Carmon was amazing! Locked myself out of my detached garage and called Supertech in a panic because it was pretty late when it happened. He arrived within 20 minutes, calmly explained how he was going to open the garage door, and proceeded to do so in record time. Within 20 minutes of his arrival, I was in my garage, grabbing my remote like I should have done the first time, and he was very kind in saying this sort of thing happens a lot. He not only did his job well, but he was able to calm my panic down and make me laugh while doing so. Very skilled and knowledgeable and I will 100% call again if I need a locksmith! I'm blown away at how stress free it was to have my car unlocked. I made it to 35 before leaving the key in the ignition and walking away like nothing was wrong. One quick phone call and less than an hour wait and now I can get groceries and go home. Cost less than my Roadside insurance would have. Courteous and professional, easy 5 star review. My recommendation for future business practices with alarm companies like SAS Alarms. Read all of the terms and conditions of the conditions of the agreement before you sign any agreement. Any questions you have or doubts don't sign until you get advice from a professional it will save you money and time. You may find that you more responsibility to be in compliance with alarm companies terms and conditions than you expected. Clauses like the company is not responsible for any verbal promises made by employees. The credit application is not only a credit worthiness. It can be used against future credit ratings if not fully in compliance or back out of the contract for unforeseen reasons or dissatisfaction. Watch your credit card charges you many be charged for services even as I was which can result in a credit card dispute. Do not rely on the office manager or billing clerk to correct anything you think is wrong. Above all remember you cannot rely on verbal promises it changes as much as the weather in Las Vegas. If you cancel your system, your fault their fault or not satisfied the service. Keep in mind that credit application it can be used against you in unfavorable credit reporting. He did a through floor plan agreed to my terms to keep the current system in place and have the installer check the all circuits to insure they were still active and install a new attachment to the current panel box for $99 dollar install with $49.50 up front $49.50 upon completion using my credit card. My questions was there a requirement for a credit application on the original only and why didn't appear on my copy?? Why did Brian never consult with me on the reverse side of the additional terms and conditions of the agreement. Which may have been a factor in accepting or rejecting the S&S agreement. Side didn't notice it for months after signing it with a friend point it out to me? Installer took about 20 minutes to install an attachment to the Control Panel. I pointed out all the window, movement and door circuits, inside screamer. outside bell which notifies neighbors since it my be ancient to the young installer. I request a new battery for the control panel, and couldn't remember the last it was replaced and didn't want a communication breakdown!! I was told by the installer that the office manager/billing clerk it was $59 plus tax which had to be paid upon install??? Why would a battery be charged against a if a completing new system for $99 same billing clerk charge $199 for install to my credit card Disputed with credit card company had one other isse with another credit on the account Is currently inactive with a new credit card pending. Issue of a password, some how after checks of the system technician set up the security password to this system not Brian, with in Bold Letter Attention is directed to Conditions on the Reverse Side and had me back date it 3/4/2026. More than a questionable business practice!!! I am awaiting a response from your company with a detailed explanations of each of your business practices. No accredation with the Better Business Bureau and which can be referred to the AARP Nevada stop Scams and Fraud hot hotline!

Las Vegas seems full of rude condescending locksmiths that can't communicate or behave professionally. The prices are unrealistic and the communication isn't satisfactory. They seem to be under the impression that simply stating "we charge $65 just to come out." Is sufficient customer service. After waiting ages. He can go right ahead and provide a screenshot, but it will have been doctored. Untrustworthy, rude and condescending. As men often are to women. What can I expect from you? Purchased new doors from Master Caftsmen windows and Doors for a cool 10 grand... With that said you would think that when you go to lock your doors they would lock with no issues right??? Well they didn't, so we called 24/7 Supertech Locksmith and they came out right away to handle the issue. While in the doors the locksmith tells me that the company who installed the doors (Master Craftsmen) installed the lock cylinder upside down. 24/7 Supertech locksmith's took all of 5 mins to take care issue and they were gone. Great company, I currently Airbnb my home and the last guest broke the lock. my cleaning crew wasn't able to close the house, I immediately looked for a locksmith and Carmon returned my call within mins. He was at my house in less than 10 mins. he removed my old Brocken lock and installed a new one. I asked the next day if he was able to go to Home Depot and get me a lockbox so we can leave outside for future guests he told me no problem and once again within an hour my job was fixed. Cam of Supertech 24/7 Got his name from high recc's on NextDoor. Excellent communication, prompt texts, communicates when on his way, when arriving, when scheduling. Shows up on time. Estimates were completely in-line with other competitors (not more, not less) for doing re-keying, rotating deadbolts, and installing a new locking handle. Was able to provide an accurate estimate, work was done promptly. Could have done the job same day but needed him to order an extra knob so had him come back.
