These guys were the best part of moving. Jose came out to explain the process, answer my questions & provide an estimate which I feel was pretty accurate. Luis & Rondu came and packed our stuff up. They did a great job - carefully wrapping each item. Throughout the day, they asked me several times if I had any questions or concerns. The next day Rondu, Luis, Horacio and J. Carlos came to pack it all on the truck. They inspected everything carefully and pointed out any existing scratches or dents. They were so fast and so meticulous about placing everything. They brought our items to storage. Then a few weeks later, Miguel, Horacio, Luis and Benjamin came to load the truck again to go to our new home. Again they were very fast, organized and careful with our stuff. Our stairs are very steep and narrow so there were just a few minor scratches on the walls afterward. They sent someone out within a few days to fix those spots to our satisfaction. All of our stuff arrived intact without damage. They even offered to come back and help rearrange furniture later so they do other things besides location moves. I was scheduled to move on 9/24/15, originally I had booked another moving company until I read the horrible reviews. I cancelled with that company and called 24/7 moving, I spoke to Daniel and he was very helpful as I was a week away from my move. The movers were scheduled to arrive between 12pm and 2pm. The day of the move I received a call from Rondo giving me his eta. The team arrived at 12:45 which made me very happy as I was moving from Dunwoody to Snellville and was very concerned about the rush hour traffic. I also had long corridors in the apartment complex and needed furniture moved from a storage unit down the street. The team Rondo, Carlos and Horacio came in wrapped the furniture and moved me out of the apartment within1.5hrs. Next was the storage unit, while I was doing my walkthrough with the apartment complex they had everything moved out of storage within minutes. We were on our way to Snellville by 2:45 pm we arrived to my new home and the team had everything loaded out by 4:15pm. WOW!!! Moving is very stressful and the company you hire can make all the difference!! I down sized from a 7,000SF home to 4,000SF. and had another stop at storage facility after the move. I can't thank 24/7 enough for making my move smoother than it was. The owner Daniel came to see my house ahead a time for pricing/timing assessment, he was honest and right on about the timing it all going to take. I was very pleased with the prices and had no issues getting answers while trying to reach him prior to the move with various questions I had. The movers arrived on time ready to work, they were very organized/ Friendly and professional. They made sure to show me every little scratch on any piece of furniture before wrapping it. I chose 24/7 because of recommendation from friends and checking reviews and it is important for me to pass it on as I think they were fantastic. BEWARE!!!!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. They have an employee with tattoos in his face as well as all over his neck that resembles someone on "LOCKED UP RAW" and he said his name was Frank and later said D' ante. He threatened me and notified me that he knew where I lived and stated, "I'll be back to get you". The threat came when I refused to pay a fee not stated in the contract or on the phone. I then asked to speak with a Manager or the owner. I was able to reach the owner by phone and and he stated, "I must have misunderstood what his employee said". The owner I was told is named Mr. Kemp and he never offered an apology. Mr. Kemp cursed me out and told me to pay the workers, " whatever the f*ck I wanted to pay them". I felt very threatened and had to contact local law enforcement to file a police report. They left when I stated I was calling the authorities. read more

Fred, Melvin, and Elvis helped us move and they were INCREDIBLE! They were very professional and went though the house with us before they started the clock, so they could be sure about what we needed to have moved. Then they wrapped everything from our two-bedroom house and moved it into the truck in under one hour! I should clarify that "everything" included an entire home gym, complete with a weightlifting platform (SUUUUPER heavy) and a lot of weights. As they moved everything into our new place, they asked which room we would like each item in. They are very efficient, thoughtful, and also hilarious. This was the best moving experience I have ever had. They were all done in about 3 hours (it helps if you have disassembled any furniture like beds beforehand). Nothing was damaged and it was reasonably priced, too. Best movers EVER! read more

We're still unpacking but I had to share my review on 24/7 Moving. Excellent movers. Melvin and his three man team showed up at the exact time they estimated, we did a quick walk-through of everything to be packed then they quickly separated and started wrapping and packing. No time wasting at all. They were very careful with all the furniture and any scratches or tears they saw prior to wrapping, they made sure I saw and acknowledged. We had stuff in storage as well and they quickly got all that taken care of. What was most impressive is how quickly they got everything off the truck and into the house. They started setting up beds, we had a fridge that they had to take off the handles off of and even the door to the pantry, had to be removed. Very efficient. Very Courteous. I gave 24/7 Moving a try after doing a lot of research and them basically having the best feedback. Well let me tell you they were terrific. From the time I requested a quote until moving day. I was moving from a 1 bed room apartment to a 4 bedroom house so I only needed one truck and 2 men. Rando and J. Carlos were my movers and they called me before they arrived and let me know they were on their way. They just requested a walk through and what I wanted moved and they went straight to work. There was no outside conversation or hanging around. They were professional and efficient. They ended up getting my move done in 2 hrs and 45 mins. The guys at 24/7 Moving were fantastic in the quick move that my company required yesterday morning. In a pinch, the office was able to schedule a next-day move with 3 guys and a truck for $129/hour with a two hour minimum. There were only a few pieces of furniture but the entire crew were efficient and careful with the items that needed to be moved. The entire process took less then two hours as promised by the crew when they showed up on time in the morning. Very professional group! Working work 24/7 Moving was the most positive experience of our home sale. After being in our 4500 sq ft home for 19 years we downsized and moved the majority of our belongings to storage. We anticipated two truck trips to 2 different storage locations, but 24/7 was able to pack all of our belongings in their truck and 90% of them in our 10x20 storage unit. I am still amazed! The initial contact was very professional and gave us a feeling of confidence. We had to adjust our date a couple of times and they worked with us. I trust this company and its people! I had 24/7 Movers pick up new furniture from a warehouse for us. These were expensive pieces and Miguel Ortiz scrutinized every single unit before loading for delivery. He sent pictures of the furniture and talked to me throughout the process to ensure we are happy. He discovered one of the dressers had a broken base and facilitated an exchange on our behalf (working against some unethical resistance from the furniture store). My sister and I (Dominique) used 24/7 moving company this past week to move into our apartment. We couldn't have asked for a better crew (Fred, Francisco and Elvis) were super nice and put all of our boxes in the truck (even taped a couple up), took apart our beds and put it back together upon arrival. They even separated our boxes between us. If you are in Atlanta and are moving don't wait- call these guys up and use them!!. 24/7 movers are the best movers I've ever had, and I've moved several times in the last 20 years. Miguel, Mario and Pariente were absolutely incredible. I moved from one apt to another with the same floor plan, and these guys never once asked where something should be placed -- they remembered exactly where they picked it up in the old apt. We moved from a storage unit in Marietta to Avondale today, and I am SO HAPPY we chose 24/7 moving. William, Horacio, and Juan Carlos were fabulous, courteous, professional, quick, and super careful with all of our belongings! Not a word of complaint when I realized that my heaviest piece of furniture had to go upstairs, even after hours of hauling our stuff in the Atlanta summer heat. This was my second time using these guys. Francisco led the team, and started the day off right with his awesome pen collection and letting me choose my color (yes-this really made my day).
