Brought car to their shop in Vegas from San Diego and was told to leave it and they would check it out the next day. Exchanged numbers but on the following day they wouldn't answer and upon arrival they closed their bay doors and wouldn't answer any of their doors. They finally answered the phone and said they couldn't look at the car until next week, maybe. Asked for the key and after 15 or so minutes they sent someone out with the key and didn't say anything. Found a couple coils in the car so they obviously did something to it. Made it about a 2 blocks before the car died. They have terrible customer service, they don't stand by their work, they have poor knowledge of the products they sell/install. Would definitely not recommend them for anything. Terrible experience

I found this shop because my 2016 Nissan Maxima needed new tires so I went to Costco and bought tires but Costco doesn't offer wheel alignments so they recommended a shop for the service. Zenith Auto Care is a part of the Costco Auto Program so Costco members receive 15% off services or parts at this shop. I called to schedule the wheel alignment appointment and they were able to fit me in later that day. I really appreciated this! Also, I called around to other auto shops and Zenith had the best price for the wheel alignment before the Costco discount. This is an honest auto shop with good prices, service, and they include service warranties. Thank you Zenith Auto Care! I will return for another service!
