Then on Saturday our pressure was low again so I called and first her husband was outside then a text later he was outta town. So she had another guy who use to work for them come out and prime the pump. We had pressure a few days then went outta town.. we came back and noticed Thursday 3/13/25 and the pressure was lower than before the new pump was installed.. now she's saying we should switch it to air. If that was the issue then why have us by the tank?? Replacing the tank DID NOT FIX THE ISSUE!

Coastal not only installed the new pump in a timely manner, they also allowed us to write them a post dated check for payment. Fast forward about 7 months, at midnight one evening the pump stopped working, we called and left a message on their company phone asking them to call us in the morning to come and service the new pump. The next morning we awoke to find our water was working again, so we called to cancel the appt and to our surprise the receptionist said the guys had already been out and had fixed the pump while we were asleep! Ballard Wells dug a well for my neighbor 1 1/2 miles from my house. Our property is split, so anyone going to my neighbors have to drive right by my house. After having to use one of their competitors once because they were pretty busy, I learned just how much of a blessing it is to deal with a company that does business with the highest degree of honesty and integrity. Next time I will wait days if I have to but will only do business with these guys. I'm happy to report that even after the business was passed on to his son, their honest approach has continued. Last week I had a problem. Mr. Dale's son insisted I do one final check on the regulator. A short tap removed the debris and everything started working as normal. It saved us at least a couple hundred dollars or whatever we might have fallen prey to from a shady competitor.
