After looking up the symbol in my owners manual, I decided that it was the brake light and that I needed to take the car in right away rather than driving back to Brooklyn. Eric told me to come right over even though I was calling as soon as they opened at 8AM. When I got there I discovered that my "brake light" symbol looks a lot like "low tire pressure" -- no brake problem at all, just needed some air in my tires since it was 23 degrees outside! I didn't get to meet everyone, buh #Richard took care of me. He was very #Pleasant and he had #Great #CustomerService. He worked with my insurance. I was able to get my Catalytic Converter replaced. He made sure that it was the proper one that wouldn't give me any issues in the future with inspections. They fixed my backup camera and they made a #CustomProtector for my catalytic converter. They just got a new customer for the rest of my repairs. They also do #Inspections in case you needed some where to do yours. ;) Richard was very informative. They gave me options. The shop also was accommodating. The jobs were done quickly. The #Price was #Honest and they didn't try to get me for extra money like some other places would have tried. It was actually better than I expected. They now have a piece of my heart as they saved my car from being totaled. They fought against insurance company to make sure I got the best parts. I've brought my car into another shop and they told me there was a list of bs things wrong with it. Stuff I could fix myself that I knew was wrong. They told me it as my brake pads. I took the car out and brought it to this place on the Bruckner. When I brought it here they diagnosed the problem and fixed it that day.
