So this rating is not on quality of service because they never even got to clean my house. I contacted Alexis and scheduled a cleaning for my house. I only wanted 2 cleaners for 2 hours but she says it's a minimum of 3 hours for the initial cleaning and she will throw in an additional cleaner for the holiday season. My house is relatively small and only 2 people live here. I thought 3 hours was a bit much but since she threw in an extra person, I accepted. She tells me the day of the appointment that 2 out of 3 cleaners are sick so she has to reschedule for the following week. Ok, fine, inconvenient but fine. I reschedule for the week after and the day of the appointment I messaged her to confirm. She shows up to my house and does a "walkthrough" in order to see what equipment is needed and concludes that it would be a 4 hour job. So now, from my initial 2 hour request, she wants me to pay for 4 hours. Not only that but she says her cleaners have lives and families to get back to so they can't be out cleaning that long (my appointment was at 5:30pm) because 9:30 is too late for them. (Why would you even make the appointment in the first place if that was the case??) So she requested we reschedule AGAIN even though she's literally standing in my house and her team with the equipment is supposedly right outside. I insisted that I only want 3 hours of cleaning and it would be fine if they didn't finish. She says she "just wants to do a good job" and cleaning the hard water from my shower would take 4 hours. She offered a 20% discount to reschedule but at this point I've already waited a week and I'm not waiting any longer. I honestly hate writing bad reviews on small/local businesses but she pretty much wasted a week of my time for no good reason. (By the way I googled how long it takes to clean hard water and it's not 4 hours. I have a feeling she forgot about my appointment today or overbooked and her team was never really waiting outside like she claimed.) read more

After a bit of laziness I wanted to get my house cleaned. All the cleaning agents were very helpful in accomplishing what I requested them to do. They were even very friendly to my pet beagle. The cleaning agents went above and beyond what they quoted me for. My 2 bathrooms and kitchen were absolutely spotless. It was very difficult to schedule with them, but after several tries, I got them to come over and clean. The cleaning was superb which is why I would have given them 4 stars, but it was super slow. 1 hours and 30 mins to clean 2 small bathrooms and 1 big bathroom. Maybe it was just me, but I had 2 cleaners before who would clean very well at a faster pace. Overall, the cleaning was really nice which is what I wanted, so 3 stars instead. read more

I was really disappointed by the service rendered by 24k Cleaning. I spoke to Alexis regarding wanting to switch from my former cleaners because they were not consistent with scheduling. I had one former cleaning service, not three as Alexis claims below in a vailed attempt to dismiss my review; and I never complained about them outside of our initial conversation when I said I'm looking for cleaners who are more consistent with scheduling. When we initially spoke, Alexis assured me that she could match their price, would be consistent with scheduling, and would provide "OCD level cleaning". In the six biweekly cleanings I had with them, I was always the one who had to reach out to them to find out what time they were coming, they were late almost every time (frequently due to "unforeseen circumstances"), cancelled on me once, and tried to cancel on me a second time yet again due to "unforeseen circumstances". The actual cleaning was definitely not "OCD level". I informed Alexis that several things were left dirty or not cleaned with care each time - including during their initial "deep cleaning" day. I ended up switching to a different company with the same price point and my experience has been remarkably better. I do want to recognize that they were willing to price match, but I need consistent and professional cleaners that do the job as promised so this was not a good fit. read more

Unbelievable! So clean! My place wasn't that bad, mostly "desert dust". After they left, 3.5 hours later, everything was spotless! I have never felt my floors so clean. They actually felt great to walk on. That's the service provided by an owner who, by her own admission, is OCD! They won't be satisfied until everything is perfect. My husband and I moved into a house that the previous owner had not kept in clean condition. The smell of his two Rottweilers lingered in the main living room. It was impossible to have guests in my new home. So i reached out to Alexis and her crew. She was exceptionally nice and professional. Took on the challenge and cleared up the smells. With the holidays being around the corner, this was a main priority for me and in that aspect, she delivered. I would not recommend Alexis for handling this type of work. As far as actual cleaning though, my house is 2.2k + square feet. You'll want to book more than half a day to get this size home cleaned up. Alexis was initially booked for four hours but it wasn't enough time for them. They came back a second day from 930am to appx 8pm. I found dust bunnies on the window coverings and the cabinet doors in kitchen and bathrooms were still dirty but nothing I couldn't put a Clorox wipe to. I had a lot of smoke damage in the master bathroom from the previous owner and Alexis was able to remove most of it. A lot of the focus went into this bathroom. In hindsight, I would have asked them to leave it alone as no amount of cleaning was going to restore this damage and they could have focused on getting other things polished. The vent in there was beyond disgusting and she took the time to disassemble it and clean it but it was never put back. I was able to move in shortly after the cleaning was done and am just relieved to be able to do so. Alexis is one of the friendliest service providers you can encounter. read more
