Made a mistake of giving this place a second chance. There is hardly anyone in the place for breakfast and we have sat here way to long for our breakfast. The server finally showed up again and we asked about our order....the excuse was that there was a large order placed just ahead of us. If there kitchen staff can't handle 4 tables and a few people at the counter in a timely manner then they really need to consider hiring new cooks with experience that can cook more than 1 breakfast at a time! I could see into the kitchen from where i was seated.....alot of standing around happening back there. The server that went to check on our order never has returned. I've been sitting in this brewpub inside the casino for about 30 minutes now, waiting to be served. It feels as though I've become invisible, I tried waving at the waitresses to no avail. I started with trying to make eye contact, but that was pointless, they would not look at me even when I raised my hand and wiggled my fingers. A short while ago, a waitress came by and I was able to holler "HEY!" and she did stop, so I finally got my beer. I realize they're busy and that it's a casino so not everyone is here to drink a beer, but I certainly was. This is at 1:00PM on a Sunday, so if they don't have enough staff, shame on the managers. The silver lining? I'm not invisible, although that might have been better, then I could have just helped myself to a beer. read more

Food was great, but the service is sooo slow. I had the 210 burger and is was done perfectly. We've eaten here a couple of times and each time they were out of iced and she said they been out for a couple of months. I was driving back from Camano Island and saw a billboard for the Casino and restaurants. My group was super hungry so we were going to hit the prime Rib and Seafood buffet up. There was actually a long wait for the buffet, so we decided to eat at 210 Brewing, which is a sit down pub and dining area. I had the ribs and Caesar salad, which were both good. They describe the ribs as fall if the bone soft... they were okay, but a little dry. Otherwise I was happy with the flavors. Their coleslaw is awesome, they season it with burnt bourbon, and has such a smoked and delicious taste - I would go back just for that. Servers here are busy, but good and helpful. Note that this is inside the casino, so the whole area does smell like smoke a bit. Definitely check this place out if you are a BBQ lover, get extra sauce though! read more

While the food is mediocre, the customer service is terrible. Waited over half hour for our food and the place wasn't busy AT ALL. Nobody came to refresh our water or let us know our food would be there soon. I did not leave a tip and wrote a note on my receipt that we had waited over half hour. As we were leaving our waitress Michelle came up to me and said in a very snide voice "When you order a hamburger well done it takes over 20 minutes. Have a nice day". She was obviously mad that we did not leave a tip. I asked who the manager was and she said "Jessica" and said " and do you want my badge number too!?". We were not told it takes longer when you order a hamburger well done. I'm still debating whether or not to call and talk to a manager but at this point not worth the trouble. This is my second visit and the reality is both visits rate 2 stars. The main reasons are mediocre service (I'm being generous) and food that's just ok. Service: Took too long to be greeted and I was greeted with a rude attitude. Normally I would chalk this up to a bad day but it's twice now with the same bartender. When I asked about the fact the Signature Burnt Ends and Beans had no burnt ends in it... I got a rude "they mix it in" and she immediately walked away before I could respond. Food: the 210 burger was average at best and the signature beans with burnt ends had no burnt ends. What a disappointment. Also: the Sushi and Steak restaurants are now closed on Wednesday and Thursday nights which is a total disappointment and 210 or the buffet are your only options. Had dinner here this weekend with my family. The food we ordered was the pretzel appetizer, meatballs, meatloaf, chicken and biscuits, and a bacon cheeseburger. All of the meat was dry. The pretzel was dry as well. The Brussels sprouts were over cooked but still tasted ok. The peanut butter pie was to die for. If I go back that's the only thing I will get. Lol. read more

My husband and I came in for dinner, we were told the wait was about 30minutes and the hostess took my number and said we would get a text when our time was available. We did a little gambling but stayed close to the restaurant after almost 45 minutes I approached the hostess and asked if we were getting close, she said they had text me 32 minutes ago (mind you that's 15 minutes after we arrived and she told me it was a 30 minute wait) to which I had replied we got no such text. She said that we were the 3rd party to say that, looked around and said there were 2 spots at the bar if we would like them. We sat she handed us the menus and said our waitress would be right with us. 10 minutes later and 2 different people going to the taps to fill beer we got up and left! No one said hello or hey I'll be right with you, nothing! I've read and heard good and bad things about this place, guess we got the bad Thursday night. Will probably not go back. read more

We've always liked eating at the 210 but the last couple visits I've just not enough to snuff. Today their website says on a Sunday that they're open until noon for breakfast we went down for breakfast and there were other people there waiting for breakfast and we were told at 11 o'clock there was no more breakfast that they already cleaned the grill and the website was wrong. So my wife ordered some chicken tenders and pizza pizza and the chicken tenders were very good overall the pizza was so oily the Box was soaked with oil. Go somewhere else. The 210 IPA is okay at best and their black IPA is a rather sorry excuse for an Imperial IPA. Our go-to IPA is either a Stone Brewing beer or Elysian Space Dust. The appetizer Carnitas nachos were good as were the tater tots, however; the entree chicken tacos were bland, the Cuban sandwich is served on some weird hard bread, and the brisket sandwich and the ribs are soaked in liquid smoke which was absolutely disgusting. My personal punishment for the kitchen staff would be to make them eat their terrible food. On the other hand the wait staff was awesome, and Kaden provided top notch customer service. read more

My wife and I showed up just to relax and have a drink and perhaps order something off their limited menu. We were told they couldn't seat anyone because it's going to be a minutes before we could order. I said, what if we just want to have some drinks, she (the hostess or server or someone they just brought off the street) says no you can't! I said, we can't just wait 30 minutes to order and have something to drink on the meantime, she said, no! There was a table of nine in front of us and they wouldn't seat them either, they told them the exact same thing. Thing is there is only like five tables with people at them, the rest are empty!! Whoever is running this place needs to find a different occupation I'm afraid. Listen, we don't really care about the brewmaster(as they advertise), just want to sit, relax, have a bite and drink some alcohol! Check out the empty seats. Had the ribs here and the baked beans and the mac salad for lunch one day. It was very very delicious. Everything was cooked so perfect. The meat just fell off of the ribs and the bake beans was soo good. The mac n cheese was so yummy too. Service was nice and restaurant was clean. We had breakfast today, Sunday the 17th. Three of us had the Jackpot breakfast. Our bacon was beyond over cooked. It was hard as a rock. The hash browns on two orders were burnt on the bottom. Recently visited for lunch during the week. Ordered a 1/2 rack of BBQ ribs and was originally told they were sold out. The server asked the kitchen to please double check (which apparently meant they had to go downstairs and outside to check the smoker). They came back and said they did have some. When the ribs were served they were tough, WAAAYYY over-smoked and had a strange aftertaste like lighter fluid. The burnt-end baked beans had NO burnt ends, only sliced brisket pieces. Also ordered the pork belly bites. Same strange lighter fluid aftertaste and they were extremely fatty. Now, knowing that pork belly is fatty I would expect this to some degree but the fat on these had not been rendered and was just FAT. Having judged BBQ competitions in the past, I would not order/eat BBQ here again. read more

After 5-10 minutes the waitress came to inform me that she had just come on and wasn't informed that they were out of steak for the steak and eggs breakfast. Meh...food wasn't bad. Service was terrible. I don't necessarily think it's the servers fault I think they might be severely understaffed. It's been multi times sitting there with friends though waiting 15 to 20 mins just to put in a drink order, longer for a food order unless you put it in with the drinks and a good long wait for the actual food after that. Food wasn't bad though once it got there wasn't anything to write home about either though. If you aren't there having a good time with friends/family it's definitely not worth the wait. read more
