I don't know how many other people in the world have shamefully locked themselves out of their own apartment, but it is the worst feeling. Especially at 1AM on a Friday night when you have an ill kitty inside you need to tend to; you never gave a key to any of your neighbors because there is no one you trust; you didn't wear a jacket or proper shoes because you were only taking the trash out a few steps away from your door and no one you know is awake or available to take your anxious call for support while you stand on the street in Hollywood contemplating breaking into your own dwelling! They charged me $250 (later brought it down to $220) to get my car door open. The locksmith asked me if the main guy in the office told me the price, I told him he did not, and then he said "ok, $250". Come to find out, other auto locksmiths charge much much less so they ripped me off. My calls to them go straight to voicemail so I bet they blocked me. Shady fucks. Don't use them unless you want to get ripped off. read more

I can't say enough good things about this company. My 2 year olds door handle malfunctioned and locked when he tried to come out of his room at 12 am. I tried everything I could and was not able to open the door. I contacted this company and they were very responsive and came right away to help and were able to finally open the door which was such a relief. It was not a simple pick the lock the inside device had broken randomly somehow which jammed the door. I would highly recommend them. Ted was top notch and we now have a go to honest locksmith! Tonight my husband and I came home after dinner with our dog and our front door handle broke/would not open. We walked to our side door to find we didn't have the right key and were locked out. This happened to us a few years ago and a locksmith charged us an obscene amount of $ to get us in and said he couldn't open our front door bc it was keyless entry. Tonight the same issue and Ted was able to get us in so quick and he arrived in less than 20 min! It was dark, our dog need fed and Ted was calm and quickly solution oriented.
