I hired them for deep cleaning a home that was previously cleaned, but was vacant for a long time. They arrived on time and the job they did was good. Only part of the house that was dusty was garage. They dusted, vacuumed and finally mopped it. We requested for steam mop inside the house and they accommodated that. I was not babysitting them. I came back after 3 hrs and they were done. I read some reviews saying that cleaners will waste time to charge more. But this team is no among them. I absolutely loved it. Both ladies don't speak English. But Google translate came to our rescue!!! They handled it super professionally in terms of arriving on time, responsive even during off hours. They sent me reminders, confirmation msgs prior to and post arrival and appointments changes. Easy peasy from the start. Found them on Yelp. Booked them through the Yelp link and filled out a little questionnaire. Great quick communication. Alexandr and Irina showed up on time. We walked thru the house so I could show them problem areas. 4 hours later my 3 bedroom 2 bath house was sparkling! My jaw dropped they did such a good job :D very happy with the service. The frozen sticky gunk on the bottom of the freezer: gone! Those stupid circles of build up in the toilet bowl:gone! The shower build up, the dust in the window wells, floor scuffs: gone, gone, gone! A different cleaning service gave an estimate of $900 this was about half that. read more

The communication with booking was very easy. Communication with the two cleaners was possible using a translation app and that worked out very well. The overall clean was a good job; however, it was VERY SLOW! They arrived at 2 pm and left at 6 pm and only did one floor of our home. I realized they would never get to our upstairs and so I started cleaning it since we had carpet being installed the next day and needed everything dusted from construction drywall. I was very clear that this was a construction clean up job. They weren't finished but I felt bad keeping them so late. So the cleaning was good, but very slow and didn't finish what was expected. The company never reached out to see how the service was or anything. I would probably use a different company next time. read more

This was a move out clean. I had already done a pass myself if hopes that it would make the professional clean quicker. For a tiny 1 bedroom apartment, it took almost 4 hours I would check in periodically and it would look pretty much the same (not cleaned) until approx the last hour. very, very expensive and not that good. read more

They did a great job! I was moving out of a 1 bed/1 bath apartment in Kirkland and needed everything cleaned before inspection. 24/25 cleaners were very responsive, arrived right on time, and were reasonably priced (better prices than other companies I researched). They assigned 1 cleaner for just over 800 sq ft and she took about 4 hours to finish the job. My baseboards were pretty dusty and hairy (I have 2 cats) and when she left they were spotless. She also did an incredible job with all of my appliances. Long story short, I passed inspection with flying colors. My fiancé and I plan on using them again for our new apartment. read more
