I've had sake before but never knew that it could come in such a variety of flavors. They had 9 different varieties on tap with more in cans as options. Being a novice at sake I opted for flights of 3, i had 2 different flights so I was able to sample most of the sakes on tap and yes I did share otherwise walking out might have been a challenge. The flavors are interesting ranging from the more traditional which most folks would liken to something they've had in a Japenese restaurant, to unusually deliciuos flavored options from fruit to woody pine accents. I found most enjoyable but leaned toward the cloudy (unfiltered) pine flavored sake. I know sounds strange but it's delicious and quite smooth, I'd say out of all that I tried I'd purchase 5 of the 6 again.
