Thank god for these guys. I went on vacation and when I came back I had lost my car keys. I called Supertech and it took about an hour for them to get to me, which was much faster than I expected. They unlocked my car (made sure it was really mine) and then made me a new key, and threw in an extra for just in case I did this again. Which is likely. ... Here's why I gave 5 stars. Service. Came quickly--- this just happened btw, about 20-30 mins, being in Henderson, the land far far away, I figured it would be around that length of time, he was polite and quick I will say, my pockets aren't deep and I'm really not afraid to say that I'm not the richest of the bunch, so when he told me my cost that I didn't have theoretically, I considered selling my kidneys the next day and so I paid him promptly. I called for a quick lock change of 6 door locks for my rental. Needed it done right away. 24/7 Supertech Locksmith service made a same day appointment and I was surprised when they were able to come so quick! Great service tech.. Scheduled appointment between 4pm and 6pm but arrived at 6:30pm...30 min late. He was very apologetic and worked quickly to make up for it. I was quoted $35 for service call and $19 per lock times 6 locks. $149 total. An extra charge for the Mailbox lock was $69, for a grand total quoted $218.00 + 8% tax = $235.44 He offered me a 10% discount for being late ($23.00). $235.44-$23=$212.44. I was actually charged $210.00 instead of $212, and he made me an extra key right on his truck and didn't charge me for it. I got more than the 10% off promised. Honest and friendly. I would recommend these guys! read more

Carmon was amazzzzzzing! My gf was locked out of her house and we had been stuck outside for quite some time. He arrived quickly, had the lock open within minutes, maybe even seconds lol. The keys to my U-Haul had been with misplaced & after arguing with Uhaul and paying for the truck for two extra days I finally decided I would get the key made on my own so as I called around the locksmith were charging outrageous amounts of money and couldn't even be there within the next 3 to 4 hours so I was so grateful when I contacted Supertech and they came out within the 40 minutes and the price was more reasonable than I even expected!! So even after getting the doors open, the trunk stayed locked with the keys inside -- incredibly frustrating. Luckily, Vitali showed up right away and knew exactly what to do. Any questions you have or doubts don't sign until you get advice from a professional it will save you money and time. You may find that you more responsibility to be in compliance with alarm companies terms and conditions than you expected. Clauses like the company is not responsible for any verbal promises made by employees. The credit application is not only a credit worthiness. It can be used against future credit ratings if not fully in compliance or back out of the contract for unforeseen reasons or dissatisfaction. Watch your credit card charges you many be charged for services even as I was which can result in a credit card dispute. Do not rely on the office manager or billing clerk to correct anything you think is wrong. Above all remember you cannot rely on verbal promises it changes as much as the weather in Las Vegas. My questions was there a requirement for a credit application on the original only and why didn't appear on my copy?? Why did Brian never consult with me on the reverse side of the additional terms and conditions of the agreement. Which may have been a factor in accepting or rejecting the S&S agreement. Side didn't notice it for months after signing it with a friend point it out to me? Installer took about 20 minutes to install an attachment to the Control Panel. I pointed out all the window, movement and door circuits, inside screamer. outside bell which notifies neighbors since it my be ancient to the young installer. I request a new battery for the control panel, and couldn't remember the last it was replaced and didn't want a communication breakdown!! I was told by the installer that the office manager/billing clerk it was $59 plus tax which had to be paid upon install??? Why would a battery be charged against a if a completing new system for $99 same billing clerk charge $199 for install to my credit card Disputed with credit card company had one other isse with another credit on the account Is currently inactive with a new credit card pending. Issue of a password, some how after checks of the system technician set up the security password to this system not Brian, with in Bold Letter Attention is directed to Conditions on the Reverse Side and had me back date it 3/4/2026. More than a questionable business practice!!! I am awaiting a response from your company with a detailed explanations of each of your business practices. No accredation with the Better Business Bureau and which can be referred to the AARP Nevada stop Scams and Fraud hot hotline!

Las Vegas seems full of rude condescending locksmiths that can't communicate or behave professionally. The prices are unrealistic and the communication isn't satisfactory. They seem to be under the impression that simply stating "we charge $65 just to come out." Is sufficient customer service. After waiting ages. Purchased new doors from Master Caftsmen windows and Doors for a cool 10 grand... With that said you would think that when you go to lock your doors they would lock with no issues right??? Well they didn't, so we called 24/7 Supertech Locksmith and they came out right away to handle the issue. While in the doors the locksmith tells me that the company who installed the doors (Master Craftsmen) installed the lock cylinder upside down. 24/7 Supertech locksmith's took all of 5 mins to take care issue and they were gone. Great company, I currently Airbnb my home and the last guest broke the lock. my cleaning crew wasn't able to close the house, I immediately looked for a locksmith and Carmon returned my call within mins. He was at my house in less than 10 mins. he removed my old Brocken lock and installed a new one. Cam of Supertech 24/7 Got his name from high recc's on NextDoor. Excellent communication, prompt texts, communicates when on his way, when arriving, when scheduling. Shows up on time. Estimates were completely in-line with other competitors (not more, not less) for doing re-keying, rotating deadbolts, and installing a new locking handle. Was able to provide an accurate estimate, work was done promptly. Could have done the job same day but needed him to order an extra knob so had him come back.
