When I asked if I could get this in writing he suddenly said my car being salvaged was a liability and he would not take my car in anymore. I really do not understand why there are so many negative reviews on this page. In fact, I was a bit hesitant to take my leased vehicle here (a Hyundai) because of the lower rating compared to other body shops. But I took a leap of faith, and it was one of the best decisions I ever made. Kent and Jason both helped me out (Kent as my appraiser and Jason as my repair consultant), and both of their services were second to none. I was always in-and-out the door in fewer than five minutes, and when not at the body shop, both would email and call me with consistent updates, even during the appraisal/parts ordering process. Upon completion of some minor cosmetic work (replacement of a rocker molding), everything looked good as new! And on top of all that, their paint/labor cost is THE SAME as other more budget-friendly shops in the area. Got a ding from a careless neighbor and they said I needed the whole door replaced. Audi sat in their shop for 30 days and cost $9800. They left a piece and the screw in the cupholder - when I called to tell them that, they said it was probably an old part that was replaced. It wasn't - investigating further, I found they'd just forgotten to put it back on. The seatbelt was also twisted. They agreed to take it back and fix both issues. They did - I thought. Was washing my car today and noticed the door does not sit the same as the right door (this is the driver's). The seal is not perfect and there is a big groove. Considering my dealer told me this was THE place to go, I am amazed at how poor the work was. I'm going to call tomorrow and see if they'll fix it, but I'm not looking forward to wasting more time on what should have been a quick repair. Car only has 6k miles on it - I'm so upset. I hate posting negative reviews and have given the shop the chance to remediate, but was effectively told to screw off by them. They are a certified Porsche Collision Center but in my instance showed a lack of care towards my car. My car needed a new front bumper - pretty straightforward work. However, when they buffed the new bumper they left clear and distinguishable swirl marks up both sides of the fenders towards the lights as well as the hood. Moreover, the swirl marks (clearly from wool pads and machine buffing) were continuous and only affecting areas directly in contact with the bumper and had identical streaks to the bumper itself - which they buffed. The shop's response was effectively "our guys would never do such low quality work, it couldn't have been us" and "we do a lot of nice cars!" There was zero logic involved in their response and they simply took no accountability. All of this despite the following facts: 1. The car did not come in with swirl marks 2. The swirl marks matched the bumper swirls and were only in locations directly touching the bumper. There were no gaps between the bumper swirls and the fender and hood swirls meaning the buffing was continuous and careless 3. When asked if they buffed the bumper while it was attached to the car they said yes. If they buffed the bumper before installing it this wouldn't have happened. 4. They never provided me with a walk around - they just left my car out front and said "here are your keys" read more

A close friend of mine recently got his vintage BMW repainted at Beverly Hills Auto Body. I had never seen a better paint job on a car. So when I got bumped into in traffic I knew exactly where I wanted to take my car for repair. I have a BMW "individual" paint job on my car, which is basically a paint to sample from the factory. Needless to say my car is a unique color that would be tough to match. I was hopeful that Beverly Hills Auto Body was up to the task, and I was correct! The quality of work they performed is outstanding. This body shop does not take appointments. You just come by and leave your car when its convenient for you. I was a little apprehensive about this at first, as they seem very busy and I didnt want my car there for weeks. But my car was done within a week. They helped me get into a rental and kept me up to date as to what was happening with insurance and the progression of my car. The whole experience from start to finish was easy. The end result was my car looking brand new again and not looking like anything had ever been done to it. They also detailed my car thoroughly. Is all I can say is WOW!!!!! And THANK YOU!!!! I got side-swiped while driving in traffic, and although my Audi TT Roadster looked pretty good for being 15 years old, it had spots and blemishes on the paint job and the accident totally ruined my day. Luckily the other driver had great insurance but the insurance carrier told me to take it to a shop that was near my home even though my AUDI dealership recommended Beverly Hills Auto Body. I got the first estimate and they said it would take a week to fix. I was hesitant because there was visible damage to the actual frame below the driver side door and I knew if it was going to be done right, it takes time to order parts (especially for a car that is 15 years old). They also made a huge effort to point out what was already wrong with my paint job before the accident and I could tell they were going to try and get it IN and OUT as fast as possible without much attention to detail. Thank God I listened to my instincts and took it to Beverly Hills Auto Body for a second opinion. Jason was my point of contact through the insurance company and I knew IMMEDIATELY that I couldn't be in more capable hands. He was thorough, thoughtful, and brought my mind at ease. This was right before two, four-day holiday weekends, and he set my expectations immediately and realistically and gave me phone call updates several times and never left me hanging or wondering how the progress of the project was going. Well, when I went to pick up my car I literally couldn't catch my breath and was at a loss for words. They did such an AMAZING job I actually didn't recognize my car! It looked BRAND NEW! The damage to the frame was gone, and the entire car looked like it had received a brand new paint job! To illustrate how thorough and thoughtful they are, they even buffed out the foggy, scratched up headlights on my car and made them look brand new! Overall, Beverly Hills Auto Body did a good job. My 2016 RS7 had been hit in a parking lot (while I was not present) and the rear quarter panel and rear passenger door were a bit damaged. After a ridiculous battle with Foremost Insurance, I was finally able to get my car into the shop where the staff and service were AWESOME. Unfortunately, I was told exactly what was going to happen for my repair. I say "unfortunately" because I then knew that my whole car was going to be dismantled for the quarter panel replacement. That's not quite the most calming situation to hear. I get it, and it makes sense that was going to happen, but knowing that my car was hand put together, after all of that was done, had me on high alert to ensure that everything was put together accordingly. I'd say that Beverly Hills Auto Body did a great, 99% job of that. Much better than expected, to be honest. There have been a few minor details that are not 100%: - My passenger windows do not seal close some times, takes a few attempts. - My radio antenna drops signal - The rear passenger door takes a little more effort to open. All things that overall, are not a huge deal or anything that can really be fixed. The windows do close, it just take s a few attempts occasionally, not all the time. The radio signal dropping is not enough to warrant taking it back in to have them strip my car again to see what's happening. The door is totally aligned and looks great; it just takes a little more pull to open. But the automatic close mechanism is totally fine and works great. Like I said, the whole staff at Beverly Hills Auto Body were amazing and great, so friendly and helpfully, and so communicative. They went above and beyond to help me, when Foremost all but stuck it to me, and Beverly Hills Auto Body was able to make Foremost honor my policy agreement. read more

He was very professional, assured me they'd make my car look like new again, and I that I wouldn't have any issues when lease was up. I let him know that I'd also be needing a car rental. Jason let me know that there is a car-rental service on premises and they would set me up with a car when I was dropping mine off. It was around the holidays and it would take about 2 weeks for the work to be completed. Jason called me once the car was done and to come pick it up. When I showed up the car was sitting in the driveway, waxed and polished looking like new. This place is horrible -- do not come here. They have had my car for nearly a month for what looked to me like a minor fender bender. They told me it was instead an 8k plus repair. Okay, fine. But now nearly a MONTH later hey told me it would be ready today and it is not. I have cancelled one and now two vacation trips because of this. And they basically admitted that they misled the insurance company about the prices, submitting only "estimated" pricing from their database, not actual prices for parts. So as the parts are coming in, and the pricing is hirer they have to redo the submission!!! This is basically fraudulent in my view. And they said that they just got parts from the dealer, which I know is a lie since they sourced used parts in the quote. I should have just taken it to the dealer. And on top of it, they did not bother to call and tell me any of this. I recommend avoiding this place COMPLETELY as they are not honest, they are boosting the estimates and they will have your car forever. read more
