Below one star; Bait and Switch; Over Promise, Under Deliver; Beware. The customer service is non-existent so don't even bother unless you want to waste your time and money. There is some seriously creepy dude that works here with matted mop hair, bad breath and green teeth (who resembles Buffalo Bill from Silence of the lambs) and is the epitome of, dated. Fortunately, the attitude matches the service and products; crappy. Seriously, go elsewhere unless you want to be disappointed or wish to know if the lambs have stopped screaming. I have been getting my shirts made by these guys for about 7 years now and I have been very satisfied with the results and the product. $2.95 Guys really came to the rescue when a screenprinting order I took over for a nonprofit encountered major complications with our original printers. They were able to execute our large eight-colour design beautifully. Since we are local, I was able to do all the paperwork, payments, and proofing on site. Everyone I met from the front desk to the print shop was friendly and welcoming. Communication was quick and efficient as was each step of their work. The art director Johnny even personally met with me to work out sizing issues, and we came up with a creative solution to make our design look great on the medium women's tank tops to XXL men's t-shirts required for our order.
