OMG! So I am visit my elderly parents for a few days and their place was just....NO. No. So I immediately contacted 24/25 late on Thursday and the lady was here Friday am. I can't say enough good things about this company. They spent about 7 hours cleaning our entire home and they left it completely spotless. I was so surprised at how meticulous they were, not a single corner of the house ignored. Our house was definitely on the dirtier side as my wife and I are currently swamped with work. In fact, when my wife came home from work she was almost in tears at how beautiful our house looked. They wiped down all of the appliances and made our 10 year old fridge look like new. We were also pleasantly surprised that they made the beds and took out old bags of trash we already had accumulated. Wow!! This is my first time using cleaners for rental properties and I am so very impressed with 24/25 Cleaners. I have a complicated townhouse complex that is behind gates that requires lock boxes. They were able to access it without any issues. This location has been mostly occupied by university students so it was in very rough shape from dirty walls/baseboards to tough oven stains. It definitely needed a "move-out cleaning". I came today and everything from the walls, window sills, kitchen, bathroom was as clean as could be. I cook a lot and it was disaster! The little things count too like, I had washed my set of sheets and left them on my bed, planning to put them on when they'd finished, but they went ahead and did that for me. We have a newborn and a toddler and the relief it adds to be able to walk in to a clean home is beyond measurable. We started with a deep clean and have moved to every 3 weeks. The booking is easy peasy. The young ladies that come are very respectful of your space. They remove their shoes, ask if anything in particular is needed and get to work. I come back to a spotless clean smelling beautiful home. They always go above and beyond in organizing and moving stuff to get a clean space.
