. I left. read more

Finally, I found a dental office with reliable, professional, honest, and gentle dentists in the SG Valley for the whole family! Dr. Wong and Dr. Yoon were very understanding when I told them to treat me like a 3 years old! I was traumatized since 10 years old and since then I refuse to go to any dentists unless I'm in great pain. I gave this place a try because it's close by home and I heard they have special sedation. I want to make sure my kids don't have to go through the same experience as I did 30 years ago. They explained thoroughly of the treatments and answered all my concerns, which made me feel very comfortable in trusting them. They took very good care of my 5 years old with teeth cleaning, fillings, and extractions with abscess and the best part is she has no recollection of the incident! If only this place takes HMO because our PPO didn't cover much and we had to pay a lot out of pocket but it's still cheaper than SmileCare. Luckily, they work with us on the price. I'm very glad that my family is under their care for all dental needs. I highly recommend anyone who has a bad experience with their dentists and give this one a try. Oh, did I mention this place has the state of the art equipments and the facility is very sanitized. I made a phone call to see if they accepted my insurance, which they did and made an appointment right away to get my teeth checked out because prior to seeing them, my dentist in Temple City (Happy Smile Dental Care Inc.) did a terrible job on my teeth two years before that. This year I discovered that I had two chipped and cracked fillings that needed to be fixed immediately. Upon stepping in the dental office I was greeted by the staff and immediately felt welcomed to their very clean establishment! The Office Manager, Steve and Receptionist, Tanya (so pretty, but the way!) assured me that they were going to take care of all of my teeth! I had to pay a few visits to fix my teeth and was seen immediately every time I stepped in for my appointments because they NEVER double-book appointments for their customers, resulting in GREAT customer service. Dr. Tran has helped me through all of my visits and he also assured me that I would feel no level of discomfort or pain through all of my procedures. Most people are always afraid of visiting their dentists but after my first trip there, I looked forward to getting my teeth fixed without an ounce of anxiety or fear. I wish that I visited their office sooner! I have another appointment in six months' time and am looking forward to seeing the pleasant staff again! You should go too. So amazing that I was willing to write a review literally 15 min after my appointment ended. They are that good. They are nice, caring, thoughtful, and genuine and you can't beat a place like that. I don't like going to the dentist at all but I would gladly come to this place again! I have sensitive teeth so I was always fearful of going to the dentist but not anymore! Dr. Chen took care of me and she was able to succeed where none of my past dentist could. She did not make my gums bleed during the cleaning. That in itself is a miracle. I, like many others, have this massive fear of all things dental. I do everything I can to avoid having to visit the dentist. With that said, this is, thus far, the BEST dental office I've ever been to. Why should you this matter to you, you may ask? Because growing up, I used to indulge in a lot of sweets and had to visit many dentists because I hated brushing and flossing my teeth. I've never had a dentist with as delicate hands as Dr. Amy Wong. (FYI I've learned to prefer female dentists over male as their hands are generally smaller and more delicate) The office is situated across from Gabrielino High School, my alma mater. It was very easy to find the office as well as parking. The interior was very clean and the lovely receptionist helped me out on paper work and finding out my insurance information for me. The individual rooms are very clean and the instruments seemed to be of the latest technology. The X-ray technician assisted me in taking the photos which was a breeze! The pictures were near instant and rather comfortable considering my previous other experiences. The doctor working on me was Dr. Amy Wong. She was very kind and explained everything to me in great detail. She took great care to ensure I understood the work I needed as well as the process. From there, I was able to schedule a future appointment for my procedure. The work was excellent. I absolutely hate getting oral shots (I'd rather jump naked into a pit of scorpion/spider hybrids), but she gave me this mouth rinse that helped numb my gums beforehand. She was very delicate in administering the shots and it was the least painful experience I've ever had in relation to getting oral shots. The rest of the work went as was described and when it came to insurance handling, the staff took care of everything that needed to be handled. I can safely say, I will be coming back here again for any future dental work and already have referred several friends to this establishment. The doctors were all very helpful when I came in for pain from my wisdom teeth. Surgeon is only in once a month or so, but I was lucky that I had an appointment two days before the day he comes in. You have to have a consultation appointment and X-rays done before having the surgery, so I got those done the same day I came in. I decided to pay extra to sleep through the procedure and am glad I did because I was very nervous about it. I went in on the day of the surgery and barely remembers anything from when I sat down for the surgery... I remember waking up in the car on my way home! Special Dental makes me feel like home! I can easily say that I thoroughly enjoy my visits there. Steve and the rest of the team are absolutely phenomenal. I was not able to get my wisdom teeth out for almost ten months because I was out of the country but Steve was patient and was constantly able to follow up and accomodate to a time that works for me. Found the best dental place in the world. Not kidding. They treat me like fam members here. So I started here with a root canal treatment. They recommended me to pay more for a specialist bcuz it was a special case. I took their recommendation (even I had to pay a lot more but its totally worth it )!! I had a total of 3 visits for the entire treatment. I still rmb the first time when I visited them, they first had a check up and showed me a treatment plan with all the prices clearly listed, how much insurance covers and how much out of pocket. They r so considerate and clear that I feel like I ended up in the right place! The first visit was the most important - root canal treatment done by a specialist, She was so nice and I really almost fell asleep. The dental assistant and the specialist always asked if I'm doing OK and whenever I needed a break just Let them know. I like it the way they interact with their customers, not just doing what they r supposed to do . After this, I also had a deep cleaning with a different dentist. They r all so professional and caring! Dr.tran did my deep cleaning, I was surprised that I do not need any anesthesia and I survived the whole cleaning process. Also, they never book 2 patients at the same time, so that one doctor will only focus on one patient most of the time - how awesome, I like how every time I walked in there for my appointment and we Can start on time. unlike some other place, they make u wait or the doctor is still working on the last patient. Dr Amy Wong is pretty amazing. We have been coming to Special Dental Care for 4 plus years. They are really caring and patient with my 9 year old son who has Autism. They take extra time and care when dealing with him to ensure that is not scared of coming back. I am unsure what we would do without them. Quite honestly, we probably wouldn't seek dental care until it was urgently needed which is too late most of the time. We are able to active with his dental care and not reactive. Also want to give a huge shout out to the front office. Steve is always willing to help. He explains everything that has to do with insurance and payment. read more

I am a dental phobia. At the age of 36, I still have the 4 wisdom tooth in me because I'm really terrified if needle was to put inside my mouth. But I know I have to do something about it because one of the wisdom started to decay. So I started a search on the internet for a place where they can do deep sedation during the extraction. After going through all the browsing, reading, calling etc.. I decided to call and make an appointment with Special Dental Care as they currently having the promotion of Free Consultation, Examination & X-ray (digital for full mouth). Comparing to other places I researched, you have to pay for all these and X-Ray is traditional kind with 4 bite wings only. Whether with or without dental insurance. It doesn't makes a lot of differences because the quotation given is really quite affordable and reasonable. Office manager Steve is very understand and nice to work with. I like how he is not pushy and hard sell at all. They even sent me for a panoramic X-ray Free of Charge so that I can get ready for my wisdom tooth surgery on March 11, 13 9 am in the morning..nervous..after all the briefing.. but only remember Dr Amy Wong, Dr Carlos. and a staff walking around the room.. next moment was my husband driving me home leaving behind my 3 wisdom tooth (including 1 impacted) and 2 extra molars. Only toke about an hour to get everything done. No struggle.. No traumatizing ..No fear! Changed one round of gauze at 12 pm.. Bleeding almost stopped so I ate jello at 2 pm.. and no more gauze for the whole day. Very blessed! Follow up by the dental office is tremendous .. they called everyday to check how am I doing and remind me to keep up on my antibiotics and pain medication.. I feel special.. :-) In the end..I let them do the rest of my mouth. Breakdown: 1. Free Consultation, Exam & X-Ray (Digital for full mouth) 2. Affordable prices..Discount and Finance options available 3 Clean office, nice staff , ample parking at the back. 4. Oral surgeon to remove your wisdom. (I have friends paying the same price but having a general dentist to remove wisdom and they take more time to remove 1 wisdom) 5. Endodontic for my root canal on a molar. (A friend trying to recommend 2 different dentist for my root canal. Both are not endodontics. One is only $100 cheaper than Special Care.. the other one a lot more cheaper but trying to jack up $$ on other stuff and hard sell. Definitely pick the endodontics specialist. Do not fool around with your teeth for that 100 bucks or more.) I requested for oral sedation and I totally lost my memory but at last the root canal is done! 6. Preparation for crown..to prep a tooth..here comes the needle again. But to my surprises this time, Dr Dang takes the time to numb me with numbing gel for 60 secs. Asking me to close my eyes.. and while she was doing this acupressure massage on the gums. The Novocaine is already completed. For that moment I finally have the assurance. I don't know where to actually find a dentist that will be willing to put in more time to give u a painless injection. If you do enough research, a painful injection is actually caused by a few reasons.. Lack of empathy, Not making the tissue taut and injecting gently, Administering the anesthesia too quickly.. 7. I am just too happy and blessed that I made the right choice. Thanks the Lord blessings.. and also thanks to the doctors and staffs in Special Dental Care. I look no further... Special Dental Care is the one for me.. Will be back next week for the completion of my ceramic crown. :-) read more

Dr. Chen was awesome! I had a bad toothache from my recent filling that I had about 2 years back, so I went to get a free examination got x-rayed and looked upon told me that they would have to do a root canal in order to save the tooth. I told them I would do it as soon as my insurance kicks in, saved the date, and boom on the operating table. I personally hate, hate, hate the dentist but Dr. Chen calmed me down a bit, numbed me up (a lot), and next thing you know my tooth cracks into two. (Wasn't her fault previous dentist just added too much filling and plus my tooth felt weird prior to getting my root canal) I told her it felt uncomfortable and she numbed me up more. Sadly to say I had to get my tooth removed :( Dr. Chen recommend me to get braces. Although I was already in the process of looking for a place, she referred me to an orthodontist. Paid my bill which by the way Thannya is awesome and left a happy camper. I won't go any where else besides special dental care. read more

updated：Never thought about temporary crown cracked because eating toast! I called tania and end up come in office on friday afternoon. Too bad, wrong timing because Dr.Chen in middle of seeing pt.... i dont want to let toothwait 5 days because i scared i will crack my tooth before crown put on. So, Dr.Wong helped out form temporary crown (plastic material) not sure what is call.... oh well better than nothing to protected my tooth... i felt like all staffs treat me like family member and we have good time talking while dr.wong getting my temproary crown done... Dr.Chen finished her pt and came in say Hi and checked on my crown. Eventhough i missed my work and worth it. read more

Ok i have a fear of going to the dentist. The sound of the drills and the smell of the offices just prevent me from wanting to step foot into any dental office. However, this is one of the best dental places i've ever been too! The front desk receptionist was so friendly and since it was my first time here, she handed the paper work to me and even took the time to explain areas that may have been confusing. The lobby was very modern and homey feeling. I came here to get a teeth cleaning as I'm sure i was overdue. When i got called in they took my X-rays first and the dental hygienist took great care of me and even checked in time to time to make sure i was ok. We all know that the pieces of plastic they have us bite down on can feel uncomfortable depending on the angles. I even accidentally bit his glove during one of part of the process. So embarrassing, but he laughed it off haha. Finally, the doctor came in and examined my X-rays. I was really nervous at this point because i never know what they're gonna say, but in the end I found out that it was mandatory that i remove my wisdom teeth. I was really dreading it, but it will have to be done in the long run~ When it came time for the cleaning, they were very considerate and checking in on me time to time to make sure there was no discomfort. After the cleaning my teeth were nice and white so yay! :) There was almost no pain at all during this process and it's rare because at other offices they usually ignore your cries of pain (trust me). Overall, I'd highly recommend coming here for all your dental needs! I know i will be back to remove my wisdom tooth fairly soon...not looking forward to it, but i'm sure Special Dental Care will help alleviate my anxiety when the day comes. read more

Took my two daughters here, a 4 year old and a 3 year old. The oldest one received a cleaning 7 months ago with the utmost care. She was ecstatic with her clean and was talking about the dental trip like her day at the park., asking to go back. Both girls were quickly comfortable with the staff and Doctors along with the cleaning and work they received. Considering I haven't had the work done yet (I go in next week), this review is for the examination visit. Just a note: I am petrified of dentists!!!! The exam went well and I love the fact the x Ray machine does not require those cardboard pieces shoved in your mouth! The tech was really good and gentle. No waiting, picture taken... Poof there was the image on the computer, with much less radiation. The dentist, Dr. Hay was really nice and listened when I said I had sensitive areas, he was extremely careful. Overall the place had good parking, real friendly staff (that I even stayed talking to for 15 minutes after). They took their time, not rushed and I wasn't a product to them. Thank you, but it's not over yet! Hopefully, the procedure will be just as good. :) read more
