Needless to say I have spent quite a bit of time and money trying to resolve an issue I was having with no success. Then one morning I was watching the news and Kelly Curran was doing a spot on car maintenance. She was at Velocity Custom Cars in Las Vegas off of Speedway Blvd. Miguel the owner specializes in LS swaps and repair. I checked-out the website and found nothing but 5 Star ratings. I drove out to Velocity Customs shop ( I live in Henderson ) and spoke with Miguel at great length about the issues I was having with my car. He took time to listen to my problems and was very professional. I felt I like I had known him for years. I made an appointment to have him work on my car. This man is AMAZING!!! He and his shop took care of all my issues and the cost was more than reasonable. ( half of what I expected ) I have other work that I would like to do on my vehicle and you can be sure I will be taking it to Velocity Customs in Las Vegas. Brought car to their shop in Vegas from San Diego and was told to leave it and they would check it out the next day. Exchanged numbers but on the following day they wouldn't answer and upon arrival they closed their bay doors and wouldn't answer any of their doors. They finally answered the phone and said they couldn't look at the car until next week, maybe. Asked for the key and after 15 or so minutes they sent someone out with the key and didn't say anything. Found a couple coils in the car so they obviously did something to it. Made it about a 2 blocks before the car died. They have terrible customer service, they don't stand by their work, they have poor knowledge of the products they sell/install. Would definitely not recommend them for anything. Terrible experience
