Another cleaning service was not communicative and didn't show up on time, and we had another bad experience with a "cleaning service" that got lost and wasn't thorough and needed hand-holding... so we contacted 24/25 CLEANERS and were impressed by their attentiveness. Daiana replied promptly and we were soon on the phone to set up all details. She explained that their cleaners do a proficient job but don't speak English so she helps translate. Throughout the whole job, Daiana called us to keep in touch. We then moved to text messages to continue, with our appointment being the next morning. We got text updates when our cleaner Margarita was on the way, and she was able to find us without issue. She took the time to really get the grime out from room to room and didn't rush things at all. She was attentive to getting tough stains out of the bathtub, and caught areas that other cleaners had missed before. Perhaps even more thorough than we were expecting, but this is a good thing. Payment is a convenient online form at the end after the cleaner leaves. If you prefer to handle everything electronically, it's efficient. Cleaners arrived on time and work was completed as expected. Payment process leaves more to be desired. Invoice that they send you comes with a required 4.5% credit card fee. You can avoid the added fee by paying by Zelle which is their only other option, but they won't send you an invoice reflecting that and it will take another day for them to confirm receipt of the payment, all the while calling/texting/emailing to leave them a review. read more

The cleaning was fine(5 stars), but they need to improve their punctuality(2stars) and internal communication(1star) they have good client attention to solve problems an refunded me one hour for the delays and problems so thats a plus! I scheduled the service on a Friday for Tuesday at 9:00 AM, (time and day they offered me) On Monday, I was informed that the person would arrive between 9:00 and 10:00 AM (I wish they had communicated this range on Friday). On Tuesday, I was told the person would be arriving between 10:00 and 10:30 AM. The cleaner finally arrived at 10:45 AM, almost 2 hours later than the original 9:00 AM time. The cleaner left at 12:45 PM, two hours after arriving, but I was still charged for three hours, effectively paying for an hour of waiting and the 3 hour minimum they offer (this was solved since they refunded this hour after writing this review) Regarding the service itself, they provided both a PDF and a sms message listing areas that could be cleaned, with fewer options in the message. I filled out both in advance, specifying what I wanted to be cleaned. However, when the cleaner arrived, she asked what needed to be done, despite the information I had already provided. This indicates poor internal communication. I also asked the company if the cleaner could see what I had filled out (the PDF and message)and they told me yes she has that info, but some areas I requested, like windows and the microwave, were ignored. I know it's not entirely her fault, so when she asked if everything was fine, I said yes and let her leave. However, given the delays and communication issues, I won't be requesting this service again. I hope they improve their planning and streamline the process for specifying cleaning areas. It would be better to keep just the PDF and request the client to fill it out, as having a message with fewer options than the PDF for the same service is confusing. read more

5 stars in cleaning 1 star in price so picking 2 stars. the good: this was a move out cleaning so the two cleaners did a lot of cleaning and hard work in cleaning the fridge, in and out cabinets and one of the bathrooms was very dirty . it was a 2bd apartment and 2bathroom with 900 squarefoot. most of the time was spent in the kitchen and one bathroom. the 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and living room was minimal Work. the bad: two cleaners together took 5.5 hours. this is not 2.25 hours each, but 5.5 hours each charging me a total of 550 dollars. they went too slow for the two of them. nice cleaners and company but will never hire again due to price read more
