Unfortunately I lost my keys by accident and needed some assistance with a car key fob being reprogrammed. I called West LA Car key locksmith and shared my issue and they shared they would be able to do it. When I got there Liz and Anthony were welcoming, greeted me with smiles. While Anthony was working on my car key, Liz and I shared some conversation. She offered me refreshments. Which was so helpful whether she knows it or not, as I was anxious about the idea that I lost every key I needed. Anthony was able to reprogram my key fob and get another (I had the spare) for a great price as the dealer was twice as much. They were kind and explained all of what was going on, as you can imagine this can be a stressful situation. They also made more sets of some general keys (as I didn't want this to happen again). I needed door and ignition keys for a 1982 Camaro. I had purchased key blanks on eBay with the GM logo and black plastic cover. West LA Key used my key blanks to cut from my original keys. The door key worked perfectly but the ignition key didn't work. West LA Key properly diagnosed that the key blank from eBay had a slightly wider keyway than the original. West LA key made another key using their key blank which had the GM logo but without the black plastic cover. It worked perfectly. Bad service and they did not know to reset a fob key for a Scion. It took over an hour to code the fob key.

Locked myself out once and won't do it again. The locksmith arrived 30 mins later than the time he had quoted and took about 1.5 hours to get my front door unlocked. He even broke his pick inside my lock which took even longer time for him to complete the job. He had to remove my door handle to remove the pick he broke.
