WHAT A FRAUD!!! 6 weeks ago we had them come out to fix our gate since it wasn't opening and closing. Service was fine, but now the gate isn't opening and closing again. I reached out to Christian to see if they could come out check on the issue. Mind you, per our conversation, I asked already about services and fixed and what the cost would be. Of course they say there needs to be an inspection. Ok fine... but when the guy came out and said now it's a motherboard issue and charging is $1795 or $1300 (insane pricing btw when a motherboard is a few hundred bucks) we obviously could not afford it and said we'll have to do it another time. Lo' and behold, the tech asks for a $45 service fee which was NEVER discussed with Christian. If im asking you already what the services/fixes will be don't you think you'd mention that there'd be a $45 service fee plus whatever needs to be fixed based on inspection? Again... NO MENTION OF SERVICE FEE! I even told him that if I knew that, I wouldn't have even bothered having them come out then... Keep in mind this is SIX WEEKS after the initial fix which is shocking to me that they didn't notice anything wrong with the motherboard last time! Anyways, that's besides the point, but the fact that I've had conversations with Christian and he never mentioned any fees and is now trying to charge is insane to me He then said that it's because it was their work and that it's in their policy to charge for a fee. Told him to send me their policy then and NOTHING! Tech was rude as well. Told me to call Christian myself, fine I did. I ended up merging the call so Christian can talk to the tech himself and he refuse and said he'll call the tech??? AND THEN HE DIDNT??? So then I had to tell the tech that Christian said we don't have to pay the service fee today and the tech got mad and said "THIS ISNT RIGHT!" you think it's right if I charge you for a fee you never agreed to??? DOUBT YOU'D PAY IT EITHER, SIR!!! The fact that Christian didn't want to talk to the tech himself spoke volumes when we were already on the phone together... BEWARE!!! RESPONSE: Digging your own grave here buddy because your response has pissed me off. 1. You did not call the tech, nor did you waive the fee on the spot. We were on a MERGED call, I told you to talk to the tech and you said you'd call him yourself even though we were on the phone together??? WEIRD! Keep in mind people, I kept asking him why he can't just talk to the tech on the call and he REFUSED to 2. I HAD TO TELL THE TECH TO LEAVE BECAUSE YOU DIDNT CALL HIM RIGHT AWAY!!! You explained the policy once you already had the tech try to bill me... maybe explain the policy BEFORE when I asked you if there would be fees??? You literally could have said "services will be based on inspection but there will be a $45 fee for the tech to come out no matter what" but did you? NOPE! So try to explain all you want but the texts are there. You can explain your policy as calmly as you'd like, but if you're telling me after the fact and trying to bill be when you should have told me BEFORE then that's the point? I even told you to send me your policy and you didn't soooo.... You could literally be like "oh the fee is $150" and expect me to pay because it's "policy"?! No way. Btw you took the call, said you had to talk to a manager, DIDNT CALL ME BACK I HAD TO CALL YOU BACK. 5. Yeah I said ALMOST got scammed. If money was collected and services were forced then I wouldn't have said ALMOST... smh... And I didn't get scammed because I refused to pay and had to lay down the law with you. I literally had to ask you if this was a scam or fraud and that's when you got scared and said "ok you don't have to pay FOR NOW" so this is not without basis. thank you very much. AND AGAIN, YOU DID NOT WAIVE THE FEE ON THE SPOT!!! Don't lie, it's not a good look 6. Anyone who reads this, keep in mind he NEVER said he was waiving the fee until AFTER this review because on the call he kept saying no fee for now and go talk to his manager... so take that as you will 7. After seeing 25/7 on Yelp, it seems to be a more professional one, with a link to a professional looking website, I further confirmed it on Google, and learned its a "Googled Guaranteed" merchant with a professional license number displayed, so I felt very assured and safe. I got a quote ( it was polite and clear with information) on the phone just as their website said, it was a reasonable estimate, so I requested a service call. The repair person named Nate called me about an hour later as promised, and then showed up 15 minutes later, no major delays. He was very pleasant, and answered all my questions courteously. The gate was repaired in just minutes, he said it was a simple job, so I was charged the minimum amount, and received an email recept instantly. He even asked if there was any other problems that needed fixing, luckily there wasn't. It was fast, reliable, professional, pleasant and honest, no hidden fees or any add-ons. I'd definitely call them again for future lock problems. read more

Excellent and fast service! There is a storage closet in my office that mysteriously doesn't have any keys. We usually leave it open so it isn't an issue, but it got accidentally locked. I found 25/7 through other Yelp reviews. I requested a locksmith through their website, expecting to hear back in a few hours or so. However, someone got in touch with me almost immediately! They said they could have someone there in about an hour. Less than an hour later, our friendly locksmith, Nate (or Nick. I'm sorry! I immediately forgot his name. I'm awful), arrived. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about our specific lock and was able to rekey it even though it is an unusual kind. He tested the new keys out several times to make sure that everything was working properly. All in all, a great experience that took less than 2 hours from start to finish. The work these folks do left me impressed and absolutely satisfied. Personally, it was already a really stressful evening, but locking my car keys in my trunk was the bloody cherry on top. I was going through yelp and Google to figure out the lowest price for service around my area. I called a few spots and they weren't direct with their pricing or their time of arrival. However, when I called 25/7, they blew me away. Not only did they offer me the lowest price, it seemed like they had a genuine interest in helping me out. They were so personable and understanding. Not only that, they came within 10 minutes of the call. It seemed like no time at all. It alleviated a bit of the stress already daunting me through the day. My wife discovered 25/7 on Yelp, and I'm glad she did! We needed to rekey a deadbolt lock for new tenants. To our delight upon calling, an appointment was made available to us within a couple of hours. As it happened, Kyle our technician had finished with a job earlier than expected, so he was kind enough to let me know that he could come ahead of schedule if that would work. I happily accepted the offer. He was very pleasant, and very professional. In a timely fashion, he rekeyed the deadbolt lock, and the extra keys we had asked for worked perfectly. 25/7 was competitively priced, too. "I had a disappointing experience with The technician seemed to be rushing through the job, and there were several red flags that left me uncomfortable. He didn't arrive in a typical locksmith truck, didn't provide a receipt, and didn't make any keys, which is something I would have expected from a full locksmith service. It felt like I was being worked in between other orders, and I got the impression that the payment may not have been handled properly. I was locked out of my apartment a couple of Sundays ago and initially called the WRONG locksmith, who showed up and started writing my bill - for considerably more than they had quoted to me on the phone - before he even looked at the lock! I found this place on Yelp and almost before I finished the call, Garrit showed up. He was efficient, professional and very kind... My keys went missing, so I didn't want to leave the house. And, it was a Sunday. I saw that 25/7 Locksmith had great reviews on Yelp. Nick gave me an appointment that was convenient for me. Tom and Nick called me to let me know they were nearing my home. I showed them the locks and they told me exactly what they were going to do, gave an good estimate for rekeying all 7 locks and did a great job. My daughter's key broke while unlocking her bike. Since this is her primary mode of transportation and she is a student at LMU, I searched for a locksmith with good reviews on Yelp. I emailed 25/7 Locksmiths about 12:30 pm and was contacted within 5 minutes. They provided a very reasonable quote. They arranged a time to meet after her classes were out and by 5:50 pm she had her bike back. Quick, reasonably priced and great at communicating quickly between the 3 of us. I had a great experience. My lock was broken (latch froze) so I couldn't leave the apartment because the door couldn't be closed. I called, and Nick was here in 25 minutes. He quickly established what was wrong and apologized he didn't have my type of latch with him (it was a very old type), so he came back with a new latch within 30 minutes, installed it quickly and that was it! Fantastic service! Timely, courteous, and nice. You don't always have positive experiences with service companies, but I am glad to say that this one wins! I had no issues when I ordered the locksmith to open my car (I left the keys inside... oops). The locksmith was quick, informed me of the final charges and completed the job. Nick is terrific. He gave me a bid for replacing my locks--a very reasonable bid--and though the lock ended up being far more complicated than anticipated (it's set in condo-specified casing), he stood by his original quote. He came on a Sunday evening, the same day that I phoned, for no extra charge. He was incredibly nice, honest, and courteous. 25/7 Locksmith is a keeper! This company is awesome. I locked my keys in my house at night. They showed up quickly and were able to get me back in my house so I could get to work almost on time. They also explained to me why the lock on my door wasn't secure so they came back the following day and installed a new lock and the price was reasonable. I was expecting to pay more. Nick came quickly as he got the call. He was very friendly (he's a cool guy to talk to) and knowledgable. We picked our lock so we broke our lock, so then when we tried to get back in our house later, our key wouldn't work. Nick Drilled into our lock, got us in and then replaced the lock for us.
