This update is how she ghosted me after I referred my parents and I followed up on my referral fee! After purchasing my car, she informed me of a referral program where I would receive $150 if someone I referred purchased a car. I would have referred her even if I didn't receive $150 but since she mentioned the program, I believe they should keep their word. After a couple weeks, I asked Amber for an update and she said she would follow up. She suggested that I personally pick up the check so it wouldn't get lost in the mail. Another week goes by and I was in the area and I went in and she had me sign a W9 form. I followed up again and she said she was on vacation. I followed up again and she just didn't reply. I waited a couple more weeks and I called the dealership and was led to leave voice messages with NO REPLY! I sent an inquiry online and was told to call the dealership which I've already done with NO REPLY. I drove over there 3 weeks ago and spoke to someone in person and they had me complete ANOTHER W9 and told me they logged a message for Amber's manager to contact me and it's been 3 weeks and I still haven't heard from them! Seriously, don't make promises you can't keep! My referral purchased a car in March and we're now going into July! I have been more than patient!

I've been dealing with a car rattle for weeks and when I walked in, they had me in and out within a half an hour. I would pick them over a car dealership (or any other mechanic) any day of the week. We thought we'd picked up a dependable car, a 2013 Nissan Altima. We found out afterwards it needed quite a bit of work, including a catalytic converter. We called one shop in Las Vegas and were given a ridiculous quote for the converter. Passion Auto was our next choice and the quotes for the various services were spot on with what my research showed they should be. They also identified an issue the first shop missed, a shredded serpentine belt. Passion Auto was very understanding of our situation and did good work at a fair price. I highly recommend them.

First, I called the number provided and nobody answered. No biggie, I left a message on the obvious Google Voice system, it's been 48 hours and I'm still waiting for that call to be answered so I'm guessing nobody monitors that number. After I called, I took the time to fill out a detailed "request a quote" form and provided exceptional information to the respondant to save them time and effort if possible. I did receive follow up message where I described my issue in depth, I provided my availability and my general location and was told that I would be notified of appointment availability. Long story short, 18 hours of silence from the company led me to take my vehicle to a local shop and get my vehicle serviced. Almost 48 hours after requesting a quote I STILL haven't been offered an appointment. I guess it's probably a good thing that I'm not stranded beside the road waiting, I'd probably be carjacked by now. Not saying the dude doesn't do good work, but you must need to be special to get respect of an appointment or at least enough courtesy to decline the work because you don't have time.
