I had an awful experience with this locksmith service and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere. I was locked out of my apartment and scared because I was alone and my roommate was out of town. The technician arrived and opened my door in less than a minute. Nothing was drilled, broken, or replaced -- he simply manipulated the bottom lock with his tools and the door opened. I was then charged $700. I felt completely taken advantage of. In a stressful situation, I trusted that I was dealing with an honest company, but the price was wildly disproportionate to the amount of work performed. What has been even more frustrating is the lack of follow-up afterward. I have called every day asking to speak with a manager, left my phone number multiple times, and each time I'm told that someone will call me back. No one ever does. I feel like I was overcharged because I was a woman alone in a vulnerable situation, and the company has made no effort to address my concerns. DO NOT GO HERE. read more

I was concerned they wouldn't want to come all the way to the valley for our safe, but they found a way to squeeze us in on a weekend. Our lock was damaged from a flood, completely locked up, and somehow he still got into it, checked to see if there was anything inside (bummer, there was nothing). He removed the dial and made some extra drill holes in case our house is ever burglarized it would be clear this is a non-functional safe. Definitely feel a little safer with all the home invasions in the valley.

My architect spent weeks compiling a lift of SLICK new hardware and I was told by my contractor that installing it was a "one-day project". Not even close. This was a totally square peg into a round hole problem. The guys the contractor had messed up all sorts of stuff and made one hell of a mess out of the parts. Enter Moe (not Curly, Larry or Shemp - which would have been cool) and while it took him a few days and his initiative to hunt down some more relevant parts - the got the project done for me when others could. Their price was fair. They also installed my August "keyless" door locks and solved a tricky problem for me. I write reviews of consumer electronics for a living (I am a publisher by trade) and it is a pleasure to give out this well-earned 5-star review. These guys are in my CRM as my go-to locksmith.
