I spoke with Raven Hirth couldn't have spoke with a better designer. Raven researched different coffee tables that would fit my space and she suggested the material to use not only that she asked me to send her a picture of my sofa and other furniture that was in the room she also sent me a picture that she suggested for a space beside my sofa. I have been following 27 Diamonds for a few years and finally scheduled a consultation. Lisa Conley arrived and we dove right in to my list of questions. We walked thru every room and I was able to get her advice on everything I needed. She pointed out things I had not thought of, for example, round end tables would help the flow of the room, stationary curtain panels would anchor my dining room, I should put a mirror on the wall opposite my window to produce an airy light ambience. She helped me with dimensions I should follow for a gallery wall, sizes for rugs and art. It was well worth the money and I was happy that there wasn't a hard sale at the end. I called 27 Diamonds after reviewing them online and liking the work they have done. Lisa came to do a consultation for $150. I didn't attend but my partner met Lisa, he said she was pleasant & had a good business manner, however after the consultation I was expecting some information & a follow up email or call to see if we wanted to move forward but I had to follow up myself. The consultation was on a Wednesday & I didn't hear back so on the Monday I rang. When I explained that I thought we would get a call Lisa explained she was going to call me and that they do not normally provide information after the consultation. Anna the owner emailed me to offer a further free of charge consultation however we declined this kind offer as we do not have complete confidence in 27 Diamonds and we have decided to go with another designer. I'm sure 27 Diamonds are good but be sure to know what you are getting for the price you pay! read more

My wife and I worked with 27 Diamonds on remodeling our large family room. My wife was nervous about hiring an interior designer at first, worried that someone was going to dictate a style to her or present a bunch of options that she didn't want. Anna from 27 Diamonds was excellent. My wife felt that Anna really understood her unique style. Anna presented piece after piece, option after option until my wife thought everything was just right. When the room was all done and put together, my wife's comment was, "I'm so happy she found this [coffee table / console / couch / curtains / etc]. This was exactly what I wanted." Our project took a long time - the specific flooring we wanted was on back order, and took 8 weeks to arrive for installation. This pushed back the media center and fireplace install. Even with the long time lag, we felt like Anna stayed on top of our project and didn't miss a beat. I was surprised to read another describe Anna as "unprofessional". That wasn't our experience. My wife and Anna often bought furniture together and scheduled delivery times. We didn't have an expectation that Anna would drive to our house to accept deliveries and tell the guys where to put the couch. But I feel like Anna would have if we had asked her to. Anna followed up to make sure everything came okay, ordered some replacement pillows for us, and made a follow up appointment for curtains. We felt like everything went well. Working with Anna was a great experience for us. We'll call her again if we have interior design needs. read more

We are so pleased with our home after Anna and 27 Diamonds completed our interior decorating home decor. Anna worked within our budget and was able to accomplish our dream without breaking the bank. She was able to see our vision and create just that. I enjoyed working with Anna because she was patient and handled some of the stresses that come with redecorating and construction in a home with ease , especially accommodating us with installation with our children and pets. Our entry way is a unique masterpiece and we get compliments by our guests every time they enter our home. We can't thank them enough for capturing this beauty. The only hiccup we encountered with the team was furniture delivery delays, which had to do with the manufacturer, however 27 Diamonds and their team gave us other options to solve these issues and get what we needed in a timely matter after all. Lisa helped us pick out a color scheme for our new home and offered a lot of advice on how to make the most out of our new space. She was very personable and professional, and also very conscious of our time. Lisa has a great eye, and she's also very flexible and can adapt to your style. When my wife wanted to introduce one of her favorite colors, Lisa was able change the color scheme to make it fit in perfectly. She also offered a lot of small, simple touches to really make certain rooms pop, or make them feel more symmetrical and open. She was also great about answering follow-up questions. We live in a mid-century modern home so a lot of interesting edge cases came up for which color to use in certain spots, but Lisa was happy to answer them all. When I urged her to charge us an additional hour, she said that wouldn't be necessary since she was just clarifying the original scheme (I still feel bad about this since she ended up answering 10 or more emails). We felt we got great value for the money we spent. And our new house looks amazing. read more

Anna is amazing! Her eye for design, flow, and balance is impeccable. I moved to a new apartment with a smaller living which I'm not used to, especially with my furniture taking up much of the space. Anna had great ideas and really knew how to spruce up my living space. After 1 consultation I felt inspired because she just made it seem so easy! But I'll leave it to the pro. I have an eye for color, but when things come together my taste is a bit eclectic, which my husband is not fond. I felt super comfortable talking with Anna about my needs and ideas, she took everything into consideration to put something together just for my taste and budget. We needed to remodel our home, we had Cindy at 27 Diamonds come and select flooring, paint , counters and accent tiles for the bathrooms. We even had her select lighting. Her vision of 3 chandeliers in the same style and color in our entry way was different but we still went with it and it looks amazing! She also designed out kitchen with a blue island and everyone loved it. We asked for some additional paint colors for the exterior and she was quick to respond with beautiful colors and ideas. We were doing a bathroom remodel, and had been going back and forth with color choices. I found 28 Diamonds online and scheduled an appointment with Anna. It was so great to have someone guide us and make suggestions. She looked at our space and then went to the tile store to make color selections Anna was amazing and came up with some great ideas to support what we were looking to do. We hired 27 Diamonds and Louisa was our designer. We had just purchased a 1918 Craftsman Bungalow and desperately needed help with the complete overhaul and redesign of the kitchen. We had a clear idea of what we wanted but just couldn't figure out a design to incorporate all the elements we wanted in our new kitchen. Louisa listened to what we wanted and understood our style and our commitment to stay true to the era our home was built. So far I have been very pleased to work with Karissa at 27 Diamonds Interior Design. She has been very caring, professional and has listened to what we wanted to accomplish with the space. We had a $20,000 budget for our entryway, formal living and dining room and she has done a great job so far sourcing furniture and coming up with 2 D design plans. Her taste is impeccable and she is always very responsive to emails and texts which is essential when you are trying to make so many decisions. The only issues we saw were that we were not able to come within budget but that may have been due to our tastes being in excess of our budget. We came within about $3000 of our budget and are happy with our choices so far. Another issue in working with this design firm is that they work with their own vendors but unable to show you the actual pieces you will be getting in person. I was able to get fairly detailed specifications and sizes of the furniture from our designer. So far pretty happy with their service. I will update my review once our furniture is delivered and installed. read more

We really appreciated how well she communicated with us throughout the entire project. If we had a question or concern we received prompt responses. We were remodeling and redesigning our kitchen, breakfast room, two bathrooms, living room, dining room, family room and two bedrooms. Lisa's organization and attention to detail assured that every room was completed beautifully. I had an appt with Lisa and gave her a firm budget. She came back with a quote that was 10x my budget! This was not only insulting but a complete waste of my time and hers! I needed assistance with accessorizing and what I got was an email with a ridiculous amount of money on items listed next to a picture of the room she thought they should go in! Not even a suggestion of what to do to make the most of my budget...instead I feel like she saw the neighborhood I lived in and went "cha-ching!" I have used interior designers in the past....I am sorry the ones I have used have retired or left the business. Super disappointing....and unprofessional in every way! read more

She designed the remodel including the kitchen, flooring, bathroom and living room with a classy and timeless design at a very reasonable price. Decided to call a 3rd time and finally reached them only to me told they were booked until end of June 2015 and are not authorized to book an initial consultation at this time. Lisa was professional and, in my view, very patient as we had not worked with an interior designer previously. We had lots of questions and changed our minds several times. I couldn't be happier with 27 Diamonds, and with Lisa in particular! I had never worked with a designer or design firm before but decided that this was going to be the last time I remodel or redecorate (my husband and I are nearly retirement age) so I wanted to ensure that we ended up with a home environment which we would absolutely love coming home to and spending time in. I will never regret that decision and it has been worth every penny! (And, yet, 27 Diamonds fees were significantly less than I had originally thought they might be.) We started with our master bathroom and our family room. From our first meeting, Lisa always listened attentively and was amazingly quick to understand what we were going for in terms of design and feel. For our bathroom we wanted a spa-like feel and our family room we wanted somewhat modern, but comfortable, inviting, warm and with a pop of bright color. Lisa nailed it! I NEVER could have even come close to creating these rooms in a way that I would love the way I do Lisa's creations! Lisa, despite her young years, is an absolute PROFESSIONAL.
